I was going to let this go, but as I keep looking at myself in the mirror, I realize this needs to be addressed. I made a same-day appointment to get my haircut and beard trimmed at a barbershop I had only visited once before. My previous experience there was good overall, with a satisfactory haircut. This time, I was scheduled with a barber named Luis Mora. He asked various questions about how I wanted my haircut and beard styled. After some time, he showed me the mirror, acting as if we were done, but my beard still needed touching up. I reminded him that I still needed my haircut and mustache trimmed as well. Time went by, and after some adjustments, he presented the mirror again, indicating we were finished. I had to remind him multiple times that my hair still needed to be cut. By this point, I was completely unhappy with the service and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I didn't bother asking him to fix the small things that should have already been addressed. Despite the unprofessionalism, I paid $50 for the service and left a tip. I had previously paid $50 at this place for the same service by another, clearly more experienced barber. Having paid the same amount this time, I received a haircut that looked and felt amateur. It's disappointing to be charged professional prices for amateur work. While I can't speak for the entire business, I do not recommend this particular barber. The experience was frustrating and the results were unsatisfactory. read more

Hate to even do this but on the day of my friends wedding when a haircut is truly important I put my trust in Collin at this barbershop. Having been before they are usually spot on with their barbers but not this time.. I hate to even write this post but I am absolutely infuriated... Came in at 10 AM for an appointment barbershop was bone empty I might've been the first one of the day. After sitting in the chair and telling Colin what I wanted (taper fade) He proceeded to give me a 1.5 reg fade ... from his hesitant approach it was obvious the dude does not know what he is doing... I didn't realize till after the fact when he showed gave me the mirror to see the final result, but I felt from the start that he did not have confidence in what he was doing. Every stroke I could feel him shaking, bumping off my head, I could only imagine the uneven lines... he spent more time blow drying my hair .. I couldn't bear anymore let alone stay for the beard line up, I had to patiently leave as I was in complete disappointment. Won't ever be back. Sorry single barrel but this was a huge miss read more

It 8:30Pm I walk in and the barber is cleaning his stuff and is going home early. Says he can't cut my hair cuz he's got something to do. I pointed out the fact that it's advertised as open till 10pm. I can appreciate having to go home on an emergency or even a planned date. As for myself I have only gotten my haircut from Jessica Strawder. Jessica has been cutting my hair for over 5 years now, and is the best barber I have ever have. She always has creative ideas for me, takes her time, and a great conversationalist. I always leave looking fresh and with a smile. She puts a lot of time in her craft and always doing training on her own time to sharpen her skills. I've seen her work with a very diverse range of clients. pulling off any cut you can think of. I truly look at her cuts as an investment into my professional life, and being able to show the world the person I see myself as.
