We had a big party and they were super accomodating which was already a plus for the restaurant. When we got there, they provide complimentary bread and tomato sauce which was delish. We also got some drunks and I opted for the tequila/aperol cocktail which was stunning. The waiter did say it was their most popular and for good reason! We also got some appetizers to start include the fried seafood which was yummy and the cheesy bread which was STUNNING! Imo, skip the pizza and get the cheesy bread. Cannot explain how good it is. Almost ruined my dinner. For my entree, I opted for the eggplant parm after many recs and I do fear its worth. You can add a side of pasta for $7 which is lowkey is a scam... but those were some delicious buttered noodles. This meal was stunning. No notes.

The food is consistently delicious, and the garlic bread, meatball, and bolognese are my go-to favorites--they never disappoint! My only gripe is that the Thursday night special tends to sell out extremely early. I've missed it more than once, but thankfully the regular menu always saves the day. The restaurant is a tight, intimate space and has become very popular, so I highly recommend arriving as early as possible; especially if you have your heart set on one of the nightly specials. Service is a hit or miss due to the over flow of patrons. I've always had to wait 5-10mins to be seated even if a reservation. Always thought that was odd. Always a favorite and always worth coming back!

I did make reservations through their website and am happy that I did because they were quite busy once we arrived. They are located just between Mead and Oakview and share a parking lot with a few other restaurants and retail businesses. While the lot was full, I was able to find nearby parking in the resieenti Eden was amazing and took such wonderful care of my friend and I as we celebrated our birthday. We indulged in Artichokes Fritos ($10) for the app which was amazing and I ordered the Chicken pesto ravioli ($18) for my entree. I would've liked a bit more seasoning on the overall dish but it was still satisfying. Our waiter was super attentive and checked on us periodically to ensure we were good and even gifted us with a scoop of strawberry gelato which was super sweet of him. This is truly a neighborhood gem and I really enjoyed my time here. I'd definitely come back here based off the service and taste of the food alone.

Our server Lexie was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. One of the nice things about dining out front is the people-watching component. :) We ordered the calamari first and it was excellent. The dipping sauce was atypical of most calamari dishes but really wonderful. My bride (the birthday girl) ordered the ravioli with mushrooms in a wonderful sauce. I ordered lobster tails which, while tasty were impossible to remove from the shell without using fingers of both hands. Messy. Knife and fork wouldn't do the job -- but the finger-lickin' was great. This is our second visit to the Decatur restaurant; we also visited the Buckhead location. We love the Iberian Pig... (can you tell?)

We started with the happy hour chef's choice board. Really done well and the meat and cheese was spot on. The two of shared the broccolini, the pork cheek tacos, and the empanadas for our main meal. And, as if that wasn't enough, finished the experience with the pistachio cheesecake! It was a wonderful experience. Immediately what popped into my mind that usually I would say the blah was the best and I wouldn't order the blah again. I can't say that- everything we ordered was just super. (I am running out of adjectives to describe the meal). A true culinary gem.

We ordered at the counter inside and were quickly influenced to try the garlic tomato sauce on our Bolognese pizza. It was delicious! Otherwise, the pizza as a whole was just ok. But if you're ordering a pizza from Savage Pizza, definitely try the Bolognese! The medium pizza was perfect for 2 people. While I'm not in Avondale Estates often, if I'm craving pizza in the area again, I would definitely not be opposed to trying out another pizza pie!

We quickly found a spot, entered and passed all the comic books and comic memorabilia on display. That is a big theme in the restaurant and that is all right with me. They also had sci-fi Star Wars stuff on display as well. We walked up to the counter and placed an order for a large veggie pizza with onions and peppers. We added every possible onion they had yellow, red, and caramelized. The person behind the counter rang us up and said it would be about 15 minutes. I set a timer on my phone and started to walk around to check out the place. There's plenty of indoor seating and we also noticed some outdoor seating when we approached the restaurant. While we were waiting, I noticed another couple was being served some beers. I did not notice earlier that they had about five taps available and a few other cans options in the refrigerator. I will have to order a cold one next time, when we dine in. Before I knew it the pizza was ready. They called my name way before my 15 minute timer went off. We scooped up the pizza and headed on home. When we got home, we started digging in and the pizza was still warm. Pizza is all about the crust for me and this one wasn't super crunchy, but had a nice bite to it. The toppings were fresh and delicious, just as good as I remembered. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and their pizza was worth the drive. We will definitely have to go back more often.
