I signed up online and got a coupon for buy one get one free. Compared to Golden Corral which charges about $11.50 this buffet was $9.79 and then more for the drinks. I was not at all impressed but there is a variety of food. The most disappointing part was the salad bar which has 2 white strawberries and 2 pieces of watermelon that were under water and never refilled the entire time we were there. There was a variety of other items: sausage, turkey, fried chicken strips, fish, and there is a steak person who will grill you a steak if you call it that. There was a small desert bar. The sweet tea was good however. Some people just need a variety of foods, so it's good for that but the quality was not that great. Prob will not return. read more

I have been coming here for several years now. Great value for the price! They have a large variety of foods to choose from so it's easy to find something you like. My grandma enjoys the large salad bar. Some of my favorite things here are the chicken tenders, fried shrimp, hush puppies, lasagna, and the banana cream pudding. The staff is always kind and helpful and they are usually prompt at getting the dirty plates off your table and refilling drinks. The environment is also acceptably clean considering how busy the place always is. I still have yet to try the breakfast, but I hear that it's awesome! read more

Why would I eat at Sirloin Stockade you ask? Well, I'll tell you. My wife loves the breakfast buffet. I can take or leave the place, but it is generally OK. as far a buffets go. I can stomach this place about once a month, anything more than that, is too much. I find buffets and cafeterias in general to be to sporadic for me. I have eaten there several times. Love the salad bar...didn't go there expecting gourmet food...it is average buffet food. The main complaint I have is unattended kids running around and putting their hand in everything....some tasting from the buffets and putting it back. Handling the plates and utensils....not appetizing at all. If they get control of the kids and take cellphones away from the staff it would be alright. read more

Went out with the family here. So busy! However, I am actually impressed with this place, being that it is a buffet. Most buffets are too favorable but we frequent them anyway. Went there in the afternoon for the early bird senior special.There was not much of a selection of entrees.What was there was dried out.Brocolli cheese soup was burnt.The salad bar was decent.The ladies restroom was absolutely horrendous.The handicapped stall had water running out wax seal area.In the other stalls was dried blood/ketchup/steak sauce take your pick all around the panels.This wasn't done today as both the metal and porcelain already had corrosion from it.THE WORSE WAS THE SMELL. Either it is the sewer vent ,p-trap,and/or overflow drain.This also just didn't happen overnight.I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. read more

i love coming here, people are welcoming, its my choice when its time to go out to eat with anyone...suits all i like the variety i appreciate the location being somewhere i can drive to in the area (georgetown location would be nice) i dont eat the steak(not to good) so i have no negative feedback, you go to eat and have choices at a decent price...(hopefully the prices dont increase again) great salad dressing options, salad building ....baked potatoes and the vegetables havent been over-cooked the last 2 times i went... keep the plates clean and keep all coming back read more

Meh....somewhat expensive for what you get $50 for 4 people. The food is not particularly appetizing the meat loaf was unappealing, mac n cheese bland, the grilled veggies where the best thing i had. The salad bar is decent but the ranch dressing wayyyy watered down to the point where its ranch soup. The ice cream was gross. Some of the desserts are ok. Congrats to the huge (size wise) woman at register named Cassie who was so rude! Threw pen at me to sign receipt and was just overall nasty. When another patron asked for manager she stated "he's too busy on phone to talk to you. What do you want?" I had to usher my two small children away because she was so nasty Sure hope management pays attention!!! Just a note to say how disappointed I was with this location. I only got the "LIGHT" lunch which was a salad bar, soup(s), and bakery. First, let me say this is a Buffet. If you are under the impression that this place will be like the places you find in Las Vegas, then you are mistaken. That being said, SIRLOIN STOCKADE is a pretty darn good place to eat. The Salad Bar is good, the selection of meats and side dishes is limited and does not vary over time but it is consistently good. The desert bar is the BOMB. Especially the Bread Pudding. For as busy as they are, the plates are clean and the place is as clean as it can be. I say that because some people think that they can be disgusting pigs while they are there and it makes you wonder what there houses look like. I live fairly close to the restaurant and it is a nice go to place when we are not sure what we want. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. All in All, just a good place. read more

Just like all other buffet...though they do have a wide variety of selection, so the chance of your kids end up eating something is good...at least mine did. The service from the staff differs. Our server was very enthusiastic and friendly, but some of the staff didn't seem to care...probably due to working long hour (could be a reflection of poor management) The cleanliness of the server's station is also questionable. We are regulars here. I always have the delicious fried chicken & a steak. We went in close to closing & they accommodated all of our requests & were SUPER friendly about it! :) The management is always top notch! As for the note about the cheesecake not having a crust....ummm, it's sugar free & there would be sugar & carbs in the crust. I work for a non profit for adults with intellectual disabilities.we have been coming here for months because 1 they know my guys and 2 they get a discount due to limited funds .but yesterday they charged us full price ..I alerted the cashier and told her that we get the child's prices and have been for months .she comes back with the manager (bald old man ) ...he says .."do they eat like children"?...I said excuse me ? I felt bad about myself while I ate the "food" here. Like, I felt as if I had really let myself down by putting the very limited, processed, undercooked food in my body. At $11 a person, I really expected more than what they were offering. There was no steak because everytime I went to get some, I was told it would take 10 minutes and when your name literally has a steak in it, I expect there to be copious amounts of it. The tomatoes at the salad bar were probably the most disgusting thing I have ever seen offered at a buffet. The rotisserie chicken was very visibly undercooked and the fried chicken was cleared very quickly since there were no other forms of meat that were ready to eat on the buffet. So, your best bet is to stick to the fried okra, tater tots, and lettuce that is probably not washed. Even the pizza and lasagna were not alluring like they normally would be. The desserts were so-so but the "soft serve" is gritty and tastes watered down. I'm not a big fan of Golden Corral but this place makes it seem like Fogo de Chão. I wouldn't recommend anyone who values their health to eat here. People that worked there were pleasant though, so there's that. read more

I was in the mood for a buffet. We were on our way to Ryan's, but decided to try Sirloin Stockade instead. I'm glad we did. It had a nice buffet with lots of food. We were there on a Saturday night and were able to find a table for two and a baby. Because it was busy the food was all fresh (the rolls were hot out of the oven). They have theme nights, this was BBQ night. The guy that got our drinks and picked up our plates was on top of it and friendly. We will be going again. read more

I have been coming here off and on for about 5 years, with and without family, for lunch and dinner. There is always something good to eat here, they don't have that Golden Corral massive buffet line, but what they do have, is a well rounded hot buffet, fish, chicken, beef, fried, roasted, soups, good salad bar, breads and desserts. I usually don't like going to buffet restaurants at all but they have been doing it a lot longer than the bigger chains and feels more local than chain, plus I just can't stand a place you have to fight for parking. Never had bad service or rudeness, I can always put a few plates together of some American, Southern, and Mexican food. Any place that can make consistent cream gravy, has a place in my heart, cause you could put that on just about anything and have an instant hit. Sorry, I am just a sucker for those down home American classics, roast beef, meatloaf, fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, all of which can be topped with the gravy to just take you to that comfort zone.
