They have really good deals and lots of stuff on sale on top of other discount discounts from 25% to 50% off on top of sale price so that's pretty cool.. we bought a few pair of shoes and a few sweaters for a really good price. I placed an order online and was able to pick up the same day. I called ahead of time because i thought i was going to arrive close to closing time (i drove over an hour to get there) and their hours were incorrect (they closed later on Fridays and Saturdays). This even showed in the confirmation email. Customer service was below sub-par. One of the cash reps (a female) was not pleasant at all. The gentleman that acknowledged to help me was better. Although the shoes that were brought were not checked because before leaving something told me to check them and they were dirty, maybe even worn. The associate even said he didn't notice. I politely asked if there was another pair available and they said no. I tried to ask if a discount could be applied since they're clearly dirty and are intended as a gift, They didn't even bother to acknowledge them being dirty. Then i discovered the stain pictured before leaving the mall. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service!!! I was shopping for 2 specifically pairs of shoes(Tan adidas N Nike Vapormax) which they did have but since none of the 3 associates greeted me or offer assistance, I left. They where all busy trying to figure out where to put new merchandise. I did find the Nike in another store since they just came out and almost every store had them but with the adidas I wasn't so lucky and this store was the only store that had them which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. When I came back thought, things were the same. Both associates at the counter never offered assistance so I asked for a size 10 but it was too big and when I asked the young lady(Maria 004314) for a size 9.5 she didn't looked too happy. I Love their customer service, they mainly have guys working at this shoe store and they are always trying to be super helpful and always with a smile on (I guess it also helps to know that they get part commision if you buy something). They have a wide variety of man's shoes/snickers and they also carry a few styles of womens shoes but they have some of the oddest womens shoes i've seen in a while. They have a few pumps and flats with spikes on them, which I thought was super silly and funny if you were to kick someone with one of those haha! ouch! They also carry a lot of neon colored shoes and wedges, if your going for that 80's themed party I guess these shoes are perfect. They do have a wide variety of sandals and I found some super cute wedges... If you must know I love the wedge shoe so I walked out with two new pairs of shoes, Love, Love! :). This place has a great selection of various shoes. So if you want a specific brand (especially for something like Creative Recreation), I encourage you to shop here. If you're a lady shopping for boots - move along. I stopped in looking for boots and noticed a few cute styles. A lady helped me with finding sizes close to mine, but took foreeeeever bringing them. When the boots were brought to me, the box always had one boot inside of it, and then I was handed the display to try on. Now I'm a bit confused if stock is low, or if everyone just tries on size 7-8 displays. I'd be even more concerned if I were sold one oxidized boot, and one boxed. On top of it all, the boots are their own brand (for the most part) and have gaudy gluing that is really obvious at the seams. I found a pair of boots I liked and considered, but was worried I'd have to remove the unsightly white glue and possibly tear the boots apart while doing so... read more

I came to this store to find shoes for a funeral. When you walk into the store there are like 6 teenagers behind the counter and none of them greet you. I proceed to look and find a black shoe with a peep toe. One of the young ladies walk up to me and ask it she can get me the shoe and I ask for an"9". It takes a while but she comes back and tells me that she has the shoe. We proceed to the check out counter. She tells me that the shoe is originally 50.00 but. I'm getting for 40.00, I say okay.
