I used to be a regular at this place since they opened, visiting them weekly - sometimes Alice would work on me, sometimes Vinni. 35/h + 10$ tip was a pretty good deal for what these masseuses can do. After today's experience though, I'll be sure to choose another massage place. I paid 40$ for 70min, and told the masseuse I'd like her to concentrate on my neck and back since they're all knotted up. She started well and worked on my upper back for a good 30 minutes, somewhat slow but pretty efficient. Then - the doorbell rang; she ran out and spent the next 5 minutes at the front-desk. She came back and started massaging faster, then the doorbell rang again; she ran out again. When she came back this time and started massaging even faster, I asked her to add the wasted time at the end and slow down to the normal massage pace, but she ignored it.. the remainder of the session involved running out, apologizing, oiling up various bodyparts and touching them quickly without actually massaging anything, and yelling occasionally to her coworkers. She finished 65 minutes after the beginning of the massage, so even if it were spent actually massaging me (which it wasn't), the session was cut short. I left with my neck (the primary purpose of my visit) still knotted up, my lower back massaged on one side but sore on the other, and covered in oil since she never bothered wiping it off. This was the first time in my life where, instead of tipping, I actually asked for a partial refund, took the 10$ bill she gave me and left in disgust. read more

This place was horrid. We paid upfront for our massages, which I've never done. We sat in these rather uncomfortable chairs for about 15 minutes - in a very awkwardly upright position. Then after 15 minutes, they put oil on our legs and feet. And did nothing. Then they proceeded to talk, spilled oil on the floor. I decided to come here after a day of hiking at mission peak in Fremont. What really got me here was there Yelp check-in deal, which is $40 for 45 min body and 45 foot massage...before you get excited, this deal doesn't exist any more. The front counter lady said it was last year's deal...wth! Since my body could not take the muscle ache anymore, I decide to stay for the $40 Dollar for 70 mins full body. The masseuse assigned to me didnt speak English; but luckily I know some broken mandarin, so I was able to tell her where to focus. To start of, I got my feet soaked in hot water to get my blood flowing in my legs while the masseuse massaged my head and face. It was good pressure and I enjoyed it to a point that I almost fell asleep. Then she moved to the legs and the bottom of my feet. Good pressure as well. Note that it's better to wear shorts or sweats, because she had a hard time rolling up my jeans (this is my fault, I had to run errands before that). Lastly, it was the back with oil. It was really good and she really focused on the places I pointed out. So this is the part which my stars for this review started to drop. As she said "finished" I looked at their clock, it was 3:55pm. I wasn't sure what time we started until I got dressed and picked up my phones; I texted my gf that my phone will be silenced at 3:00 pm. That means I got a 55 min massage..but a 70 min service if they counted from the time I parked and walked into the spa. I was not about to argue for 15 mins and take my top off again. I came here 3 weeks ago. The ladies that works the front and the one that gave me a massage did not speak good english and that made it hard to communicate with them. I requested for sport massage however the lady that was massaging me kept insisting to do it harder than what I can tolerate. She keeps repeating " soft no good, hard good!" I was in pain and almost screaming ouch the whole 4mins. She will do it soft for a second then back to putting so much pressure. OMG, She was using her elbow for the most part and putting all her body weight and that's not what I wanted, my body could not tolerate that pressure. I was in pain for two days! Will not be coming back! She tortured my back. No exaggeration! Ouch! Ohh it gets better. Half way during my massage I heard this two black guy walked in asking to see the the girls that does the massage, the owner could not understand what their saying. I visited SK and paid for an hour long $25 foot massage with aromatherapy. Overall, I was happy with the massage--a mixture of pain and pleasure/relaxation. Really it was a foot massage combined with a full body massage. I was offered a cup of water after my massage was over. Cici was my masseuse. I would have her as my masseuse again. Minus one star, because of the noise--front door opening several times, people chatting, one phone conversation, no walls, curtains used as dividers only. I did one hour body and foot combo. Masseuse lacked good techniques. She didn't know what she was doing. I am surprised that management even let her do massages and not train her first. The pail of water that they gave to soak my feet on was extremely hot that i could not even soak my foot for a second. I had to ask her twice to cool it down. It was just bad common sense all around. I felt bad having to pay for the service and even giving a tip. I think they are nice people but just simply clueless that they need to check the skills of their masseuse before they let her work. I made the mistake of thinking this was a legitimate massage establishment without really reading the reviews. The woman who massaged me was nice enough, but absolutely clueless. She had to routine and kept abruptly getting up to do other things. I wouldn't even call what I got a massage, more like a really uncomfortable and awkward foot rub in a shady dark room. Worst experience ever! My mom and I came here and when we walked in a lady came out of a room looking like she just woke up from a nap (hair was messy and her shoes were half on) and we also heard another worker there snoring. When we finally told them we wanted a hr massage they placed my mom in different rooms waiting for about 5 mins while people walked in and out of the rooms. They finally got a bucket for me to soak my feet in and left me there for another 5 minutes. I finally got my massage and she didn't even work on my arms! She heard the lady finish up with my mom and then told me I was done. I looked at the clock and it hadn't even been a hr yet. This place is a complete joke! My friend & I went for the 60 min feet reflexology service. I ask them to rub deeper & she started give my foot an Indian burn! I was like no deeper not faster. Then after 30 mins they had us go in the room on the massage tables and have the worst and weakest massages! I said I asked for feet reflexology but they kept encouraging is to get on the tables so we were like fine! This place is by far a better spa for the same value you pay at other places. There is no wait time as long as you call in and be on time. I usually get foot massage and I like the fact the masseuse do concentrate a lot on the pressure point on the feet. Then again different masseuse have slightly different technic so you have to let them know to apply more/less strength based on your preference. Overall I like the service and I recommend to try if you are looking for good foot massage! read more

The massage was great, and I now have that post-massage nirvana. There are thin walls, but in our case, it only provided hilarity when some comments were made. This is no longer a legit spa, its a front for prostitution. I can't believe what I just experienced. I am gay man with sore back and lives a couple of blocks from this establishment. I know a person that used to work here and read reviews from yelp. So I went an hour and half ago to get massage thinking that this is truly a massage spa like the ones I go to when I am in SoCal. Paid $45 for an hour and the woman insisted that she will do it, that she is very good. From the start I was already suspicious. To start, she wearing a black boots, very uncommon. She ask me to change, i left my boxers- but she removed it. Im shocked but still ok since I still have my towel. The whole massage has no rythm and she keeps focusing on my butt. Later on, she ask me to turn around and starts to tickle me and start giving me a hand job- I ask her to stop and start pretending that she don't understand me. She continue to fondle me and I start to cover my private part and was getting ready to leave. She pretended to think everything is ok and insisted to give me a drink. When I was leaving - I left her the $15 tip from the change of the $60 I paid, she insisted that I give her(rose is her name) a $40 tip for the hand job. She and her coworker were blocking me from leaving until I threaten to call the cops. Rose, I am gay, you are not my type, you won't and you did not even give me a hard on. This place must've changed owners within the last 3 months or SOMETHIN because it's a DISASTER now. It seriously seems like a "happy ending" massage parlor. I used to come in here and get a good full body massage where they'd soak my feet in warm water, and I used to be covered with a blanket or large towel. This time, I was covered with a 12x36 inch towel which barely covered my boobs and exposed my hoo-ha. I was freezing the entire time AND my masseuse walked out to "attend to other patrons" 3 times! My 60 minute massage ended 15 min early and started 10 minutes late. My door was cracked ajar whenever she would go out to talk to other patrons, which I noted were all men. At the end of the massage, when I was getting dressed, she stood there and watched me. I didn't leave feeling relaxed at all, and in fact, was just oily and still had major knots in my neck and shoulders. Here's the cherry on top of this horrid experience, I had $10 in my pocket initially for an easy access tip for her. At the end, I decided just to give her my loose bills which was $4, even though I didn't want to give her a single dollar. Jennifer who is the woman who gave my massage told me that she will be back in 5 minutes unfortunately she took more than 15 minutes. She started from the bottom of my toes all the way to the top of my behind. Quickly she finished the bottom and began in between my thighs all of a sudden I feel fingers playing around my sack. I turned around aggressively and told her please do your job correctly and do not and I repeat do not go back to that spot. She giggled and apologize in a very seductive way. 30 minutes have passed and my back is aching my behind is natural hanging and I have been touched in between my thighs and I was wondering what could possibly happen when I turn around and face her face to face. She goes out and grab the hot towel rubs my whole back with it. Finally I turn around hoping for the best so I can give her a decent tip. She began massaging my shoulders very very very roughly and I told her to stop bring me a towel so I can be out of here. I stood up clean myself with a towel from the old oil she put on me put my clothes on. and walk towards the door when she was blocking it go through he aggressively says where is my tip I said you read not deserve a tip he looked at me with those devil eyes again said I give you a good massage in an Asian accent I said you gave me the worst massage I have ever experienced. When they brought in the water for us to soak our feet, I noticed the guy pointed at the clock and it was 7:15. We got our foot massage, which that on its own was good. I would've given them a better review if it wasn't for this: our massage was 15 minutes short. We didn't say anything and figured we would just take it out from the tip. When my boyfriend gave his card to one of the ladies to have her charge $8 on it ($4 each) the lady told my boyfriend that it was too low! My boyfriend then told her the reason why and this lady insisted that we did got our one hour massage and asked for a higher tip. She said that we needed to count from the time we started soaking our feet, which we did. Anyhow this went on for a few minutes and she just made us feel very uncomfortable. She ended up reversing the $2 fee and this way they got $5 each. Let me start this off by saying the place is nice and clean BUT that is the ONLY thing it is. I went in for a foot massage and my spouse went in for a full body. So I will start with my experience or shall I say lack there of. Yes it was only 20 bucks plus a tip *which I only gave because I was raised that way* all she did was rub my feet with vasoline (generic but no biggie) for what was suppose to be an hour. She kept answering the phone and kept getting up to answer the door. Spoke very very little English. No massage whats so ever. Now as for my spouse, they took her in an adjacent room. She actually got a foot massage but when it came to the body massage the lady stood there while she took her top and bra off. Crazy right? oh no it didn't stop there. About 15 min into the massage she leaves the room and leaves the door open. There was a man sitting in the room with me while waiting for his massage and could see her laying on the table. We all laughed and couldn't believe it. She returned and closed the door. Never did she focus on her lower back. Yes it's cheap and you get what you pay for but good God it was horrible. The massage was awesome since I am 7 month pregnant. I came in around 745pm and ask for 90mins massage for $40. It was worth it. The only thing is that the place was so small and hot. I ask the receptionist for a fan or to turn on the ac several times. Also the foot massage was preety long for me to lay in my back, for a while it became painful instead of feeling painless. But I'll definitely comeback probably after baby is born. So they can massage more firmly. They tent to massage you really soft since they know your pregnant, they are more careful.
