Do not go to get your feet and hands done there. This place is horrible. The workers cannot do nails at all. My nails were cut slanted and straight. The nail polish was wrongly applied to my nails. I had to leave in the middle of service and go somewhere because it was that bad. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's been a while since I reviewed a business, but I've been inspired. A few weeks ago, I got a pedicure & it was great--everyone was nice, the quality was great, and they not only gave me a punch card, but I pulled a slip off paper from a jar that would add more to the eventual $5 discount. They also took appointments, huzzah! Needing my legs & face waxed, a week ago, I scheduled an appointment for today. I walked in & they had no idea I was coming. They had no idea I'd scheduled full face & upper legs. They asked why I was there & responded "eyebrows?" when I told them I was there for a wax I'd scheduled & were clearly dismayed that I wanted more. What sealed the deal was the technician telling me as she's painting hot wax on my face that I should have come this afternoon when they aren't as busy. More than once I mentioned my appointment & tried to confirm whether it meant anything or not--she just repeated that afternoons are better. I stopped the appointment after she finished my face, paid, and will never go there again. Don't have an online schedule if it means nothing. Don't dismiss me when I inquire about the scheduler. And don't imply that I did something wrong when I have an email & 2 texts, including one from this morning, confirming said booked appointment. read more

I have been here three times and within 2 of the times I've gotten a longer set of Acrylic nails for 75$ . Which is understandable but after the 3rd time and wanting shorter nails as a college student who types often and was disappointed by paying the same price... I've paid more for a shorter set... moral of the story is they live to overprice and take advantage of customers however he chooses. I'm posting this review specifically for college student who are close to this spa!!!! Please don't waste more than you need to. His prices vary from his weekly income . Leo did my nails for my wedding, and they came out better than I could've wished for - perfection!! People write reviews about "not being greeted" etc. but ones you are there for a while and get to know the people, they are all so kind and funny. I brought my mom with me who also had her nails done, and my mama and I had such a great time, and laughed a lot. Also want to add that, even though the prices are a little pricey compared to other places, you get the money back by how long the nails will last. I had my dipping powder done by Leo, 3/29/22 and they lasted until 5/14/22 - about TWO MONTHS!!! My mother in-law found a new place closer to my house, so I thought I'd give it a shot (I have to drive 30 min to get to Luminous nails). It has now been about 2 weeks since I tried the other nails salon (NOT luminous nails), and two nails are broken and the job was so poorly done... called Leo today because I am desperate for my nails to look flawless, and he was able to squeeze me in for 5:15pm. He told me i didn't because he had another appointment. I had to prove that I called and booked an appointment. Then his employee told him I wrote a review on yelp. He then acted as if I didn't mention I was a yelper before he started my nails the first time. He told me he couldn't do my nails because I wrote a review. Lol. After driving 40 minutes. This place hides prices on person. Got charged $80 got a $55 French dip tip mani jsut for having long natural nails

The owner is super rude and get upset at paying customers for being 5minutes late. There is only 2 people there and it take over 2 hours to get a dip mani. No one wants to work for him because he is so grumpy and mean and has no sense of customer service. The only reason I would go there is to see Annie, she is sweet and takes her time to do my nails. The owner, he is always rushing and cutting corners. They do charge for every little thing and the price is not posted, they make up the price and blame inflation. read more

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY 'LEO'! I went there for a full set acrylics and explained to LEO exactly what I wanted, which was a color and a design, I even showed him a picture and he agreed that he would do that. I also explained to him that I'm very picky with where I go to get my nails done because a majority of nail salons around my area (Boston) do NOT do designs, that's why I drove over an hour to Bridgewater since my best-friend had also recommended him to me. He started doing my nails and after 2 hours he leaves the desk and takes the person next to me. I was confused because what I had showed him and what he did wasn't even close to what I had wanted. I asked him, "so what about my design?" And he said, "oh honey we can do that next time". Like are you freaking kidding me?! First of all, it does NOT take 2 hours just for a color! He's so slow and my nails are not even straight. And secondly, he charged me $70! At this point I didn't even care how much my nails cost I just wanted him to do what I had asked him for in the first place which he agreed to. And this doesn't even top it off, he saw how upset I was and had the audacity to tell me, " I'll take off $2". TWO DOLLARS PEOPLE!!!! As if that's going to make a difference LOL. Also, my bestfriend just calls me today saying that as she had called this place wanting to leave an appointment with Leo he had told that she's NOT welcomed anymore just because of my incident. He literally told her, " we don't want you here". Like what customer service is that? They must be proud. No wonder the place was dead. I'm never going back here again. That was good the lady doing my pedicure was awesome I'm sorry I forget her name so I only went in for that but the lady convinced me to get my nails done also and there was no one in there but one other person and now I know why . I said excuse me I'm not sure why you're getting upset I already had told you that it's OK after that she went on and on with her attitude rushing doing my fullset because they wanted to get out of there and close up shop when it was only about 4pm they started cleaning to leave as soon as I sat down to do my nails like I'm sorry so why was I asked if I wanted my nails done also if they were all in such a rush to close up shop at 4 pm so anyway when we were finally done I go up to pay and she charges me $67 for my nails and told me it's because they are long lmfao my nails were shorter than they have ever been I am 36 years old I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and have been to hundreds of different places never have I ever been charged that price never and to say that they were long that is why .. Well long story short I will not be returning and I was actually already thinking before all of that about setting up another appointment to go back for the pedicure because the other lady was great and so friendly & after all that . me being me I still tipped both ladies . This is a welcoming environment where they always strive to give the customer exactly what they want. I went here to get a fill on a gel french manicure after a no-bueno visit to another salon (didn't listen to what I wanted, expensive, paid no attention to my cuticles, sloppy work) and am so glad I did! I went for a mani pedi on the 7/22. They greet you at the door to sanitize your hands! The use of glass partitions and constan cleaning really put me at ease. They are always so friendly and accomodating, and seem to take great pride in their business. I wouldn't go any where else! read more

Hands down the BEST mani/pedi I have had in years, possibly ever. The salon itself is gorgeous and relaxing, clean and bright. They already had the new fall line from OPI in and color matched my regular toenail color to gel my fingernails. Long was the best! We saw decent reviews before walking in and they were very misleading. The man that greeted us barely gave us the time of day. We wanted two pedicures and the same man performed mine. He was unfriendly and rude and did a terrible job. I frequently get pedicures for the attentiveness and clean up job done to my feet and he simply didn't do any of that. He did not do any part of a pedicure well; including the polish part. While my boyfriend, who doesn't get polish seemed to be getting an overall better pedicure with the scraping and cleaning and cutting. I would not recommend this place. read more

In search of a good nail salon close to home to avoid always driving to Boston. I was recommended by a friend, I had been going to this shop every other week faithfully since June. I had experienced unprofessional behavior once before but figured it was was an one time event. However today was the second time to experience their unprofessional behavior. Clients make appointments and they don't honor the appointments. They wait until the customer is there to ask them if someone else can do their nails. This happens often as they will still take walk ins when they know they have an appointment coming in. Today the wife snatched my debit card out of my hand to make matters worse, all because I spoke up that what they are doing isn't okay. At a first glance I was very impressed. Clean appearance, friendly staff and up-to-date nail spa equipment. It was a deception of realty. I sat down at the station where everything still seemed normal, until I was verbally insulted by the nail spa front runner. I asked for acrylic nails after doing the new dip powder for a few weeks. The dip was fine but it's more expensive and seems a little dirty to me. So when I asked for acrylics I was rudely reprimanded for not wanting to do the powder anymore and was informed that my change resulting in an extra $10 charge. Panicking I just said "fine I'll do dip". At this point I didn't want an issue. I waited for over2 hours with a scheduled appointment to get them done. Finally she agreed to do the actual acrylics I wanted. The man yelled at me and told me "I was confused and he wasn't yelling". Worst experience of my life. My girlfriend and I wanted a nice nail day. My pedicure was not even she did not buff I had lines in my nails and they did a hack job on the file so that pointy scruffy nail ends poked out. The manager a guy continued to tell me it was my skin if he filed it I would bleed....... then told my girl the same thing. That's terrible it's clearly nail not skin... he also told me the misunderstanding why it was not corrected is because the girls speak Vietnamese not English I told him that's not my problem and someone speaking English should be on the floor st all times. Shouldn't have a business in America without speaking English. Then he continued to tell me how he's never had a complaint which is wrong because the next woman to walk in said she didn't want the woman I had cuz "she doesn't know how to do pedicures".
