A nice clean choice in St. Genevieve. I had chicken bites and a half order on onion rings I shared. It was all good. Not over the top but okay. The onion rings were a bit cold and the chicken bits were ok.

The servers were so friendly and helpful! We were traveling and they answered all our questions. The onion rings are delicious, the patty melt was yummy too!

What can I say about Sirros? Well first they were the best rated restaurant what was open when my friend and I were looking for a restaurant in Ste. Genevieve after 7:00 p.m. What we found was warm and welcoming place with some pretty good food and beer. I ordered a strawberry and blueberry beer that was local I believe and was pleasantly surprised. For dinner, I went with potato skins and I loved the cheesy mozzarella and bacon so much. This place is a must visit and has a very nice staff.

This was a fun little downtown location that specializes in burgers and grilled bar food. It wasn't bad and wasn't great just a good place to hang out with some beers and munchies. I compliment them that they have a pretty decent selection of canned craft beers from the local area. Wish they had some draft beers of the same variety but they've got a great start. I had the pasta which was okay; nothing great nothing bad. They look like they really specialize more in burgers so I would recommend going in that direction. Their onion rings were amazing. My compliments. Try this place out when your're in St. Gen.

I am only posting this as a warning for anyone else that wants to book a party with them. I have been a supporter of The Barn since the day they opened. It was my first choice when I wanted a cocktail in town. I booked my 30th birthday party with Steve back in November. I've been chatting with him about my party every time I saw him in between that time. We messaged back and forth about the logistics and how I would get the whole upstairs room. He also didn't ask me to pay a deposit and promised that he would put me down on the calendar. Fast forward to yesterday, I went up there to start decorating at 3 pm. I started walking up the stairs and noticed that someone else's decorations were already set up for a 40th birthday party. I immediately was like, Steve that's not my party. He then says, "Oh, you're downstairs!" I immediately knew that he had no idea what was going on. I was extremely disappointed but I decided to make it work. He said he would shut the bar down at 6 for my party He helped me set up a table for our food and I told him I'd be bringing in a balloon arch with a backdrop around 6. My husband spent the whole day cooking food for our party and I spent the day making sure everything would be perfect. When we got there at 6, the whole parking lot was full. We had to park on the street and upon our arrival we saw that the entire bar downstairs was full of people and then I saw a girl wearing a sash that said "my 21st birthday." This was a completely different party from what was going on upstairs. He not only double booked us but he TRIPLE booked us. He came outside acting as if he had no idea what was going on. He said he thought this party was us. I'm like... how do you get that confused? You knew my party started at 6:30. He tried to have us move the party outside. I did not want to do that because we would have to go in and out for drinks. The woman that planned the 21st was so nice to me and even offered to combine our parties. She told me that he did the exact same thing to her, she thought she would get the upstairs as well. He also told her that she wouldn't need to pay anything at all to have her party there, but told me that I would have to pay a fee the day of. At that point, I didn't want to give them my business anymore. I was over it. Thank God we were able to move my party to Top Shooters and they were able to accommodate us. We obviously weren't able to bring any of the food that we made, but it was better than nothing. Steve at The Barn needs to hire someone else to plan parties if he is unable to plan and coordinate them himself. Unfortunately this experience was a learning lesson for me. Anytime I plan or book a party somewhere, I need to make sure there's a contract in place. I hope that everyone reads this learns from me and does not book with The Barn.

Hundreds of Hops US Hop Passport Amazing Brewery Race Stop 30 (1 of 18 for Missouri)…read more Having scoped out the menu a bit first, to make sure we wouldn't starve, we popped into our first Missouri Brewery in the big book. We loved the building and dining/ bar area. It had lovely character and begged to tell a story. The hubby got an IPA, not my type so no rating from me. I opted for the blood orange and found it to be a solid choice. It was refreshing, effervescent and had no artificial/chemical taste or aftertaste. The service was really good - no complaints there. While we usually pick an app and a meal to share, I was itching for the dark meat fried chicken. Since it's all you can eat, (or should be), there's no sharing. The hubby got a burger with maple syrup for himself. The chicken was delish & piping hot! The broccoli was tasty but not to temp. The mashed potatoes and gravy would fall under almost inedible - old, cold. But I was there for the chicken & the chicken was on point. Sadly, directly after my plate was dropped off, the table behind us was told they were out of chicken. Now, all you can eat Sunday fried chicken being sold out at 540p is a bit odd. I assumed they did a stop sell because they were running low. I found out a short time later that they were truly out of dark meat... as they offered me a wing. Thankfully, I can't eat more than what it came with (3pc). The hubby was disappointed that the maple syrup wasn't maple, rather maple flavored. Otherwise, he was happy with his food. He also ate my final piece of chicken though & agreed it was the winner... Winner Winner (all you can eat) Chicken Dinner! *only on Sundays, if timed correctly ; ) I'd say 3.5 stars overall, but bumping up to 4 because the beer easily hit the mark & it's what we were there for... plus, that chicken. We had kids, tired parents, and a decent-sized group -- and they handled it effortlessly. Friendly, attentive, and quick without ever making us feel rushed. That balance isn't easy. The food was killer. The brisket mac and cheese was loaded and flavorful, with perfectly cooked pasta and tender meat. The smash burger was another standout -- great crust on the patty, juicy inside, and stacked just right. Even the pretzel bites were a hit with the kids (and let's be honest, the adults too). And the blood orange beer? Fantastic. Crisp, refreshing, and just enough citrus to make it interesting without being overpowering. It was the perfect post-game drink. Great atmosphere, great service, and legitimately good food. If you're anywhere near Main & Mill -- especially with a team or a group -- it's a win. We'll absolutely be back.
