I finally told the branch manager on the phone about the issues I was having. She let me know I was approved for both loan types and promised a call back from Abe in an hour. Finally he called back and shared that he can only move forward with the secured loan as I wasn't approved for the unsecured loan. I ended business with them that day and they'll never get my business again due to the shady feeling I got from Abe.

After that was what i waste my time and also lose my money for taking the shift off, hard inquiry my credit score for nothing. I went to the dealer and sat with sale guy. And then the Sale Manager came over and tried to get me any pricing up north. He said he can only give pricing right now. Come on, your sale team member agree that OTD and invite me to come to do paper. That is ridiculously amateur. The Sale manager agree with that and left again. He came back and wanted to knock me up with a higher price. I said no but eventually i agreed to round up the number and do the interest that my bank provided me but with their lender. He left again. Third time , he tried to play words with me like your number you show is net price before tax, bla bla bla. Look at the photos i attach. Advertise Pricing that company show $26750 , tax and fee show $2945.97. Sum up the 2 numbers will come out to $29695.97. He wanted to play words with me like $29695.97 is the net pricing with tax and fee , and wanted to add $2945.97 one more time. I was tired with this guy, no respond and decided to leave. For the whole story, i did not low ball their pricing. Whatever their mother company want to sell , i agree to pay for, but when i come to the dealer. All dramas and traps. Even when the sale team member agree with the OTD pricing. You still have to deal with their sale manager with all bs reasons. ONE MORE THING: THE CAR IN REAL IS NOT SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE EVEN THOUGH STOCK # IS SIMILAR. I GUESS THEY SWAP FROM OTHER MODEL FOR OTHER CUSTOMER. SO WHOEVER BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION OR CHECK CAREFULLY, WILL END UP BEING A LOSER. Their service department moved to Clovis... In the past year, I have spent over 7,000 on repairs for this vehicle. Many are the result, I am sure, of the substandard vehicle. Many are the result of price gouging - how does a car need so many repairs in terms of leaks when it is being serviced faithfully and having multi point inspections each time? How do they miss such crucial issues? The service agent recommended that I purchase a new car, as my particular model is known to have these issues at the mileage that I have now attained - 132,000. I will keep the car for a while longer, but have it serviced elsewhere. I am pretty sure that I will end up not paying this much moving forward and have better outcomes...and if not, I will follow the advice of this particular service agent.
