The kitchen in this bar is small and they do orders one at a time, no batches. I had no idea that when I ordered there were multiple large carry out/door dash orders ahead of me, which meant I had to wait over an hour for my order of wings. Thankfully I had time to waste while watching the game, but no order of wings should take that long, especially without being told about the extraordinarily long wait when I ordered. I will say, once my order arrived, they redeemed theirselves. The wings were large, perfectly fried (tender, juicy and not one bit over cooked) and they were tossed evenly in the flavorful and unique dry rubs. Absolutely no complaints, just pure satisfaction. After driving across the lake, we were informed there was a 45 minute wait for a table inside, they were not serving food outside, only drinks, and they were not serving food to-go. It was one of the most disrespectful experiences I've had as a customer, and I was super embarrassed as a host.
