Happy surprise. I happened to be in the area and tried it out. The spicy teriyaki chicken bowl was amazing! We had the gyoza for appetizers which were delish. It was a cold night so the miso soup hit perfect! On top of the great food we had amazing services. So attentive and nice. Catered to my toddler like she was just very ones princess. Tried take out from Sky Sushi tonight and it was pretty good! Not the best sushi I've ever had in my life but it was filling and good. I got the RBV and Tazan rolls, personally I think the Tazan was the better of the two. Everything was fresh from what I could tell. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and inviting even though I was in very briefly just go grab my food. Online ordering was simple and I can't tell if the estimated 30 minute wait was accurate since I walked and got to my food about 40 minutes later. My friend and I decided to stop in and get a Sunday lunch. It was after 1pm and they were not very busy. There was two other parties there when we sat down. Looked around and the resturant had a very clean and neat appearance. There were real plants growing in pots which added to the decor. I did not see a sushi bar that you could sit at, just tables and chairs. The lady that waited on us sat us quickly and brought our menu's. She took out drink orders and gave us time to read the menu. The menu was pretty expansive with a lot of choices. She was very pleasant as took our order. I ordered Chicken Katsu Special from the Lunch Special combo (served with rice, salad, and Miso Soup) that included a choice of 2 other items. I chose Mixed Tempura (4 pcs) and Crunch Rolls (4 pcs) with a glass of Iced Tea. My friend picked 2 Roll Special combo (Spicy Tuna Roll & Crunch Roll) that only comes with Miso Soup. They both came out at the same time. All was fresh and wonderful! Everything tasted delicious. We throughly enjoyed our food. I'll have to come back and try some of their other offerings. I felt the prices was typical of every other restaurant on par with some of the better fast food restaurants ( this resturant is not fast food.... on par with with regular table service). Very reasonable in these post COVID, high inflation times. read more

Came here on a Sunday around 5. There was a lot of seating and it was not busy. The staff was fast and helpful. We ordered the dinner option for 2 rolls. It was perfect as it came with miso soup. I got a Hawaiian and crunchy roll. They were good. We ordered spam musubi as an appetizer. They forgot to bring it out, but the server was very apologetic and gave us a free dessert to make up for it. That was such a thoughtful gesture and she definitely did not have tot that. This is our go to local sushi joint. We come here about 2-3 times a month and every single time the food and service is consistently good. There is ample parking in the center. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and we've never had a meal we did not like. The servers are very attentive and efficient. We never have to wait long to be seated and food always comes out fast. They always go out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant dining experience, especially with our 3yr old toddler. My picky eater toddler loves their crunchy roll and orders that every time. The owner is super sweet and gracious and gave us macaroon ice cream on multiple occasions because she knows how much my toddler loves it. Very sweet family owned business. Would definitely recommend the Spanish roll for salmon lovers. The service was warm and attentive, and we got extra miso soup on the house which was nice. The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained- definitely something I look for when eating sushi. Very kid-friendly, appreciated that the table height matched the high chair height well. We went to Sky based on high ratings. We were not disappointed. We were given a very tasty soup, and then ordered hot sake and fried calamari. In the nicest way possible. This food was terrible. The garlic edamame was literal mush. Uneatable and made me nauseous. The sushi was awfully presented and tasted exactly how it looked. The baked lobster roll just overly smothered in spicy mayo which i can only imagine was an effort to hide the terrible taste of everything inside. My girlfriend and mom ordered a crunch roll and a veggie roll and the rice was warm, which is weird for sushi, and again, the fish inside just tasted very off. I am genuinely confused by all the good reviews. Needless to say. We will not be going back here. To be fair the gyoza and the pork buns were as to be expected and tasted good. I really hate to write this review. My sense is this is a family owned restaurant and I really want them to succeed. But the sushi just wasn't good. A lot of rice going on, not a lot of the good stuff. The raw fish itself was bland, and the texture was off. I'm sure it wasn't old fish, but maybe the quality wasn't the best. I don't know. The service was very friendly and warm, but the food was a big let down. I really hope these guys succeed but unfortunately my wife and I won't be going back. read more

Basically, wow! My friends and I ate here a few weekends ago. There were five of us. It was a Saturday evening and we expected them to be very busy. To our surprise, it was empty- which became extra strange as our experience was great! The greeting we received was fun and comfy. The menu had multiple items that we were all excited to try. The sushi options were numerous! As we waited for our food to be prepared, we received complimentary miso soup; this was a common thing at sushi places years ago, but has become less common. It was a welcome surprise! The food arrived quickly and every item was amazing! We each ordered 2-3 rolls; they were all top tier! Beyond the food, our server was fun and attentive.
