I had the skirt steak. It was decent I mean it's a skirt steak. It was cooked nice not to much flavor but the chimichurri they put on top helps. The steak was satisfying potatoes were ok cooked carrots were good and the shishito was decent the cheap sauce that comes with it helped. One thing I'd ordered a mocktail was upset it came in a lil ass can and they charged me $12 for that crap. In an establishment like this nothing should come in a can and with an astronomical price tag to go with it. Service was great, ladies will love the ambiance .

Sisters was great from the food, service and ambiance. There was a little something for all of us even the pescatarian. The drinks and food were delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Came here for an afternoon brunch after a 5K run in nearby prospect park. We had a reservation for 1:30PM and was seated the . The ambiance was definitely cute, with an interesting decor. We got the heirloom rice bowl with chicken, the burger with bacon, and the French toast. Food didn't take too long and we got digging. The rice bowl had a healthy amount of grilled chicken (for $8). The burger was deliciously juicy and went well with the crispy bacon and fries. The French toast was quite sweet with the jam and fruits that you can opt to forego the syrup. All in all, would return

Very cute interior/bar area! I liked their selection of beers on tap. Def recommend the fried pickles here, which were super tasty and crunchy. I also liked the kale Caesar salad with the fried chicken cutlet (salad was well dressed and chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside). Prob wouldn't order the artichoke dip again, found it too salty for my taste.

Great service with plenty of options on the brunch menu. The environment is welcoming and servers were very friendly. The chilaquiles were full of flavor! Would definitely recommend.

The service was great! We had a snafu with our reservation and they were incredibly understanding and flexible. The ambiance is beautiful and dreamy. The chicken sandwich, drinks, and French toast were all delicious!

Not sure why this restaurant doesn't have an average of 4/4.5 stars! My sister and I were too stunned to speak when we walked in. The sun roof and natural light is truly breathtaking and the architecture of the bar and overall decor is breathtaking. We came for lunch and the food menu is simple, but is perfect for a farm to table restaurant. The chicken sandwich with the pickled slaw was great, the fish sandwich was a bit milder in flavors, but was light and flakey which made it good. Food was fresh and came out piping hot. Service was not as frequent as other places, but he was balancing the bar area, taking orders and tending to each table. When he did come to check in, the turn around for what we requested was quick.

Stopped by Sisters Restaurant fresh off my flight with no expectations, and it was a great first brunch stop. Saturday was busy, so even dining solo I had to wait a few minutes for a bar seat--I'd recommend making a reservation. The Frozen Pain Killer ($18, pictured) was excellent. The menu has something for everyone, though nothing immediately stood out as a must-try for me. The atmosphere was warm (literally) and inviting, with beautiful natural light from the overhead skylight. Overall, a solid brunch spot with great vibes and cocktails. I'll be back for a drink if in the area.

The chimichurri skirt steak was to die for! It was perfectly cooked and the whole carrots and baby potatoes were the best addition to the meal! I really enjoyed the frozen painkiller too but my friend had a margarita and said something tasted off about it. Service was good and it was interesting to learn parties can also be hosted in the back room here.

When I tell ya'll it's probably been years since I stepped into Sisters! And I'm kinda mad at myself for staying away for so long. Me and a group of gals spent the day together. Talking, sharing stories and enjoying the beautiful day with brunch, a little thrifting and then a lazy walk. We ended up at sisters where we had some great cocktails and shared a bunch of small plates! Everything was really really good. I can't wait to go back and hope that it won't be as far and few between, as the last time.

    Quinoa Burger - surprisingly delicious

For my 900th review, I have to highlight this beautiful Farm to Table in Brooklyn. (Sorry Queens!) Friendly staff, even the customers are friendly. While waiting for our items. We were talking to our neighbor who is a big Liberty fan so we unloaded the extra items from the fan appreciation ceremony we were at. Great food. We both ended up living the quinoa burger. It paired well with the tomato soup. We split everything in half which worked well for us. Great space. Everything is so relaxed and enjoyable. Go say hi if you are in the neighborhood.

Rocky start but strong finish. Sisters is a very cozy restaurant which would be an ideal location for a date or cocktails. The focal point of the large bar was rather nice as it illuminated its spirits and house mixers. Getting seated was no problem and I have to credit the hostesses for making a quick and strategic decision to allow for my group to be seated within secs upon arrival. The server was very polite and persistent while working through some communication challenges with the kitchen. The relayed information did create some confusion at the table but was able to be resolved by the owner who clarified the menu option and finished taking the order. The second order of the salmon didn't arrive correct with the substitution and we were ready to settle, fortunately the server was insistent the order was corrected and returned it to the kitchen. Once the meal arrived corrected it was amazing. I ordered the fried fish sandwich that was constructed very well. The brioche bun tasted like it was made in house, the fish itself was very flakey and tender without falling apart, and the sauce with the garnish paired well. I do wish a side of aioli sauce came with it because it was very good. The wings were sriracha based and likely cut in house. The flavor was unique and tasty. The salmon was perfectly cooked and could have used a bit more seasoning. The fresh cracked pepper and table salt added the final touch to enhance the flavor. Not pictured were the skirt steak and Brussels sprouts. Both were tasty and made cooked properly despite the communicated prep from the kitchen relayed to the table. Overall I'll return to the restaurant to try different options and to have more cocktails. The staff adjusted rather well considering the minor communication challenges and everyone left happy and satisfied with their meal. 3.9 out of 5

Came here for lunch. The place was beautiful decorated. The front of the restaurant is airy and bright while the back is darker and cool feel to it. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I wish the food was better. The french toast i ordered was under cooked. The center of the bread was super soggy and wet. The chicken sandwich was okay. The drinks were pricey and nothing special.

Overall, Union Hall is a quaint neighborhood staple, great drinks, fun games, and a little bit of that old-school local charm. Perfect for a casual night out or something a little different from the usual bar scene.

Also, we were sober and properly dressed; Andy specifically said our IDs were fake. I have a Michigan license that I renewed to get a Real ID this January, my friends have a Wisconsin and Arizona license that were also valid. Andy barely looks at our IDs and says "nope, nope, and nope." We're stunned to say the least and they asked if we wanted a second opinion. We of course said yes and we saw them walk in, not talk to anybody, walk about, and said "they said I'm okay (to turn u guys away)." We also thought it was because of our out of state licenses (which would've still been shitty), but then Andy did this "fun" little show and tell game where they took this persons ID from Colorado and compared it to ours (again our licenses were from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona). Andy could not give us a straight reason on why our IDs were fake because yanno THEY WEREN'T! So we left! If they really thought our IDs were fake then why weren't they taken from us? After that, we went to a bar maybe 300 ft from C'mon Everybody and got in just fine AND got drinks. Same at the bodega down the street because crazy enough; our IDs are all valid and real! I will happily come back to show my ID again to educate the staff at Cmon Everybody on what a valid license looks like from Michigan. I am also seeing other reviews of people getting turned away for "unacceptable IDs" so this is obviously a continuing issue. Do better.

The bathroom line can get long and people take their time in there doing what they'll do.. Can be a wildcard for what it will be like inside, but if you come with a fun group, problem solved. Overall the staff is "no BS" to put it simply, so as long and you're chill and respectful, you *shouldn't* have any problems.
