BIG FAT ZERO!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STAR David (salesman) at Oxnard SNS sold us a mattress we were doubtful about from begining & got us into a financial contract that we can't get out of or change. We agreed because we thought we could exchange after 31 days as per contract, but we also thought we could upgrade the mattress if need be which would mean we would need to upgrade our credit, but David said we could not do that until current loan was paid off which would obviously be after our 60 day exchange. So we are stuck with a mattress we HATE. Our 8yr old mattress was more comfortable & it was horrible & we get less sleep then we did with our old mattress. read more

This place is great! Mr. Flores is a gentleman. There was no pressure. I was able to take as long as I wanted. When I was ready to make my purchase, he worked out a very fair deal, arranged the delivery, which happened on time and uneventfully. Very professional. One of the beds turned out to be a little too high and didn't fit my headboard/bedframe. Mr. Flores arranged to change the height of the bed and fix the problem with the headboard. David will do his upmost to get you what you truly need. I blame myself for not doing my homework/due diligence in purchasing our mattress and bed frame. David Stengel, took the reins and helped me when I return to Sit 'n Sleep when I was having a problem with our purchase. I was worried I was going to get sucked in to some deal and be really disappointed in myself after buying some ridiculously priced mattress. I walked in and was greeted by John and he took me straight to the super cool bed that tells you what kind of mattress is best for you. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Robert F, who asked if I wanted to determine my mattress needs with a fancy machine that measures your body/pressure points in your preferred sleeping position. I was certain I needed a "firm" mattress, but he assured me that the machine takes out the guess work and is very accurate to your needs, not just your wants. The machine concluded I needed medium pressure! He then patiently walked me around the store showing me mattresses until I found one that made me feel like I was laying on a cloud. I had lower back and hip pain from my current mattress, but the one I ended up choosing completely relieved me of any pressure or pain, even though I had assumed that every mattress was going to have some sort of flaw. He answered every question I had and even aimed to stay within my budget. Additionally, he informed me that delivery and set up were free, and that they would take my old mattress away if I wanted! Checking out was as simple as giving a delivery address and scribbling my initials. Don't think I was in there more than 30 minutes but this time tomorrow I'll be sleeping like a queen! read more

We had a budget for our mattress and box spring and headboard coming out to $1500. We were going to go to IKEA and ended up falling in love with the different mattress until we found the perfect one. It was the King mattress, box spring, Twin mattress, waterproof mattress cover, storage box bed frame and the security of a ten year warranty all for a little over a budget. I have never felt so happy spending such a pretty penny. I would recommend coming here for the quality and the service. My fiancé and I were looking for a new bed a few months ago and were greeted right away by John who showed us around and even had us see what type of bed was best for us. After getting an idea he was great in showing us some great example beds on the floor but we still weren't sure what we wanted to get.
