Three drink wrist band is a bullshit rule.
    Cheyanne C.

They have a new alcohol rule where you get a wrist band from security and you only get 3 DRINKS PER DAY. It sucks. Not worth coming to the casino to drink and gamble and enjoy yourself.

You have to get one of these wristbands and they take a tab each time you have to PAY FOR DRINKS while you are gambling!!!

3 drink max is bs.Steak house was not accepting customers. Hotel was nice and pretty clean but so strict. When I might be losing money I want it to be fun.

This place was a complete surprise! It was a gorgeous casino in a very rural area. So clean , and well kept with a very friendly and accommodating staff. It has a great selection of machines, a bowling alley, bingo room, bars, gift shop and of course hotel accommodations. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we're going back this week. Definitely worth visiting.

Didn't feel welcomed at all. Wait staff in restaurant and front desk were disinterested. Bar staff was exceptional, though.

Drove from pegosa springs to this casino in hopes to play blackjack; no tables were open. Very disappointing.

This was the third time we have gone, coming from AZ. Mary, specifically, that works for the resort was amazing and so much help! She went out of her way to make sure my wife, our four kids, my parents, my uncle, and our kids' friends all had an amazing experience. She treated us like family and genuinely cared that we made the most of our time there. Mary's kindness and exceptional service made all the difference, and we're so grateful for everything she did. She's a huge asset to The Springs Resort, and we can't wait to come back! Also, we were having so much fun, I should have taken more photos.

All is fine since you'll spend most of your time in the water anyway. The entrance fee I didn't mind paying, but I felt that it should have included towels. Towels were an extra purchase on top of your entry fee. Luckily, I got a refund for my towel purchase because it is included with the purchase of a cabana which wasn't clear on the website. The pools themselves were nice with varying levels of heat. The amenities were also good. Our server, McKayla was great.

The gal answering the phone got us set up with a reasonably priced cabin for the evening and accommodated our Labrador retriever for an extra $15. Check in was a breeze and we were very pleased with our cabin. All of the appliances work, the sheets and towels were soft and of high quality, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed in terms of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The view from our porch was lovely looking out at the lake and the other guests were friendly. A small general store up the road sells homemade sausages along with other essentials. We will definitely be back and will recommend this lodge to our friends.

On the day we were set to drive up from Arizona, I passed out, fell, and suffered a severe head injury and concussion. My wife had to rush me to the hospital. Naturally, dealing with an emergency took priority, but as soon as things stabilized later that same day, my wife reached out to inform them. No one answered the phone, so she sent an email detailing the medical emergency. We fully understood forfeiting our initial ~$300 deposit due to the late notice. What is completely unacceptable is that the property never called or emailed us back--they simply processed an additional charge on my card for around $900, bringing the total paid to over $1,300 for a stay we couldn't make due to a medical crisis. When my wife finally made contact with them today, the manager essentially told her "tough luck." He offered 50% off a future stay, but why would we ever return to a business with zero empathy? Because of my concussion, I cannot drive, and my wife does not drive long distances, making a rescheduled trip impossible anyway. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer experiencing a genuine emergency like this. Penalties are understandable, but charging full price and showing complete indifference is terrible business practice. If you book here, keep in mind that if a true life emergency happens, they will still take every penny

I decided to follow the intent of the sign, but still took my cell phone into the lounge area because I really wanted to read and my books are all on my phone. I did turn off my ringer so it wouldn't bother anyone else. The hot pool was magnificent I loved it. I loved how hot the water was. And that textiles were optional, after living in Europe. I loved the lounging area after coming out of the hot pool and feeling like a million dollars as my heart rate slowed down. The shared outdoor pool was just meh. I got a little chilly lying out and got a mosquito bite so reverted back to the private area again. Overall- I'd go back for the private pool. I could leave the big one.
