My first time booking a little party at these venues. I will say, I am overall very satisfied with the staff I worked with personally. They (Kayla, Alissa, and Dani) go above and beyond for you. However, I can't say that goes with the demeanor/environment with the rest of staff. This is why I didn't give 5 stars. I find myself being ignored by staff who aren't working directly with me and there's a very "slow-pace" mindset at the snack bar. This physical location isn't huge huge but it's because there's a very good variety of obstacles, which I think is ideal for 12 under kids. Came on an invite form a classmates birthday, from my son's school. We have been to the Rockin Jump, in San Dimas, but Sky Zone is set up better, they have a couple of things that Rockin Jump doesn't have, rock climbing wall, flippy ladder and a snack counter. The birthday rooms are nice a large, with plenty of tables and chairs. Throwing parties, or just having the kids have fun to tire them out, this is a great place for that. OMG!!! This was a really cool place to have friends, family, kids, etc.!!! Took the nieces and nephews and it was awesome!!! We had so much fun here! When we checked in, Steven immediately welcomed us. Steven was one of the workers there. He was very very friendly and was very very patient with us. He was also very funny and he helped us a lot. I would totally recommend this place. There is a lot to do and it is very hard to get bored. It is also a great place for birthday parties! You can rent a party room and the hosts are always very friendly. The only bad part about Sky Zone is that they usually have a lot of things closed for repair and it can get REALLY crowded. One time we went and we got kicked out because it reached capacity. You should go right when it opens because usually it isn't as crowded at that time. Overall, this place is amazing. read more

Awesome place if you want cardboard pizza and watered down drinks. This place is so unorganized and lacks quality. For the price you pay, you'd think their quality would at least be decent. We held my son's 7th birthday party here today. Spirit was our party host and he did an awesome job making sure everything was ready, refilling drinks, and prepping/cleaning. He was easy to work with, professional, and was great at communicating with me. The kids invited (age 3-18) all had a great time. We had the pizza, chicken fingers, chicken skewers, mozzarella sticks, fruit, pretzels, and veggie platter and everything was fantastic. The room was a little smaller than expected for our party. I wish we'd have had a bit more space, or that I'd have asked how many seats/tables there would be, because it was hard to have people standing and eating, especially since a lot of the parents already had to stand a lot, since there isn't seating near the trampolines for parents of small children to sit and watch them. If I had once suggestion, I would say that Sky Zone needs to provide more seating around their facility for the parents who DO want their small children in view. It's a lot to expect parents of small children (or parents holding or wearing babies) to stand while their other children jump the entire time. The party experience though, although somewhat pricey, was very convenient for me as the mom, since they handled the food and clean up. read more

We began planning my daughter's 10th birthday 2 months in advance Our guest list had almost 100 people on it. Contracts were signed and deposits were made. We ordered all the food, the decorations, and the cake. We spent a large amount of money to make this birthday special for our daughter. As our guest began to arrive they stated that the "system" was down and they would not let our guest jump. We waited patiently for 30 min. After that we began to ask questions and the manager would just go in the back to "call" someone that did not provide any kind of resolution nor did they provide us with updates. The staff's only response was "we are sorry the system is down and we will not let them in to jump with-out the waiver". The staff refused to print paper waivers to allow guest to go in. They wouldn't even let out guests jump that had signed their waivers in advance and received an email confirmation from their own site. So with children that were literally crying all around us their only solution was to wait. After repeatedly demanding updates the lady manager actually told me that if I don't like it I can simply cancel my party and leave! How were we supposed to move 100 people that have now arrived at Sky Zone? We booked all three birthday rooms from 11:30 to 3:30 p.m. but many of our guests left early without eating or jumping. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and the staff did nothing to help us. Rather than spending my daughter's birthday taking photos of my children, and talking to my friends, I instead sent the party trying to figure out how to make this work, apologizing to crying children and their parents, and trying to figure out how to entertain 100 people. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Most places have contingency plans for when the system is down. They did not. Do not have a party here. If their system is down they will not let your guests jump and the management staff simply doesn't care. We do not want you to have the same experience as us. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Staff is rude and not very helpful. We came for a party and 80% of the guest could not jump due to system issues. All guest filled out a waiver online and received email confirmations however it wasn't enough for their staff they needed the waivers to come through to their computer which was broken. A few kids were crying as they were looking forward to the birthday party being at the venue. The host of the party resorted to spending additional cash to entertain people with the few arcade games they had their. The host had spent so much time, energy and money on decorations and food and the experience was spoiled due to kids not being able to jump. It was just absurd that they wouldn't take the email confirmations as sufficient proof of a waiver being filled out. What was even more infuriating was that they allowed people to pay for services who had filled out waivers in the past but as I stood there for a while trying to see what I could do about getting my anxious kid to jump I noticed that they were not even checking IDs of these guest. So.... the whole thing didn't make sense if they were doing it for protection it didnt seem like it mattered to them who was there if you had a phone number that worked it was sufficient for them. Either way, I overheard the staff complain to vendors about the host and how they couldnt "deal" with them right now because they were upset. WHO wouldnt be upset??? There was no contingency plan in place for when systems are down. It was just like .... oh well. No compensation for all the time and money spent for things outside of the skyzone experience. My daughter and niece requested to go here over the weekend. I tried purchasing the 30 minutes ticket online but the site would not let me so I just decided to buy it there. Bad idea! We walked in and it was so crowded. There was a long line to purchase the tickets and to fill out the waiver. Make sure to complete the waiver prior to purchasing the tickets. ::Experience:: Being a parent and arriving at this place last minute, was not a pleasant sight walking in; there were so many people!! We were welcomed by one of the staff which was helpful because he told us what we needed to do. There are two lines, 1) to fill out the waiver on the stationed computers or text "Waiver" to 31996 and 2) purchase tickets and Sky Zone socks. We arrived close to 4pm and by the time we got to the front, the time slot available was for 5:45pm. The Sky Socks is mandatory to get, it's $3.50. There are chairs, a Sky Zone Cafe, vending machines, and some video games. It was very busy and the place was not clean. ::Customer Service:: They were friendly. My experience with booking my son's 13th birthday party was nice and simple. They supply plates, cups, and eating utensils for the party. (unless you want to go with your own theme, then you can go ahead and let them know when you arrive). The process was really easy with all the guests. They all check-in and Kayla confirmed that all the jumpers had their waivers filled out by asking the phone number the waiver was signed under. The cool thing is that all 10 jumpers are given a glow in the dark shirt with skyzone socks, so you dont have to worry about buying anything for anyone. Everything they need is supplied when reserving a party. After that, we all went to the private room and my party host, Santiago, brought in all of my extra decorations, balloons and party favors. I'm not a party organizer and don't like to plan anything in general, so I was really happy with how it turned out. 2 hours pass by super quick, so I would suggest cutting the cake at least an hour before the jump time is over so you can get in some pictures with the birthday boy/girl and with friends or family (its takes a couple minutes) then after you guys can eat cake, eat a little bit more food, relax, or go ahead and finish jumping until the jump time is over. We started taking pictures around 10:05-10:15 pm and by 10:30 pm we all had to start heading out of the room so it can be cleaned up. So just be mindful of the time.
