Company sold us a defective flag, twice the flag pole didn't fit. First flag pole would not fit the pin, was lied to by employee that they claimed they put together and even said they did this in front of us, not so brought it back after we discovered the issue at an event, they swapped out the pole and the second pole was also defective it has plastic dowls broken off in the pole, asked to speak to owner multiple times I was refused the courtesy. Emails we have received by the graphic artist who claimed he was the manger, that was not true every designer in the place claims to be the manager, and have been told by the individual that lied in our emails he didn't know who he worked for, the lack of transparency at this establishment is very unsettling and unacceptable business conduct nothing but lip service, once they have your money they dog you and inconvenience the customer not a company we will ever do business with and we have had them do work for us before find another graphics art company to do your work not reputable company. read more

I had to order banners for my bakery when selling at local farmers market. I found this business on Yelp and am so happy that I did! I called up Sing Sing on a Thursday around 5:30pm. Someone answered the phone right away and I explained to him (Brian, I think) what I needed. He was very helpful and explained some pricing briefly. I asked him if he could email me for more information. He emailed me right away within the hour. I did not reply until Saturday morning and told Brian I have no template or anything. I also gave him a very vague idea as to what I imagine. Brian and his team went straight to work. By the afternoon, James from Sing Sing sent me a proof. I really liked it right away but being a woman and all, I ended up going back and forth with the design. James ended up giving me 12 proofs before I could decide on it. Not once did I sense James being frustrated with me. They are opened seven days a week, so I stopped by on Sunday around 4pm and paid. The banners were ready to be picked up by Monday around 4pm. Then again, wanted to make another correction, after approved...unfortunately, they have already started printing. James was kind of enough to give me another set for half the cost. First of all, I called them to get a quote and then called about 10 other print shops in town and nobody could come close to the price. Finally I ended up saying to some quotes I was trying to get 'Look, Sing Sing Sign can get this done for X dollars per sign... can you match that?' and nobody could. 1. Best prices in town. Secondly, I'd like to say that they responded to my emails extremely quick! Within minutes. They always answered the phone, they always knew what order I was talking about and they always got me the answers I needed fast. 2. Amazing customer service Third, I ordered my signs at 1pm this afternoon and at 6pm they called me and told me it was ready for pick up. I ordered TWENTY signs and they're finished already! Incredible. 3. Incredibly fast service! Fourth, they are open early and late so it's easy to drop and pick up after normal working hours. This is a HUGE PLUS for someone like me. 4. I came in to print out some business cards with a design I made for my sister, and I unknowingly had some issues with the photo. It was no problem because James was very nice enough to help my sister and I fix the problem! He was very considerate of our design and wanted to make sure we liked all of the changes that were made so that they were close to our original. I came in to get a car decal. It was supposed to be done by 5 pm. I came in the next day to pick it up at 12 pm, but it wasn't ready yet. I was told to come back in an hour and a half. When I came back at 145 pm it still wasn't ready!!! These guys have a great product and fair prices. The Customer service is horrible. I needed to pay up front for another sign, a sign they have made before and wanted to pay by credit card over the phone and sign the cc slip in person when I pick up the sign. They refused saying it was their "policy". I explained that the parking lot was usually full and hard to get a trailer thru and that I would have to drive down from North Las Vegas to Chinatown, hand them the card, drive back to North Las Vegas then drive back to Chinatown to pick up the banner when it was ready and return to North Las Vegas. All I need them to do was charge the card over the phone making it easy for me to do business with them, and they refused. The competition is fierce in the banner business and unfortunately you are forcing me to use a competing business. I suggest that anyone reading this review choose another company, one that understands customer service and makes doing business with them easy. read more
