I purchased a necklace on top of many other things from that visit back in June and wore the necklace for about five weeks before the "gold plated handmade necklace tarnished. while, I love the butterfly, I also found it online for five dollars so that was not handmade and putting it on a cheap necklace with your name on it is genius but not good for business. I did not reach out to the store so I'm not sure how they would handle this, but I wanted to share my experience.

Cheap jewelry is over there." And gestured to another part of the store. I was confused at first at what she was implying and I said I know. I know what I like. And she just gestured to the cheaper jewelry. I am absolutely shocked at how rude this woman was. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service. This woman does not know me or my financial status and yet assumed I cannot pay for a $400 bracelet. I can, but regardless I am a customer in your empty store looking at something behind a glass and you turn me away from it??? That was so unnecessary and rude I am completely offended. I can see why this was the only store in the mall that was empty. The rude lady was scaring away customers. My friend and I laughed about it, but genuinely I cannot image what she had to gain by stopping me and telling me I should go to the cheap section.

Worst customer service! Took my step daughter to Brandy Melville in the Westlake store today on…read more08/27/26 at 4:50/5:00pm, and right when we walked in, we see 5 employees standing right in front of the main clothing table in front of the store, without any welcoming service. We thought they were just regular customers at first because they were chit chatting about personal gossip and not move for guests to look around that clothing table. Then 20 mins into looking around the store, Some of them started going to the back to heat up food (and thats when we knew the were employees). The whole entire time we were there, there was no "hi, welcome," or "is there anything I can help you with today," conversation. They saw us walking around the table where they were standing, but they didnt even move for us (customers) to look around the table. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
