Jonathan, Damario, and Dani were all incredibly helpful and welcoming even though it was near closing time. Instead of rushing customers out, they were patient, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, answered my questions, and did it all with positive attitudes and professionalism. It's rare to see a team maintain that level of stellar customer service at the end of a long week, but they absolutely did. What bothered me most was how he treated my grandma during checkout. She was trying to make friendly conversation, but he was very short with her and didn't smile once. I understand everyone has bad days, but it was disappointing to see that kind of attitude toward an elderly customer who was simply being kind.
