This is a wine experience! Someone who knows wine well & has been in the food & Beverage industry his entire career moved to St Pete Beach & opened this sweet little wine & food oasis . They have an assortment of wines that you can taste or have a big pour. Get a card, and then pay what you consume or you can pre-pay card Or you can buy by the bottle. Sip is 1.5 oz, Som is 3oz, and more is 6 oz All prices are very reasonable, affordable. Great deals! 20 different wines in the wine stations at a time. Food is for foodies - artisan flatbreads, charcuterie with fresh cured meats and gourmet cheeses. They do an Italian olive oil tasting with fresh Italian local bread. My favorite flat bread is called the Taste of Italy with grilled marinated artichoke hearts, Italian tomatoes They even have a Chicago style hot dog. Another fav is their Buffalo mozzarella cheese. Great place to bike to, walk to or Urber/yelp Relaxed, laid back. Come off the beach for a nice glass of wine or beer. My tip, come here for your dinner starter before you go to any of the near by restaurants or r come here after for they close at 10pm and 8pm on Sunday. Best part - outdoor seating in back 5 tables out back, great for social distancing!

What a lovely wine bar and patio in St. Pete! I stopped by for a friends birthday, and we had a great time. The wine bar has the option to have a "sip" "some" or a full glass. They offer about 10 reds and whites each in various price points from old and new world. Each patron can get a card to self serve abs taste. Glasses range $8-15. They also sell more varieties by the glass. There is counter/bar seating as well as dining tables abs couches for a lounge vibe. In the back and on the side there was patio seating with umbrellas which was nice to enjoy with our small party. The owners are a lovely couple with hospitality experience and enjoy discussing and teaching wine. I think this would be great for small parties as well as time with friends or a date. The bathroom remained clean and parking was free in the plaza. Definitely stop by and support this local business.

Can we talk about this logo though. I love this dang logo

Wonder FULL glass of wine and wonderful experience overall. I am thrilled that Sip has found a little home here in our beachy town. This was a more than welcome addition to the neighborhood. As far as "wine vending machine" style goes this is as good as it gets! While the options are somewhat small, its still more than enough for every palate and you don't feel overwhelmed. The space is cute and sweet but the back patio is where the real magic happens. It's a gentle reminder that you're at the beach, while still feeling a little more sophisticated. The service is always so friendly and accomodating without being overbearing. This really is the perfect little spot to wind down. Sorry, WINE down. Also peep their "clearance section" for bottles, even if you're ballin on a budget you can support local!

Best hidden gem in St. Pete! So glad we found this place. The decor, the food, the service and of course the wine! Owner Christiane is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

If you are in or around St. Pete Beach, you should definitely check out Sip. It's a quaint wine bar with amazing atmosphere and service. You will likely get to meet and interact with one of the owners, Christiane, who is delightful! We visited on not one, but TWO nights during our stay on St. Pete Beach. Enjoyed both the happy hour selections and did tastings. The charcuterie boards were some of the best that we've had. Will certainly make this part of our itinerary when visiting St. Pete Beach in the future.

First stop for is upon arrival and what can I say? What a very quaint wine bar. I'm thinking maybe it would accommodate 25 people. Just the way I like it. Owner/ bartender Christiane was truly a gem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made you feel like a regular. Great selection of wines!! The charcuterie was amazing. Highly recommend for a great quaint evening!!

I'm so glad that I was able to experience this lovely open bar while at St. Pete. It was super relaxing and the owner really made our stay feel like it was home. Now I'm not one to drink that much wine but the food itself is AMAZING!, we had a truffle flatbread that was to die for (it was so good that it was gone by the time that I was gonna take a picture!) and the cheese board was such an experience. The different cheeses and the spread itself was beautiful. If you're in St. Pete, visit this place as the owner and the staff are amazing! Thank you.

Red wine and live music in the evening

Great variety of wines you don't normally see. Love the live music! Great band that did classics and rock. Love the patio in the back, so cute!

My husband and I went to Sip St Pete Beach recently and we had a wonderful time! We loved learning about the different wine options and being able to taste allll the wines we wanted with the different pour options! We sat out back at a table and were super comfortable. We could talk and enjoy our time together and loved comparing the different wines! Definitely making it a place we want to frequent!

There's such a diverse variety of wines (more than two dozen), you could get lost in all of the good options. Something for all palates. I tried the small Sonoma board (which was discounted for happy hour) and it was a good-sized, cheese-focused board with solid combinations. the meat and cheeses come with cornichons, olives, and crackers. the caramelized balsamic onion jam was incredible with the sweet blueberry goat cheese and the spicy salami. I love the flower concept, and the sandwich and charcuterie offerings are such a fun addition. Their cold brew is fantastic and has become one of my favorites. The bluegrass-inspired music adds to the charm and creates a relaxed, welcoming environment. I've become somewhat of a regular and familiar face over time because I genuinely enjoy spending time here. The only challenge is that during the Florida summer months, it can be a little harder to fully enjoy the outdoor seating. Arrived to about a 1/2 full restaurant which was smaller than we expected. Seated promptly, menus presented, water ordered as my husband wanted to have time to look at the drink menu. We settled on the lunch menu with an order of bolognese and the meatball appetizer that we would share since Italian food is usually plentiful and filling. My husband also later ordered a glass of wine. Shortly after we were delivered bread to our table and we were confused because it looked like garlic knots. My husband said something to our waitress and I questioned maybe this bread goes with our lunch entree with the waitress standing right there and agreeing with me. We are not normally bread eaters and the more we looked at it, we thought it was a mistake. We flagged our waitress again as she was walking by and asked again. This time she said, "you did not order garlic knots?" and we said no, we ordered the meatball appetizer. She promptly takes the bread, goes back to the kitchen area and I thought I heard her say "lunch" to the chef, I assume. Not sure why this was confusing as my husband literally pointed at the lunch menu as he was ordering and saying we were going to split. Not a big deal at this point but then it seems like moments later she is back with the meatballs and the bolognese. We look at the dishes and we were literally shocked. We had never seen such small meatballs (2) for an appetizer for $9. I thought the meatballs would be redundant since we ordered bolognese but there was so little meat in the dish (maybe 2-3 teaspoons at the most) and so little pasta (think small salad bowl or plate size) that it was not redundant at all. A side of bread was brought with dipping oil as well. It was mid afternoon and we were very hungry at this point so we started eating.. Sadly the meatballs and bolognese were brought to us luke warm as if they had been warmed up. We certainly did not have a long wait so they were not sitting cooling down anywhere. We just ate our meal and ended up eating the bread (which was excellent) because it was not enough food for us. The waitress checked on us towards the end of our meal and finally brought my husband's 1/2 glass of $10 wine (we thought she had forgotten). We did not mention the temperature of the food because at that point we had already eaten it most of it. Looking at other reviews now I see some people did mention luke warm food and the owner did not seem to believe them. We know what was presented to us and yes, it was luke warm. We thought the food was pricey for what you get and the luke warm food on top of it makes us have no inclination to try this restaurant again. Overall we were not wowed by the quality of the food except the bread which we normally never eat.

This is the kind of place that feels like it's been around forever, in the best way. Spacious for the area, lively without being chaotic, and backed by attentive service that keeps things moving even when it's busy. The menu is extensive, and then just when you think you've seen it all, there's a specials board tucked away with even more to choose from. If you can time your visit right, Tuesday is the move. They run a buy one pound, get one pound half off deal on snow crab legs, and it's easily one of the best values around. The snow crab legs are fresh and satisfying, and the Dungeness crab holds its own as well. Both pair perfectly with their rich, drawn butter, simple but done right. Portion sizes here are no joke. The shrimp skewers are almost excessive in the best way. Three skewers loaded with roughly eight shrimp each, so you're looking at around two dozen shrimp total, all a solid medium-large size. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause when it hits the table. The shrimp pasta is another standout and clearly a house favorite. It's packed with flavor and easily one of the more memorable dishes on the menu. Good enough that ordering a second one to-go actually makes sense. The clam chowder, though, was the one miss. While it's loaded with plenty of clam meat and has a hearty base, there's a slightly smoky flavor that throws it off. If you're a chowder fan, it might not hit the mark. Probably something to skip next time. As for the crab cakes, they passed a pretty tough test. A Maryland native at the table gave them a strong approval, which says a lot. Pro tip: Get there early, ideally around lunch, if you want to lock in that snow crab deal. It's popular, and you don't want to risk missing out. Overall, this is a reliable, crowd-pleasing seafood spot that leans into big portions, solid execution, and a relaxed coastal vibe.
