Wow this is my first time having Sizzlers ever and I can see the traditional aspects that would make this place popular and nostalgic for those who grew up having it. My rating would have been better if our server was more attentive. My boyfriend ordered the Classic Steak Trio ($25.49) which comes with a 6oz sirloin steak, 4 jumbo crispy shrimps, and a malibu chicken with your choice of a side, which he opted for the baked potato. He wanted the classic so I could try some of the classic items at Sizzler. I had to have what I have heard about this place for so long, the Unlimited Salad Bar ($20.99) which includes a beverage. So their unlimited concept is strange to me because they don't have the plates and soup bowls out. Starting out they gave me one plate and ne bowl. Not my style since I usually like to gather all my food at the buffet and then sit and eat in one sitting. This is an area where our server really hindered the experience because I had to finish my plate before I had to ask and waittttttt for her to eventually bring another plate. By then I'm already digesting and less able to eat to my full potential. So I started off building a salad with all of my favorite ingredients. The way they have the ingredients and the tongs they use... a lot of contamination occurs. The ingredient in the back drops into the ingredient in the front. This is especially true with the sauces. One lady couldn't reach the ladle for the dressing she wanted and asked me to grab the handle for her. Then she was struggling so much I saw her contaminate the front dressing with her dressing. Not on purpose or anything but she couldn't help it base on the set up. I also tried the clam chowder and the chicken noodle soup. Neither were impressive. The wings were okay. I also saw spaghetti and meatballs and a mini taco bar but I didn't grab anything from it. I ended my meal with some fruits and soft serve. The quality is not the best but I got my fill for the price. My boyfriend also wanted me to sample everything from his classic trio. The steak was okay. I commented on how it was small, and he said it's shrinkflation, since it used to be bigger before. Shrimp was okay. What amused me most was the malibu chicken which is a deconstructive knock off of a cordon bleu. Tastes good enough. I wouldn't mind coming back for a healthy salad buffet meal but this is no where as good as the salad bar experience with Soup N Fresh (aka the new Souplanation) but no wait is a plus. The experience would have been much better if the server we had was more on top of things.

Twelve of my friends took a vote on Sushi or Sizzler for dinner, and Sizzler won. We arrived and were immediately greeted and welcomed by two extremely friendly employees. I chose the unlimited salad bar, as did a couple of my friends, while others chose steak, shrimp, or chicken dinners. The restaurant, including the salad bar, was very clean, well organized, and well maintained. The salad bar offered many great, fresh, and tasty choices. My friends shared that their dinners were delicious and perfectly prepared. Our lone waitress was AMAZING!! She was super friendly, attentive, and assured that our visit was a positive experience. Mission accomplished, as we truly enjoyed our dinners and our entire visit.

Initially I went to another restaurant for soup and salad but they were busy so I thought of Sizzler since we were in the area. It is busy during dinner time on a Saturday night. We waited in line a bit before ordering. Ordered 3 dinner salad bar, crispy bacon burger, and a side of baked potato. For seniors over 65, you get a free fountain drink. After you pay, find your own seats. The server was friendly and she came by to give us new plates and soup bowls for refills. It took a long time for crispy bacon burger and a side of baked potato to come out. We were almost done with our meal and they finally came out. Plenty of parking spaces. It is across from the mall.

After having a self care pedi day with my bestie, inside the plaza we were getting our nails done, I noticed there was a sizzler. I can't remember the last time I had the salad bar from Sizzler and we both decided it was time to be reacquainted. Our total was $64 for two people (tip not included), for two salad bar dinners, paired with a large Corona and Strawberry Lemonade. The ambiance was clean, the food was fresh, and our meals were accompanied with great service. The restaurant was busy, and we did have a little wait. However, it was all worth it. Thank you so much! It's located in a plaza with ample parking. There aren't too many sizzler locations near me. So, I absolutely noted this one.

Mom loves Sizzler after her favorite salad bar place closed down at the height of Covid. Life sized menus line the wall as you get closer to the cashier. We usually order the small plates then add unlimited salad bar. Their salad bar had fresh vegetable and fruit options, different salad dressings, nuts, dried fruit, mixed salads like macaroni, potato, carrot, crab salad, coleslaw, there was a taco station, pasta section and even dessert (chocolate and tapioca pudding, yogurt, fruit salad, jello, canned peaches, cool whip, etc.). Don't forget the soft serve ice cream station. They had three kinds of soup- there's clam chowder, beef stew, and chicken noodle soup. There are booths and tables for bigger groups. Service was friendly. We arrived before the dinner rush so parking was not an issue, the restrooms were clean.

I got the shrimp shrimp shrimp. I liked the popcorm shrimp and the butterfly shrimp, the skewered shrimp lacked flavor. For the steak 6oz looks really small and it is unless you get salad bar too for an additional 9.99. The steak is super tender. Cheese toast was super buttery. Salad bar had a variety of salads.on one side they have the build your own salad. Then one the other Tuna, egg, brocolli, macaroni, seafood salads. I liked the egg, macaroni, and seafood salads. I also liked their chicken as it was crispy. Maybe this batch was fresh. The chicken soup was good, i was not a fan of the menudo though. This sizzler has unlimited nacho cheese. I loved the ice cream they had. The cones were stale though, so id recommend only getting the ice cream in a cup. Getting inside, you can view the menu before you place your order, pay, then finds seats. It was a little confusing because they have a tip option and the cashier said hold up i have tip for you then gave us cash. Apparently you tip the server instead of up front. You also have to give the server the receipt so they know what you ordered. If you get salad bar, it comes with plate and a soup bowl.

Sizzler (West Covina) is not bad. I ordered the Unlimited Salad Bar ($19.99). It's unlimited soup, buffet items, salad, and dessert. The Unlimited Salad Bar is the main attraction at Sizzlers. I arrived at Sizzler (West Covina) on Sunday (around 3:50PM). Parking is easy. The lot is fairly big. Unlike other restaurants, customers pay before eating. Customers pay at the counter; they place their receipt at an open table; and a server greets and assists you. Staff is pleasant and diligent. During my visit, Staff was attentive and friendly. Immediately, Staff placed a basket of complimentary cheese toast. From the Salad Bar, I served myself bowls of Clam Chowder, Spaghetti with Meatballs, Nachos, Fried Chicken, Cesar Salad with Artichoke Hearts and Mushrooms, and Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream. I also ordered the Mango Lemonade ($5.99) which came with unlimited refills. The food is very filling. Personally, the Clam Chowder, Cheese Toast, and Cesar Salad tasted the best. I enjoyed the Clam Chowder's soft potatoes and thick, well-seasoned broth. The Cheese Toast is fluffy and thick. The salad options are also very fresh. However, the Spaghetti with Meatballs was okay. I liked the bouncy noodles and meatballs, but its sauce was too watery. I also appreciated the vanilla soft serve, but this ice cream tastes frugal and icy, Unfortunately, the nachos and fried chicken were the least enjoyable. The chips were stale; the cheese tasted watered down; and the fried chicken was very salty and chewy. Regarding ambiance, Sizzler (West Covina) had a casual, slightly messy diner appearance. Floors had crumbs; tables constantly needed to be cleaned; and crowds kinda lumbered around. However, there's some high points. I appreciated the flat screen televisions that played the football game. I also appreciated how there's a stack of high-chairs for children, so it's family friendly. Also, it felt like the servers still tried hard to keep up with the customers' pace. Overall, Sizzler (West Covina) has value. It's a very affordable, decent option if you enter with a plan. Personally, I avoid Sizzler's main entrees because they are usually too rubbery, wet, or overcooked.... however, the Unlimited Salad Bar ($19.99) is the real reason I'd continue to return. If searching for affordable food, Sizzler (West Covina) is a decent option. 3.8 out of 5

The best part for me is the unlimited salad bar. It's super affordable for how much you can get, and it makes the whole meal feel worth it even before the entrée hits the table. But the real standouts here aren't just the food -- it's the customer service, the iconic cheesy toast, and their steak selections. The steaks aren't the biggest portions ever (so don't expect a massive cut), but they're still satisfying, and the service makes up for it. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel taken care of, which goes a long way. Overall: good price, good vibes, great service, and the cheesy toast alone makes it hard not to come back. Definitely worth the money.

This place always hit the spot and the last time it did that was about 15 years ago. Love that this place still serve the infamous Malibu Chicken, which is and was my favorite. The restaurant is nice and clean. There's lots of tables available and good parking. My waitress was friendly as well.

I had the salad bar for the first time and didn't really care for it. The soups were not very tasty and the protein asides from the boiled eggs were nit that great. I should have had the steak with vegetables as it is almost the same price! Service was great and the place was cery crowded. The cheese bread is really good! It is a large dining area and very crowded when we dined, we will be back but most likely for the steak.

I haven't been here in a while! It's been over 10 years I forgot what this was like. The staff was very attentive and nice, while we were waiting for the rest of the party to arrive the cashier thought we were confused and tried to help us out. Not to mention our server ( the guy with pixel Mario tattoo) I didn't catch his name, he was on it. New plates, napkins, cheese bread, I didn't really need to ask. It's like he sees the future. Ok heres my best bang for the buck strategy, Get any entree that you think would be good reheated, and go to town on the salad bar. I know I know it's a "salad bar" but honestly it's a pretty decent buffet. Fried chicken, tacos, I made myself a dirty nacho plate. I need to come back before they realize my eatery tactics

My family loves sizzlers salad bar, the senior discount is actually a free drink but they enjoy the variety of salads, soups, and make your own pasta/tacos/nachos food. I think it's more worth getting a meal and add the salad bar but honestly it's a lot to eat and finish! The salad bar is unlimited visits but don't waste food because it's all good food that is worth a try. Reminds me of souplantation and I do miss the place and this is just as good with steak as an option to order. My go to is the clam chowder, fried wings, broccoli salad, and meatballs. The chicken soup reminds me of hometown buffet version, the broccoli salad reminds me of souplantation, and their wings are just so unique (breading is very thick but crunchy so it's like a sandwich encased chicken wing). Our server seems to be the same every time I came, super quick, very accommodating, and always checks on us if we need anything. The place reminds me of American comfort food, a mix of Dennys seating vibe without the bright lights, missing the iconic sizzler silo windows, but with floors and walls of hometown buffet.

It was my first time eating at sizzlers and boy have I been missing out. Everything was delicious and wow that cheese toast is something else. Kinda hated that they were unlimited because we kept asking for more. I had the seabass and I was impressed in how good it was. Shoutout to our server Phillip because he was fast and very attentive. My son disliked the sauce in his burger and Phillip offered to have it remade. We appreciated that so much! Will be coming back soon.

There are only two good Sizzlers in my area. Unfortunately, this one is close enough to where I come here way too often. When we were kids, we only went to Sizzlers on special occasions. Now we go just cuz it's Thursday. We usually sit in the area where Francesca serves. She's super friendly and pretty much knows our orders by heart. Nicole is also a great server. Very attentive. UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM. Awful experience today. I literally totaled my car last night and I'm an emotional wreck and we specifically chose this place because it's always so nice and relaxing. Expected Oracio to be here because it's a Friday night. He's not. Some new female manager I've never seen is here. We always substitute a shrimp skewer instead of 6 jumbo crispy shrimp. Always. Never had an issue. They actually suggested it to us before! We didn't ask for it. Anyway she actually told me we've never done that. Made me feel so disrespected. I'm livid. Venus is amazing as always. I'm thankful at least she's here tonight. Guess I have to call before I come to make sure Oracio is here next time. Ridiculous. UPDATE: So I literally wrote this before I even got any food the second I sat down in the booth. Venus was our server and was able to get the order corrected before it was prepared. So we did get the shrimp skewer. Oracio also showed up, and I was excited to get a chance to tell him what happened. I practically had to chase the guy around before I finally got him to stop at our table, and I tried to show him this review that I had literally just written 30 mins prior about our CURRENT visit, and he said "I'm sorry sweetie, I really don't have time for this".... Yeah, I am aware it was a Friday night and he was very busy. But I was horrified at this response. Practically considered him a family friend at this point... could not believe he would speak to me this way. I guess he was just being a good manager, and putting on a good face... and damn is he good at it. And he is generally an amazing manager. But he was incredibly dismissive and rude this visit. And the new female manager has NO place in customer service with her poor attitude. I was in the restaurant business for 7 years - I never once spoke to a customer like that, basically calling them a liar to their face. Unacceptable. read more

OK. So I'm guessing that each Sizzler location is independently operated, or the franchise requirements differ from zone to zone, or something. Suppliers have got to be different as well. I've been to Sizzlers that are not good (Glendale by the Costco), to Sizzlers that are pretty good (San Dimas and La Mirada). This is my first time at this Sizzler, and holy smack..... that was amazing. I got what I always get: 11oz Sirloin, steamed vegetables and an iced tea. I sh*t you not - that steak was better than North Woods Inn and it was on par with Houston's. How can Sizzler be on par with Houston's??? It makes no sense. I'm sitting here looking at my empty plate, wondering what the heck is going on. It was THAT good. I was completely unprepared for the quality of that steak. Kim was the waitress and she was very cool. Back again for lunch today. Just as great as last time. Marina was a sweetheart and was fantastic. read more

The food at the salad bar was not like before .? I was looking for more better soup and other food that were served before like the garlic bread no more the tots bread not good so better level up your salad bar coz my friend asked me if I want to go back to sizzler and have menudo i just said no the menudo is just all fat and mostly corn I will only go back if their menudo is a good one very small meat there's no honey comb and tripe . And also please clean your utensils clean that's why I always bring my clean plastic spoon and fork , I'm just careful coz COVID is not eradicated fully , this is only my advise to you guys at sizzler , thanks ! read more

Food was ok and the only thing is my steak wasn't medium well. My dad's was but not mine. Nothing to write home about. However the customer service could use work. I went up to the cashier to ask about a Togo cup and Togo box but the cashier was with customers so I waited. Then she asks if I need help mid customer exchange. How our conversation went was really rushed and I felt like she was just upset at me for supposedly interrupting when I was just asking two simple questions that could have waited till she finished ringing them up. The exchange could have been less rushed because the cashier was rude. She even gave me an accusatory look with a snide remark to ask my server who was already busy. For whatever reason I even apologized for just asking the question. I rarely come to this place as it had been years since I dined here with my family. Everything is pretty much the same the vibes aren't as great anyway. I'm just disappointed because customer service is the most basic thing. I practically just gave up on complaining because nothing changes with the service or even the food. All I am doing is leaving this review because that exchange was unnecessary and I wasn't sure why the cashier had to be extremely rude. Our "go to" every time we come out to this area. The restaurant and bathrooms are always spotless and the food tastes fresh.! ALL Of the staff is always at your service and go above and beyond. The front Cashier Lady (Stephanie) is extremely polite and very helpful. If you ever come to this location, be sure to ask for Venus, the best waitress!! Extremely attentive to all your needs and even brought us extra cheese bread when I asked lol . Very nice waitress!! read more

I'm already teased by my food snob friends and yelpers for eating at Sizzlers somewhere in the LA-OC area about twice a month. Yes, Sizzler, famous with the budget minded retirees isn't gourmet stuff. Their primary steak is the low brow Sirloin - my little nephews giggled when they found out what "loins" mean. But I LOVE their AYCE salad bar more than the entrees-especially the spinach cranberry salad, fried wings, make your own tacos, and even the creamy imitation krab salad if it's made correctly, as well as their garlic bread. They usually serve some kinds of melon all year - what guy doesn't love eating juicy melons? The imitation krab is actually pollock processed with some sodium and preservatives to simulate a crab texture. Still, it's got some high quality protein and beneficial fish oils. Enough justifying my like of Sizzler. This particular Sizzler s the best looking of the 30 or so restaurant I've ever seen. It's large, with a high ceiling, and likely was not built by Sizzler. There is lots of wood panelling. The interior fixtures are actually modern looking. There are lots and lots of tables and booths. The servers are friendly, and as you get ready to leave, they don't hint for a tip with a tray and mints with toothpicks like most ofhter Sizzlers. But the servers here were nice, and a left a small tip anyway, On top of that, they have carnitas and ceviche, what a surprise! However, if you have a salad bar with your $7.99 lunch (I had the steak cooked correctly), they don't give you a soup cup and dessert cup like the others. They were good with refills and clearing out plates, though. Overall, a very nice Sizzler for lunch. read more

I've been at this location many times.I a fan of the salad bar with tons of option that for me seem fresh and always clean. The service is good-- I have a a couple servers that fall short of the standard- but I just move on knowing they are doing their best. read more

Haven't been to Sizzler in over 15 years so I thought it was about time. Came in for the unlimited salad bar which was $10.99 (unlimited cheese toast!!). All the food was nicely displayed and everything tasted really good! Then again, I'm really easy to please. They had 4 kinds of soups: Clam Chowder, Seafood Chowder, Vegetable Beef Stew and Broccoli Cheddar. Onion rings, fried chicken wings, potatoes wedges and build your own Taco bar was available. Oh yea, bunch of salad and specialty salads as well. Forget about the food for a bit. The SERVICE was unreal. General Manager "Oracio"and Server "Trisha," were so nice! Good selection for salad as well as some hot food like pasta, fried stuffs and Mexican foods. The salad is fresh and tasty, but the soup can be improved.... I order the strip steak medium rare, and I got it medium well... I got my steak replaced... and again... it was over cooked... The manager brought it out and had me cut the steak up... and it was over cooked...haha He asked to cook again... and I told him to forget it..... Services were good.... but I guess the kitchen team needed to improved, as I notice other customers next to my table had the same "over cooked" steak problems... haha read more

The Sizzler located on West Covina Parkway in West Covina is my absolute favorite Sizzler. I had always gotten quizzical looks whenever i suggest to go eat at a Sizzler from out of the area friends. When i go to their local Sizzler, I understand and when they come to "mine", THEY understand! MY Sizzler always has 5 soups. That's right. FIVE!!! Chicken Noodle, Clam Chowder, Vegetable Beef (my fave- I need to talk about this one!), Broccoli Cheddar and either Menudo or a creamy seafood bisque. Ok the vegetable beef is one of the things that sets this location above others. It is a rich, full bodied soup that has tons of flavor & LOADS of steak chunks!!! At other locations, I've felt that it was too watery, not enough salt, couldnt find any beef or the veggies were over cooked/boiled to obliteration. Another thing that elevates this location, is the Salad Bar. The freshness of EVERYTHING!!! Nothing looks/tastes like its been sitting there for ages. It's a popular location, so the food rotation is constant, such a plus! Gotta try their fresh baked rolls with their honey butter. What, your Sizzler doesnt make rolls. ~ding!~ Another reason to come down. There is plenty of fresh fruit, fruit salads, yogurt, chocolate pudding, banana pudding, bread pudding, a different cobbler whenever I go and a REAL ice cream machine with all the fixings for dessert! What!?!!! Your Sizzler serves ice milk??? Come to West Covina!!! Ok, last examples of why you really should give this place a try (even though I want to keep it a secret & all to myself!) The waitstaff & management are seriously on point & kind. The space is pretty big and they even have a patio that can accommodate a large party of 15+ (I'm guessing here), but it's definitely more than 8! They have booths that would seat 6 and tables set for 2, 4, 6 & 8! So meet a friend for lunch or invited the family for dinner. Give this West Covina location a try or even better, compare it to yours!!! (No I'm not an employee, in management or even an owner... i just really REALLY love MY Sizzler !!! XP) read more

Service at this restaurant is good. The server that gets assigned to the section you decide to sit at would likely service your table and your group with a smile and a great attitude. I wish sizzler would bring back the all you can eat shrimp, but that's for a different conversation the salad bar had fresh and wilted produce the cooked food bar appeared to have freshly made food and both stations were kept clean. I did order a steak which was cooked per my order however, it needed more seasoning or fat to make it an exquisite tasty steak but overall the experience was positive. read more

Great service and good food for a very reasonable price. The salad bar is a must! Either with a meal or without. The resturant is spacious so it's a nice place to catch up with friends/family. We were actually the last group to leave the resturant while they started cleaning up for the night. They did not rush our party out of the resturant, and even asked if we wanted extra dishes for dessert before they closed up. Definitely 5 star service, and fortunately better than some 5 star resturants service. I will definitely be returning to this location. read more

Have been coming here for years, love this place...but really? I ordered the cedar plank salmon. $15 for this tiny piece of salmon, forget about the price, it was bland, no flavor whatsoever. Spinach had so much salt, not good at all. Honestly, I've had better salmon at Denny's which really say much for them....wouldn't waste my money on this plate. Love the salad bar, customer service is ok, prices are just, usually pretty clean. read more

Now this place is the best sizzler I've ever been to the food is always fresh and cooked to perfection the steaks are outstanding and doesn't ever need steak sauce or seasoning I think it would be offensive to the cook, these steaks are perfectly seasoned and delicious the lobster is always perfect and the salad bar is always clean and fresh and the staff always friendly this sizzler for me at least can compete with any steak house I've been to I'm never disappointed when I go I just wish I can go more often than I do it's a great place to eat!!!! read more

Best Sizzler we've been to! We tried others in various cities over the years and they do not compare!! Salad bar is always fresh, clean and we'll maintained. Steaks are exceptionally seasoned and well prepared. The diningroom is clean and the A/C is excellent!! Venus is a Great Server and very personable! All the managers are courteous and pleasant. Food used to be really good here back in the 90's. Came here because my mom and I were feeling nostalgic. We would come here every now and then when I was a kid for some steak. Got a sirloin or maybe a ribeye steak. Really dry. Breaded shrimp are the ones you buy in the frozen section of your favorite grocery store. read more

Okay, I give the high rating for this Sizzler because I have been to many Sizzler restaurants, and this location and the one in Beaumont are the only ones that have blown me away. Mind you, I am a fan of sizzlers already but none earn the respectable 5-star rating like this location does! I ordered the sirloin steak and malibu chicken with the all-you-can eat salad bar add on. The steak always comes out the way I like it and the service is exceptional. They make sure to let you know when a new waiter is there to serve you during shifts as well. The salad bar is always in stock! The items they have on there are actual items people would eat (you know how there are buffets where there are extra items that people don't really eat). There's a create-your-own taco station with different meats and toppings to choose from. The soups that stand out to me are: clam chowder, chicken noodle, and broccoli cheddar. Then there's wings, spaghetti and meatballs, and more! I really have nothing else to say. Sizzler is a steak restaurant that has been around for years and at a good value. Lavazza might as well be the sugary gimmicks Starbucks can pull off on their best days. You're paying for the name, not the quality of your drinks. They were stocked with buckets of sugary ingredients like some store bought cookie butter stacked on top of some other store bought 'dubai' butter. That seemed a bit unsanitary and, frankly, kinda sloppy. Last red flag were the sad, sauce-soaked paninis we got. In fact, they were probably the worst paninis we've ever had. Our chicken chipotle avocado panini was drenched in what clearly tasted like store-bought chipotle sauce and the chicken just tasted like reheated chopped breasts (I mean I wouldn't blame them, they're a cafe, not a kitchen.) The mango habanero panini was even worse in that it was more drenched in what also tasted like store-bought habanero sauce, making the panini a dripping mess. But the choice of using what tasted like candied dried mango slices in the sandwich was awful. The flavors just did not marry and it's likely because this is what happens when you have a great idea, but use crap and cheap ingredients to craft something. Maybe they are better known for some other dishes, but the fact that they use store-bought sauces on their sandwiches is pretty tacky. Overall, this place is all hype and no heart. Just a steady flow of clout-chasing customers akin to those that frequent Starbucks as part of a lifestyle. Don't fall for the hype. It's okay to not like something that the masses do.

I finally got to try on a random night. Amboy is located inside Haven City, which is a cool food hall that has tons of food options and seating. Amboy is pretty easy to find. I opted for an Amboy classic (single patty) and garlic fries. It did take a little bit of time, which I didn't mind so I could wander around and look at all the food options. Once the food came out, I dug in. The burger was delicious! It had simple ingredients, but everyone just came together. Garlic fries were also a huge portion and pretty tasty. Although I really enjoyed the garlic fries, I think next time I might opt for just regular fries because I felt the regular fries would be perfect with the burger. Definitely will be back for some delicious burgers and fries. Also, Haven City has tons of large TV's and they play dodgers games. For those that like burgers, pizza and beer, there were several vendors. I'll have to come back to try the other vendors soon!

Sizzler's Unlimited Craft Salad is the real deal. You have all the veggies you need for your salad, not to mention the soup, nachos, onion rings, chicken wings, fried potatoes, and so on. If you don't like their ready-made salad dressings, you can easily make your own vinaigrette (combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground pepper, and mustard). With their selections, you can always whip up something new or change the flavor of their dishes. For instance, I topped their beef soup with grated cheese, mushrooms, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. It was perfect. I also used their cripsy potatoes as a base for all the nacho toppings available in the bar. It was spectacular. read more

We have been local patrons of this location since it opened in the late 70's, early 80's! Their food is exceptional, so fresh and the staff is SO welcoming! Certainly the Management makes this store HUM! We love our favorite Server- Nicole, who has been there over 20 years, Asst Mgr, Paulette is awesome as well - she'll own that place someday! She has been here over 20 years! Such a loyal,committed employee! And lastly, the "Newcomer", Mgr Oracio. Our server, Nicole, went above and beyond as she ALWAYS does. Nicole has built a bond with our family over more than 20 years of SUPERB service. She was the reason Mom always wanted to go to Sizzler after church. Nicole is now a part of our family. She showed up for us when Mom passed and when we went to celebrate Mom's birthday last weekend, she was right there, smiling and reminiscing with us. I always look forward to having dinner here with my husband. We have the ribs and baked potato that was amazing The meat falls off the bone and the flavor of the ribs with Cheese Toast was delicious! We had a great service from Venus. She was always asking if we needed anything and she has a great smile and very warm personality about her. The ambience was nice but a little bit overcrowded but it was comfortable having to sit next to the salad bar. Me and my wife at there 2 times last week and our server was named Elena and was amazin.She was very friendl,knew all the information about the salad bar and checked in with us carrying a heavy load. Stopped by Sizzler for the first time in years, and it was a total nostalgia trip back to the '90s! Everything felt just like I remembered, from the atmosphere to the classic menu. I ordered the steak with half a dozen shrimp, and the steak was cooked to perfection--juicy and flavorful. The salad bar was solid, nothing too fancy, but it had all the staples. The food here is good I had steak and shrimp with a baked potato, and my husband had the salad bar. The Salad Bar has a good variety of food. This is by far the best Sizzler that we have been to. The food taste good, and the items at the buffet look fresh. The service here is also great they took our order fast and our server Kimberly was really friendly she was on top of it the whole time! From the moment we walked in we saw staff all over bussing and waiting on others. The manager in white shirt took our food to our table which was nice. Aliyah was our waitstaff who was very efficient and friendly. My recent lunch outing at Sizzler left much to be desired. Not only were the chicken wings disappointingly dry, but the salad bar also failed to impress. The variety of greens and toppings seemed lackluster, and the freshness was questionable at best. It's disheartening when even the seemingly simple salad options fall short.
