We were in the area and wanted some dessert so we parked nearby to walk over here. They had a regular menu and a special menu with flavors listed out. There was no line and we ordered cups of ice cream. I ordered two scoops of Cookies and Cream and Coffee. My wife ordered Pistachio and Caramel Pecan and my sister-in-law ordered Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk with something else. The wait was worth it. Ice cream with flavor. Ice cream that was more than just sugar and something that resembled a milk product (i.e., no teflon!). To be honest, I find most commercial ice cream to be too sweet, but this wasn't -- and the flavor jumped out of the cone and smacked me right in the mouth! Flavor that didn't come from Dow Chemical or Monsanto. Milk that wasn't created with a long list of ingredients. Mmmmm. I had vanilla scoops with peanut butter and chocolate -- good stuff -- and there was NOTHING boring about it. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. One of the workers told me that the ice cream is made in house and you can definitely tell. It's so creamy and the scoops they provide in the waffle cones are hefty. The waffle cones are also delicious. The only pushback I have is that it's pretty expensive. Came here for a Saturday night treat. It's tucked away off the main drag and it's walk up only. There's nowhere to sit so if you're looking for that you'll want to find somewhere else to go. I saw several people taking it and sitting in their vehicles eating it. Their prices are pretty steep and I wasn't really impressed. Ice cream is ok it's not bad by any means but I really have nothing to rave about. Also I thought their packaging was a hit wasteful.
