Date of Visit: 4/20/2024 We visited the Six Peaks Grille for dinner during our stay at the Everline Resort & Spa. We went to Alpine Meadows on the day, and after relaxing at the pool area, we changed and came to the Six Peaks Grille. We were sat by the window, with the view of the pool area, mountain and the valley. All the dishes and wine and cocktail options are made with distinct local ingredients. The server was nice too! Explained in detail about the menu and offered a few recommendations. Palisades Punch $16 I ordered the cocktail to pair with my dinner. Palisades Punch was made from Grey Whale Gin, muddled blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Very refreshing with the taste of berries and lemon. Highly recommended! 2018 Willa Kenzie Estate Pinot Noir $20 Husband got the Pinot Noir from Williamatte Valley The glass has complex aroma with notes of black cherry, cranberry sauce, and orange peel. Supple tannin and a long finish. Pan Seared Diver Scallops $46 I ordered the pan seared diver scallops with three huge scallops on top of corn risotto, artichoke and chili vinaigrette on the side. 28 Day Dry Aged Ribeye 14oz $66 Husband got the dry aged ribeye. Medium was a little overcooked. There four sauces to choose from, husband got the Garlic Confit Butter that paired well with the steak. Seasonal Foraged Mushroom $12 On the side we got the foraged mushroom. Mushroom were salty but chewy! Chocolate Lava "S'more" Cake $14 Highly recommend the S'more cake dessert! On top of the vanilla ice cream there were sprinkle of graham cracker. On the side there was a chocolate lava cake, and toasted marshmallow. All ingredients of the S'more were on the plate, with a nice twist and good presentation.

Really nice ambiance and decent food in a ski resort in Olympic valley. We picked a few unique flavors. The coffee crusted duck breast is so delicious, highly recommend. Their old fashion has a mint and citrus tweak, which doesn't taste like old fashion, but still pretty good. The lemon cream cheese cake is nicely plated and textured, indeed the decadent dessert. Service is excellent. The price is steep, but it's worth the money.

Nice selection of beer, wine and spirits. The menu is simple enough, if you like steaks - this is a good restaurant for you. The sides are limited but the lobster Mac and and ratatouille were both very good. The service was what you would expect for a steak house in a new resort, not pushy, happy to answer questions and timely. The atmosphere was nice, going for an early dinner would be nice to catch the views of the valley. However we did have some bugs flying around when we were eating which was not great.

Awesome that this is in the hotel and I didn't need to drive! Views are incredible even in April. Service could work on picking up plates when finished and keeping the water refilled. They seem very understaffed but with this type of price tag people just expect a little more out of the servers. Food was good, we ate everything! No left overs! The stake was unevenly cooked. Ordered a medium rare but some parts came out medium. Still was very yummy and had no need for it to be returned.

This was their duck appetizer and I highly recommend!

This place was very convenient during our trip to Lake Tahoe. It was in our resort and the views are amazing. The meaning behind six peaks is that you get to see six peaks from the view which is one of the best dining views in this resort. I really enjoyed their dinner menu options And the appetizer as you can see in the picture was delicious. Their steaks were also very fairly priced. The one issued for me that prevented it from being five stars is that the service was very slow. The day my wife and I went, it was pretty empty inside the restaurant, but it still took forever for us to even get water or get our orders from the waiter. But besides that, we really enjoyed it.

Service on Sunday from a skibum. Well acknowledge the specials of the menu and I grilled them left and right.. food is always good here probably one of the best restaurants in the village.

Every time my husband and I are in Tahoe we come here! It's a very expensive dinner no matter what you get, and every time it is worth it, UNTIL NOW. I am extremely put off by how our server treated us. ROBERT, if you are that entitled that you speak down to your customers, you should not be in the service industry. When we arrived it took him 20 minutes to come and introduce himself and then said he'd be right back. Another 20 minutes later he came and took ONLY our drink order. I could have understood if the place was packed but there were 6 tables in total, and ROBERT didn't seem overwhelmed, he just acted as if he couldn't be bothered. I'm sorry, but this is a really fancy and expensive place, the service should match the quality of everything else. After we got our drinks ROBERT came back over and asked if we had any questions. We kindly asked about the catch of the day which we ordered 2 of. Then we ordered the bison, which he rolled his eyes and said they were out and then he pushed the New York strip. We weren't interested in that, but there was a table that had something that looked really great so we asked him what that was. "That's elk. But it takes an hour to prepare so you won't want that!" Isn't part of the servers job to sell the specials and create a welcoming atmosphere? So, we ended up ordering a filet mignon and the sirloin. Our meals arrived and ROBERT brought out all of our correct orders except for my husbands sirloin. It was very clearly a New York strip steak. We were very polite and asked about what was served and ROBERT insisted he put on the system a sirloin, then he rudely grabbed it off the table and took it to the kitchen. When he came back he said "Ya, this is a sirloin the kitchen will make you another one but it will take at least a half an hour so you should just eat this." Because of his attitude we showed him pictures on yelp of what the difference of the meat looks like from their restaurant and he walked away!!! This is a really fancy place, and with the type of service ROBERT provided, they should be embarrassed. And ROBERT, I don't know if you were having a bad day, and if you were I'm sorry. But please just treat others better.

Semi pricey but worth it for the quality and flavors. The options for fine dining in this area is very limited, so since we were staying here, we just decided to stay on property for dinner, but truth be told, we didn't pay for this meal; my company did. For what the bill ended up being, I think it was worth it bc not only was the food really tasty and the quality outstanding, but the portions were also big. I hate fine dining only to think of what you will have to eat after you leave. Six Peaks really delivers. After three cocktails, a bottle of wine, a shared salad, two platters of focaccia, a shared app, a shared side, two sizeable entrees and a shared dessert, the bill was $425 after tax and tip. Again, semi pricy, but really worth it. This sounds like a lot of food, and it IS! Service was OK. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable, but he wasn't very attentive. If he was attentive and I wasn't wondering where he was half the time, I would've given this place five stars. Service was not bad by any means, I just think for a high clientele, we should've been given more attention.

This is a MUST do experience in north Lake Tahoe. I took my friends for tapas on the terrace in the evening sunshine and it was nothing short of glorious. We had Scott and Will taking care of us- they were absolutely phenomenal. They pointed us in the right direction for wine selection and tapas options, and even the specials! The ravioli special was insanely delicious and the lamb special was top tier. Everything was prepared so perfectly and tasted so fresh! I think that this meal was in the top 5 of my life. Don't walk, run to six peaks!

Service was insanely fast which was perfect for us since we biked there. There is bike parking on the right side of the deli. We enjoyed the music selection! The food was 10/10. The service was…read moregreat, the food was amazing, and the live music and lively atmosphere lent to the amazing experience we had. This place is busy for a reason and the wait is worth it. We came in as Walk-ins and despite the fact that there were 17 parties on the reservation list before us, we still were able to be seated and within 25 minutes. Our server Caroline was quick to get our orders in and as first time visitors, she made excellent suggestions to make our night unforgettable. To start, we had two drinks off the menu, the Whiskey Mango Foxtrot and the Spicy Cucumber Mar-tini. Both were excellent, and the marg-tini had an especially good japalepeno kick, which is what I was looking for. We're normally old fashion kind of drinkers but the Whiskey Mango Foxtrot had excellent flavor and was well balanced, with what tasted like a Tajin mango. The real star of the show was the food though. The server wasn't joking when she said the nachos are best shared with two people, and I even opted for the guacamole. The carnitas were buttery tender and the cheese sauce tasted gourmet and incredibly flavorful. I definitely recommend these! They were probably some of the best nachos I've had, and this is coming from someone that's lived in Santa Barbara for 5 years! Next up was the burrito bowl, and the first thing that comes to mind is: generous! We're used to spending $25 an entree in the city and still leaving the restaurant hungry, but not here. The chips were fresh and crispy and truly taste hand made. The birria beef was amazing and tender and flavorful, and the pickled onions and vinegar sauce was the chefs kiss on an altogether amazing dish. We're so glad to have finally made it over here! Bottom line, this restaurant is worth checking out if you're in the area. It's packed with locals every night, but don't let the long wait times dissuade you, they under-promise and over deliver. These are the best drinks and food with Mexican flare this side of the Sierras, and will become a staple during our visits to the area. If you appreciate good food, drinks, and an amazing mountain atmosphere, you owe it to yourself to put Shadyside Lounge on your short list of places to try, I know I did and the only regret I have is not coming here sooner!

The menu was an array of apps like Bao buns, guac and chips to birria beef rangoon, entree salads and burgers including a mushroom burger. They were a bit understaffed - one bartender and one server. Neither super friendly or forward with info - we had no clue on the flow or what and where to go. We figured it out, but clearly a bit of an issue. We ordered at the bar, but from a server, and then sat outside. The poke bowl, while a tad bland was hearty, filling and solid. The deep fried onions on top were a really nice touch, although I did feel like it was over the top salty - I ended up drinking like a gallon of water when I got home. The Bloody Mary was really good... so props on that drink, with a blue cheese olive and all. Overall, such a solid spot. Well designed, hip and a solid menu. I'd come again if I was in the 'hood. * bonus for some limited parking in the back lot.

Food was overall bad and soda was completely flat. I reached out to request a refund and they fucked up the amount refunded, while still charging me 22% gratuity LOL. This experience was a stain on an otherwise incredibly perfect weekend celebration in Tahoe. I had my 30th birthday dinner here and it was a terrible experience-- although NO fault of our direct waitstaff. They tried their best in a chaotic situation... IDK where the communication dropoff occurred. I submitted a request on Evo Hotel's contact form 3 weeks in advance to request a large party reservation and got in contact with their events coordinator, Alexis. While the restaurant doesn't typically accept reservations, she offered an event hosting fee to confirm our large party of (originally) 12. I agreed to the charge (BTW, which was $990.23 after taxes and service charges, and required $750 food/bev minimum). This included 22% gratuity. Signed a contract. Soooo I basically paid almost a grand in advance. For a table that's not even in a private room! I just wanted the peace of mind :-/ A day prior, I let Alexis know that my party size had changed to 11, and she responded that it had been updated. OK COOL, CONFIRMED RIGHT???? LMAO The night of, the staff were completely confused why our big ass group was saying we had a reservation because, again, THEY DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS! Only when I mentioned ALEXIS and showed the contract on my phone, they basically scrambled to get us seated ASAP. Fortunately there was space, but the restaurant was nearly full... Imagine if I paid $1k to wait outside for an hour or something??? Waitstaff were very flustered and apologetic, and throughout our meal I had to reexplain the situation to different people, who each seemed even more confused than the last. Frankly, I would've considered another restaurant when we found out the reservation wasn't honored but 1.) I already paid and 2.) where tf am I going to seat 11 people on short notice who are hungry after a day of hiking and climbing?! The food was just... Not good. Some dishes were passable, but: - Soda was totally flat. Like you left it out on the porch in a hot day. - Guacamole was unseasoned... Basically CUBED avocado with no salt. It was so egregious this became a running joke in our group - Fried rice was SO salty and unpleasant - Chicken was undercooked in the salad... - Fries came out cold. - Poke was bland. Both fish and rice basically had no flavor The only thing that was good was probably the Seafood Pan Roast and cocktails. My friends got through the meal to kindly avoid worrying me on my 30th birthday, knowing I had been stressing about planning this weekend for the past three months... We only sent back the guacamole and soda, but SO much food was left on the table. Nobody took takeout boxes back or even considered getting dessert. On top of all this mess, they didn't even acknowledge that it was my birthday even after finding the contract LOL. The staff finally decided that the check was considered covered by my $990.23, so no addtl card was ran. Good thing we asked for the itemized total before we left, because it was actually $483 (before tip/tax). So WAAAAY below the food/beverage minimum. In good faith I fully expected us to exceed the minimum because we're all huge foodies! The night before, a group of 5 of us literally spent $400~ at Sylva... I reached out to Alexis after my trip and requested a refund. While apologetic, she only waived the $750 minimum, 3 items and the soda, and still charged me for 22% gratuity. PLEASE BE SO SERIOUS LMFAO. I'd still tip 15% for the hardworking waitstaff-- or whatever the typical restaurant large party auto-gratuity is-- but 22% for all this mess????? And then as if it couldn't be a bigger mess, her email wrote the refund was $462.32, but the new attached invoice listed $426.32. Girl. To her credit she also sent a $50 gift card but unfortunately there's no way I'm coming back. This is probably the most negative dining experience I've had in a long time... I was genuinely shocked. Sad bc my bf and I stayed at Evo in Utah and had a great experience, and hyped it up to our friends (they have a rock climbing wall and a skate park in that location!!!), so this was a big disappointment from start to finish. And you did it at my 30th bday dinner :-(
