Ski rental delivery service that services the Park City and Deer Valley area. Service: both the phone staff and ski delivery staff are top notch and knowledgeable. They come to you day or night to pick up and drop off skis. You pay a slightly higher price for the convenience, but if you're with family, not having to haul equipment around makes it worth it. They will also swap out equipment as needed, in as short as 20 mins. My poles were too long, I called from DV slopes and they came in 20 mins to swap them out. I also did not like the first set of skis they gave me, swapped them out for something else the second day after describing what I didn't like. Second set was much better. Equipment: you can't actually book a specific brand but only request them and they try their best to match based on availability. Website has a list of different skis and boots available. They have a good selection of beginner and intermediate equipment. For higher end demo (Elite) skis for advanced skiers, their selection is not as good as some of the on slope shops. Still a decent selection for men. But I found their Elite ski selection for women to be average at best. They had the top rates skis this season for men, but not the similarly top rated women's versions. After two days, I ended up returning my skis from them and renting from a on-slope shop that had more high end women's ski options. Great staff and good sensible gear. Rental equipment is well tuned and in good condition. They bring the rental shop to your door.

What a great concept. Our group of 9 all got skis & boots brought directly into the condo. No waiting in long lines at the rental shop. No losing your gloves or waiting forever. Just try on the boots in the comfort of your living room... and then get all the stuff picked up again on the back end of your trip. Some pretty high quality gear options available. More expensive than the distant ski rental shop, but actually cheaper than many of the on-mountain rental places. Certainly worth a look if you are going to rent gear. Only minus one star: in our case they kind of oversold that there was tons of gear and sizes to choose from. They told us there would be a wide range of sizes and options in the van, but only one of us actually wanted to try different boots (me) and it turned out they did not have one single alternative in the van -- had to drive back to the facility to pick a 2nd pair of boots. They did this and it all worked out fine; we just found ourselves a bit sarcastic about it since the marketing suggested they bring a full range of gear along for you to "try and pick the best fit." read more

Simply put, these guys are top notch! We had a group of over 40 people coming in to ski & Henry O'Connor & his posse made it extremely easy for us! Given our specific measurements we sent them days ahead of time, they brought us boots, skis, poles, helmets & other selections for us to choose from, on the night we arrived. In my case, the boots they initially brought for me didn't quite fit...so they called HQ & had someone bring over a bigger pair that were perfect! This took all of 10-15 min's! 3 nights later, Henry arrived to pick up all my equipment - piece of cake! I didn't have to schlep it all to them. I cannot believe more people don't use this company. I mean...why not?! They have the highest quality boards and boots. We rented 3 pairs of boots and 3 Never Summer boards. They came to our hotel at the time they said they would. They brought us several options to chose from and they provided expert advice. 3 days later...they came and picked them up! Amazing customer service, amazing equipment and all for $45 a day!! It's almost the same as the places in the mountain village. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!!! I love this company! They have everything u need and more for skiing, snowboarding, really all outdoor winter sports. They will deliver anywhere and show up on time at the prescheduled drop off and pick up. Just very easy. For example, I forgot to pack my ski socks. When they showed up to deliver my pre ordered equipment, they had a selection of ski socks for me choose from amongst other things if I needed them. They are just very prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really strive to make the whole ski and board part of traveling easy and they accomplish that in a big way. Decent selection but very expensive. We had questions but no one from the office in Park City ever called us back after leaving several messages. We uses them for the past two years for group rentals but the attitude in the office has changed. They also don't offer group discounts. Moving on to Ski Butlers. read more

These people are real nice up-front. But once they get sale, they have no interest in customer satisfaction. We ended up bringing the skis back in the morning and the manager was completely focused on keeping all of the money that we had paid upfront....refusing any type of compensation whatsoever. This fantastic service brings you all your gear to wherever you're staying in Park City/ Deer Valley area. Kid to adult sizes, and friendly, knowledgeable, highly competent, prompt, quick and extremely flexible staff. Our flight into town was delayed, and they rescheduled our delivery on the fly, getting us outfitted at 9:30 at night so we wouldn't have to miss any of next day's skiing. We wanted a small pick-up window for the gear return, so we wouldn't have to wait around, and they could not have been more flex. Gear was good quality and fit perfectly. read more

We have gotten to know the owner, Patrick, over the last few seasons, but this season was the first time we actually used their delivery service. We had a guest staying with us who needed to rent skis and the staff at Skis on the Run were very accomodating. They came with several pairs of skis, boots, helmets, poles in tow and a bag full of socks gloves and goggles for sale. Not only did they do a thorough job of fitting our young guest, but after he complained of "shin bump" following his first day of skiing, they were quick to find another pair of boots that seem to fit him a bit better, allowing him to ski the next day with no discomfort. In addition, we needed to get our own skis tuned up and the bindings adjusted and the techs were all too happy to help out. They were a bit busy over the holiday season (understandable), so they did not pick up one pair of skis until almost 9 pm on New Year's Eve (poor guys) and their communication can be a bit spotty - other than that, they are a two-thumbs-up operation. read more

We don't have to lug all our gear with us as Skis on the Run has it all...helmets, socks, boots, gloves and best of all great, often times, new skis and snowboards. Their personnel come to you at your hotel or home. They are friendly and are all skiers or snowboarders themselves, so they can help you with any questions you have. If once you get to the mountain and you happen to have trouble with your gear you can call them and they will come to you on the mountain and trade out or fix your equipment. Once you are done with your trip they will come by and pick up everything for you. Reservations are easy to make either over the phone or online. You can't go wrong with these folks! read more

Skis on the Run is the only way to get you ski gear. The technicians bring your skis and boots to you - where ever you may be staying. It is easy to reserve the skis either online or by calling them directly. Their rentals are GREAT quality too. I have had my fair share of bad rental ski boots, and this will NOT happen when you use Skis on the Run. They are super friendly, and they are more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have. When the tech arrives to fit you, he/she spends time making sure you are happy with the fit of your boot, etc. If you should have any problems with any of your equipment during your time there, they will meet you on the mountain to trade out your boot, skis or whatever if you should have any issues. Although, you likely won't because they are so good at what they do. Also, we have two boys (11 and 9), and our tech, Chris, was super engaging with them. You could tell just how passionate he is about the sport and his enthusiasm started our trip off perfectly!! Would highly recommend this service. read more
