The customer service is amazing and very personable and they really make sure to walk you through the whole process so you're getting the best deals you can. I had a great experience getting my first laser facial. I've never had anything like this done before so I felt like I saw instant results with my pores looking smaller and clearer. My main concern is texture right now so I can't wait to see what results I'll get from my next few sessions! Had my first laser facial ever at Skin Laundry and it was a great first experience! Staff is so welcoming and attentive. It's in a lovely area. The RN who performed my facial was SO nice and constantly communicated with me so that I knew what was going on. Staff happily answered all my questions. The facial itself was painless. I actually enjoyed the experience very much. It was a comfortable warming /tingle. My pores are incredibly clean and my skin glowed instantly. My skin just felt so good. I suffer from rosacea and so my skin always feels uncomfortable and inflamed They were very honest about how many sessions I would need to see the results I wanted. My skin concerns are sun spots and redness from rosacea. First time customers get the signature facial for $50. That's a great deal! I loved that they didn't try and push for me to book my next appointment or hard sell me on a membership. I definitely will go back because I loved the results after just one facial. Super cute spot in Old Town. I have had a membership for five months and really see results. Highly recommend. The nurses (who give treatments) and staff are attentive, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. There are a lot of treatment options, which can get confusing; they do a great job of talking through the options and making recommendations based on your skin. They offer volume discounts that are very compelling and make things downright reasonable. They sell good skincare products for maintenance; not a bunch of stuff, just what you need. I'm in my 50s and Skin Laundry is what I do in lieu of Botox or other interventions; I feel like my skin is the best it's been in *at least* 15 years, maybe longer. read more

I requested this cancelled on 8/2, it took until 8/14 and multiple emails and texts to make it happen. See for yourself. The tipping etiquette is a problem, check out Reddit. I'm not alone. The length of treatment is also mentioned on Reddit, and here. I'm doubting you checked camera footage back to summer 2023. This response shows that they only care about their reputation. I think it's important for customers who were clients for a year to share honest feedback. If they can't handle it, that's a clear red flag. read more

I was influenced to visit skin laundry by their adds for first time customers trying their signature laser facial. It was the best decision I made this year. I walked in for a special and walked out with a pass for a monthly subscription to laser facials. I have some acne scarring, some fine lines, and texture. I chose to go with the package (although a three month commitment) to see the difference of a few laser treatments. This location is tucked away in the heart of Pasadena, with parking structures close by on Raymond, as well as De Lacey (my personal favorite for parking close by). The ladies at the front desk are very kind, and offer you water or tea when you arrive. My nurse, Joi, is amazing, patient with my questions, and attentive during my treatments, as are all the other nurses. Staff and nurses are the best here. They explain the procedures, benefits, and risks very well. I chose to do the pass because it made sense to get more than one signature facial per month at a wonderful price. I only wish it included the neck and chest. I forgot to snag a photo of the front area and will update my review with their cute decor later. read more

I have been coming to Skin Laundry for over two years. I enjoy seeing my nurse June for my treatments doing the power duo or signature. Shes does an amazing job making sure I'm comfortable and analyze the before and after photos. My skin's texture looks better and I break out less now. They run a tight ship here so I'm not stuck waiting for so long. The receptionist Andrea is so sweet and welcoming!
