I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Personally, I will share that they are competitive and so helpful. In one instance with an odd window problem, the dealer told me no warranty coverage and it was an $1,100 part replacement. I called to set a time so they can tell me how much was going to cost me to repair the damage of my truck ( damage fender). I got there the owner came out he started talking to me every other word was cussing word all he could talk about it was how good of a job he did. Half hour later tells me what the cost is going to be and I said great order the parts and let me know when you get them and i'll bring the truck back. Two weeks later he calls me I took my truck in a week later he calls me tells me that the truck is ready but I needed to pay him more money because he had to rent a tool to do the job. You would think if you are in that business you know what tools you need why did I take the truck for in the first place it was almost $1,000 more and he also forgot to order the fender and bumper molding so he put the old one back on. it looked so bad. I mention that to him he was so angry he said if I wanted that fix that he needed to order it I needed to pay for it. So he calls me two weeks later to tell me that the fender molding was in. I go there he takes my truck in the shop comes back within ten minutes he says I got the wrong part and he was going to order another one he gives me the keys I get it my seat he left a old towel with so much dirt that my seat was cover with sand and dirt I just through the towel out left that place. he had the worst attitude. You would think that if you take your car to get it fix you should fix it the right way. Please ask around about this guy I did but it was afterwards it was too late. I would not taken my truck there if I would of ask first.
