Doug is very attentive and has exceptional customer service skills. He's very friendly, and appears to always be in a great mood. This was my first & LAST time at sizzler. This was our last resort for a quick bite at a sit down restaurant since golden corral down the street was extremely full; as it always is on a sunday afternoon. I ordered a basic burger with fries & added unlimited salad bar to my meal. As soon as we go to the only area with available seats for a party as big as mine we could'nt believe what we seen. The restaurant was not very busy yet EVERY single table in that area was filthy! We had to wipe our own table clean with a rag nearby. The manager came out and started wiping the tables himself after a while and was nice and attentive but definitely needs tips on how to manage a restaurant and serve quality food. The salad bar was stale & disgusting. I still can't get over the fact that frozen dinosaur chicken nuggets from the super market are served at a "restaurant". Once my food arrived it looked as though they served me the dry extra crispy fries at the bottom of the fryer. Smh extremely disappointed. read more

We went here because my mom came to visit and since she's on restricted diet she loves all variety of items she can have with her salad at Sizzler. I was surprised they had not remodeled this place since I was a teen. Too small of a Sizzler in my opinion. We paid for our food but couldn't find seating and we tried to get info from a couple of employees to see if we can sit in the banquet room but they just said we needed to speak to the manager, well he was too busy taking plates to the tables. Finally someone left so I just started cleaning my own table since it was taking a while to get it cleaned. The one good side was Dana the waitress, just amazing! She was fast and courteous and had a smile on her face she turned an otherwise bad situation to a pleasant one. read more

I went there right before closing, but me and my lady did not feel rushed at all. We enjoyed our meal, it was cooked well and brought to us promptly, and the service was really nice. The cashier today (Monday night) was a rockstar. He runs this place well and had an outstanding personality. When I left, I even forgot my pricey hooded sweater, and he ran out and gave it to me. The service is unpredictable. I have been to this location a few times within the past 6 months. My first experience was just ok, but I try to give places a few tries before dissing them. The second time was GREAT, we were served by a very professional man who made sure we had everything we needed. The last time I went to this location was not so great. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was very thin and well done. My server barely showed her face. Toward the end our servers switched off and we had a different server with no warning. The second server couldn't figure out where her food was supposed to go. She approached us multiple times to see if we had ordered whatever it was she had in her hands at the time even though we had food in front of us already. She never refilled our drinks and honestly it was just not a good time. I'm willing to try this location once more to see if I'll get the same service as our second visit, if not then that will be our last time and I'll edit my review accordingly. read more

My husband and I just tried to have lunch here and they said we can't share a meal together. I had gastric bypass surgery in December I told them I can't eat a full meal like a normal person so I asked if I could get a kid sized meal they said yes then they said well we have to ask the manager. This place sucks! It is old and the carpert looks like it has not been changed since the day it opened (which look like the 70s)! They microwave their food. No open flame grills for the steaks like the new sizzlers and some of the old ones have. The steak taste rubbery and the potato was greasy and stale. They had little bugs flying around the salad bar. Came out well done, tough, and chewy, Not a gram of seasoning, no pepper or salt nothing at all, I guess that's to expensive. it also was about the size of a large chicken strip. If your gunna completely cheep out, cheep out on the cooking time so people don't get beef jerky. I completely hate the smell and taste of fried fish, So natural my chicken was breaded and fried in the same oil the use to fry their fish in. It reeked of fish and tasted like it also. Had the pleasure to again visit this Sizzler with my elderly father. He takes Dial-a-ride here twice a week because he loves the selection at the salad bar as well as the excellent service. I agree that the salad bar is extensive, fresh, and tasty. I am always impressed with the level of service Dad receives here. We were warmly greeted by Evelyn and Darlene. They knew his drink order. This visit - John took care of our needs as we enjoyed our meal. We appreciated his friendly/kind attitude. All the staff here anticipates Dad's needs and give him lots of attention. Not to just Dad either. I saw elderly couple come in and Evelyn came from around the counter to point out/discuss the various offerings available to the couple. We came with a big group to Sizzler's. This was my first time eating at a Sizzler's. I enjoyed the service and they were very kind and courteous to us. The prices are expensive for the food. I ordered the tri tip steak with endless salad bar. That was about $15. There's a big selection within soups and salads but there isn't much variety with other foods. The dessert area had soft serve, apple crumble, and some other things. The food was average and is expected from buffet style restaurants. They didn't refill the food items that often. Some seemed like they were there for a long time and a skin formed on top. So to sum up, the food was average, excellent customer service, and a lot of parking. read more

Came here after starving myself all day. Well worth it! I haven't been to a Sizzler since I was a kid. In fact, you hardly see them around now. It honestly felt like we walked into a buffet at Old Vegas. But, it was cool! The guy with the dreadlocks greeted us and made us feel welcome. Our waiter was Marcos. Dude was bomb.com! That guy was on top of our order and assisted above our expectations. My fiancee even stated that she felt like she was welcomed to someone's home. I got the steak and unlimited shrimp.
