She said she'd have to "review camera footage" and said she's never had a complaint of hair in subs before this. Yet I see a review from 9 months ago complaining about HAIR found in subs. Pretty much didn't believe me and made us feel like we put the hair in our subs ourselves. Still waiting to hear back from her. Terrible management.
