Super overpriced with cheap quality. Their "professionally installed" bed frames are Chinese crap that bends with ant weight. They have replaced twice and they continue breaking. I was very pleased with my mattress purchase at sit and sleep. After having little to no success at other locations sit and sleep really stood out from the crowd. While searching for my mattress I had the help of Dianne who really took the time to walk me through each step of the process. She was incredibly thorough and kind. I ended up purchasing a mattress that had been on display for the past year. Dianne offered me a great deal and even threw in a mattress cover seeing as the mattress had had people on it previously. After I made my decision Dianne took the time to bring her own vaccume from home and vaccume the mattress for me prior to its shipment out to my house. She continued to send me text updates on the progress of the shipment and made the entire purchasing process a breeze. I recently stopped by the orange location, I went to santa ana location the last bed I purchased, to find a new mattress. As I walked in the door I saw a good selection of mattress to try out. As I was sitting on one Diane walked past and asked if I been helped yet. I hadn't so she said she'd be right with me as she finished up with another guest. We chatted briefly and she showed me a few mattresses that meet my specifications. I went back and forth trying them out as she helped other guests and checked back with my often. When I had two different mattresses picked out Diane was finishing with some guests and then came over to answer more questions for me. Then she took me over to the bed that calibrates the mattress that is best for you and as it turns out it was one of the mattresses I was deciding between. So I picked that one, we went to the desk filled out all the needed paperwork and I payed. She told me that mattress was on back order so would take two weeks to be delivered. We chatted some, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to share some stories with me about Europe. I contacted the Sit & Sleep in the city of Orange to purchase a adjustable bed for my mother-in-law. She needs and adjustable bed because of her medical issues. The people at the store were wonderful. They went over all the different aspects of the adjustable beds the different price points the different mattresses that can be used with them they also went over the pricing for sheets in the necessity of the sheets. This is the review for my delivery of mattress.. Carlos and Fernando Truck #96 were AWESOME!! They pulled up and I greeted them outside. I advised them that my new bedframe was not setup yet and they assured me the mattress could lean against the wall for awhile until I could set it down. They delivered the new mattress and put gloves on when they opened it to put the Protective Cover on. Very inviting store with plenty of mattresses to try out However, I was looking for a specific mattress that I had slept on at Paris Las Vegas and had the best night's sleep of my entire life. Bob Cooper knew exactly what I was talking about and walked me to that exact mattress. When I told him what my old mattress set had been he then told me that the box springs could be reused for many years and there was no need to buy a new one. In other words he made no effort to sell me something I didn't need. Incredible! Once I sat on it, I realized it was too high for my 80 year old body to climb onto and I ended up choosing the lower box springs, but it was MY choice.
