I'm 38 and have been getting various fillers for the past 3.5 years or so. I've had the full gamut in terms of experiences: I've gone to the best doctors (for undereye) and had the obligatory terrible groupon experience as well as a misstep with a spa on Newbury Street. But since I came to Sky Skin Center on a whim a couple years ago, I have gone exclusively to Hathai for my Botox. She is THAT good. First time I got botox from a doctor was a terrible experience as I ended up with small scars (eventually went away) from the injector jabbing the needle into my forehead, seemingly without technique or any sort of care. Hathai is the opposite: she analyzes your face, takes the time to mark where the injections should go, and uses several small needles to inject the product. The results are IMPECCABLE with no downtime or scarring. Not only is Hathai amazing at what she does but she's also an incredibly kind and funny person. She has integrity and does not upsell or try to convince you to do anything that you don't need. I've been so thrilled with my experience with her that I booked an appointment for some filler in my lips as well. This review is long overdue. I have been going to Sky Skin Center for almost five years. After another wonderful experience tonight, I realized that I need to let others know what an amazing place Sky Skin Center really is. Hathai and her staff tend to me and my skin with such care and concern. I am often stopped by strangers to say how beautiful and radiant my skin looks. I attribute this, in large part, to the treatments I have received at Sky through the years. The center is warm and friendly and always professional. No matter when I call them, they find a way to work with my schedule. I am always met with a smile and never have to wait for my service. I feel comfortable when I go there because I know how careful Hathai is. I admire her own natural beauty and feel inspired when I see her. Plus, her spa is so clean, I love having treatments there. Every treatment is priced fairly and she often runs coupons. I never feel pressured to add anything I didn't come in for. Hathai is honest and upfront about all the services she offers and never recommends anything that is not good for your skin. I find Sky Skin Center to have a very relaxed and positive feel, and I highly recommend it to everyone. read more

The basis of my review is to recommend Andie's work to prospective clients. I lived in both Brighton and South Boston when I purchased my package, both of which require sitting in massive amount of rush hour traffic to get to Sky Skin after work during the week. It didn't matter, because I was having treatments on my arm pits and Brazillian bikini by Andie. She is a wonderful employee who made me feel so comfortable with the procedure. She is the only person that I do not mind having a Brazilian done at all because she is so calm and chill, you feel like she's treating your arm! Even after I finished my package of six, I chose to get 3 extension sessions with Andie and make that awful drive when I could've easily gone to a new laser center at a new Groupon rate closer to my home. However, I chose to make the trip for Andie. Sky's lasers aren't the most comfortable, they can be painful, but it depends on your tolerance. I've had laser done elsewhere on my legs and it wasn't as painful, but I suppose that is also dependent upon what area you are treating. ANDIE IS THE BEST! Hathai is a real expert--I am anxious about everything but over a period of several years I came to trust her and her staff completely. Did full leg, bikini, and underarm hair removal with her and her staff (including Andie, who is wonderful too), as well as two or three laser treatments (Fraxel and IPL). All were awesome. I never have to shave again!! Seriously! It's the ultimate in low-maintenance and I love it. A bit painful for the bikini but otherwise so worth it--hydrocortisone cream and/or aloe really helped for a few days after the treatments for me. The face work helps keep people still carding me at 40, and was worth it for only a few days' recovery (nothing too intense but you might want ice cream! Something to pamper yourself. And plain vinegar--the best treatment post-laser). Always ask questions and be sure you know what you want, but if you do, you're in wonderful hands here, I've moved out of the area but still want to travel back for their help--and hope to as soon as I have a chance. I started going to Sky Skin Center 3 years ago to get laser hair removal. I loved the results, Andy was a sweetheart and I really looked forward to my appointments with her. After a few months I saw a special for Botox and Juvederm so I bought the combined special for my mom as a Mother's Day present. She absolutely loved the results and has been going back every six months to see Hathae. Hathae is very professional and really helped my mom achieve the results she was looking for. My mother wanted to smooth out her forehead and add some definition back into her cheeks and lips without causing a dramatic change to her face. Pretty much she wanted her face to look natural. My mother has been so happy with her results and she looks great. She looks younger and is noticeably more confident. read more

First I need to point out that I was freaking scared out of my mind when I first went in. Needles and Radiesse injected on my face was something I was not very ready to do. Not only the pain was minimal, no bruises and instant lift on corners of lips and jowls and coma lines, but nobody noticed nothing done, except for the fact that I kept on getting compliments on my skin and how jovial I looked. Waited less than a week and already booked more fillers and they got a client for life! Hathai is great and beautiful and I'm so happy I did it! I told everyone about them. I have been going to Sky Skin Center for about 3 years now. I remember meeting with Andie the first time and she listened to the issues I had and clearly explained what she had to offer. I bought a package that included photo facials. I was so impressed with the results! Having Andie explain everything and seeing the results on my face was amazing. I trust Andie 100% and have seen her for other treatments such as microdermabrasion and chemical peals. She always has a smile on her face and I so look forward to seeing her when I have an appointment. I also use their products and when I need anything, Andie always helps me. I've had a wonderful experience working with Andie at Sky! From the very beginning, she was very warm and professional, and put my fears about laser to rest. Even though they are very busy (thanks to Groupon customers like me, probably) she always took the time to explain exactly what she was doing, and gave me the option to increase or decrease the intensity depending on how I was feeling. On top of that, she is very funny which definitely enhanced my overall experience and made the trips to Saugus worthwhile. I love the girls at Sky Skin Center! Always friendly and never made me wait for my appointment. The Center also just purchased a new laser hair removal machine that does an amazing job. I did 6 sessions on my under arms and now I might need to shave every 1-2 weeks as opposed to every day. I go the gym daily so this is a life saver. I may go back for a few more sessions. I have just a little hair growth left but what is coming in is very thin. If you read up on laser hair removal this is normal. read more

I first heard about Sky Skin through their laser hair removal Groupon. First impression of location seems odd, but once you step in the noise from Rte 1 disappears and you get the feeling of an actual spa. Andrea did the laser removal. I intentionally found Sky Skin Center on Yelp so I could rant and rave about Jackie and how wonderful she is. I am very emotionally sensitive when it comes to someone spending time on intimate parts of my body. Jackie not only eases the emotional discomfort, but her results WORK. I love it! the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I'm only 2/6 treatment so far and I'm loving the results. The only bad thing I would say is the waiting period before you actually get in but that's also understandable since they only have one machine. I have been treated by Hathai twice and she is literally the sweetest, although that doesn't mean any of the other girls isn't as sweet it's just that I haven't had them yet. Coming up on 59 years old next week. Because I have been coming to Sky Skin Center for the last several years, the transition to middle age has been easy. I've been going there for almost 10 years to peel off some years of sun worship and smoking. I must say, my skin looks great. Over the years I have had peels, micro dermabrasions, lumi lifts, micro needling, botox and more. I change it up and make my own program because I know my skin.
