Went to Sky Zone Covina with the kids and overall it was a mixed experience. Kids had a great time lots of trampolines, slides, and different areas to run around. From that standpoint, it definitely does its job and keeps them entertained. But honestly, the place felt pretty dirty. Floors and surfaces had visible buildup, and it didn't feel well maintained. Bathrooms weren't great either. Staff was just okay nothing bad, but not really present or proactive either. Overall: Good for burning kids energy, but cleanliness and organization really bring it down.

I paid $73 and they have the big slide closed after my kids using it once. This is ridiculous

5/5 Summer membership deals 4/5 Food snacks (pizza snacks ice creams) 5/5 FUN factor 3/5 cleanliness (people leave their messes on the tables: no clean up crew) 4/5 air flow and AC felt decent ! Kids playing drenched tho lol. Really like their summer deals? Basic membership Elite membership and vip Want to throw a birthday party? Probably a nice spot to do. They have party rooms!! My kids can jump everyday unlimited time Monday-Friday with the Elite membership Weekends 2 hours before 1pm! Also it looks like they changed it up quite a bit since our last visit! They are keeping it interesting Kids have it so good these days!

Slide. You mush get the mats to slide down.

Came here for the first time for a birthday party. The space is nice & clean, workers seemed attentive of the kids playing around, my kid had a blast running around, burning energy. We did order some nachos, Icees and pizza, which were good. I deducted 2 stars for the claw machines, which are a scam! The claws open up at the top and drop anything they grab, so do NOT waste your money playing them.

    My child crying

Melba the manager was unnecessarily rude to my children. Think skyzone is a place where kids can play simple games? NO, the answer is no, she threatened banning my children for playing hide and seek. When I later spoke to her she rudely ignored us, ruined the overall experience.

The manager was mean towards my kids she didn't let them have fun This place is a bust I will never come back here.

Look how clean they keep it.

We love our skyzone in our city. The employees are very helpful making sure the kids play safe and fair. The upper management express great love for the customers. They are not rude and they are very professional. I seen parties thrown here and the people on the mic sound so excited and know exactly how to keep the kids excited.

    Outside drinks allowed? Water bottles?

If adults that doesn't jump do they have to buy ticket?

Accompanying adult(s) do not need to purchase admission. Partakers of obstacles are marked (stickers on back) and policed by staff.

On Groupon it says $22 for two 60 minute jump passes And in the fine print it says valid for 2 individuals...so does that mean that 2 individuals both get two 60 minutes or is…

Yea each gets hook up for 60 min. But in reality you can jump around till they ask you to purchase more time. 🤗

How do the prizes go? Is it charged by minutes or by age? And how much are the prizes?

It's charged by minutes. Ninety minutes being the first option.

My 4 year old is 44 in tall. Are they strict on height for toddler time?

No it's all about age is they are 5 and under and able to walk they can jump.

Do kids 2 and Under have to pay as well?

    Yes but it is discounted

My son has picked up a bug twice from this place and that's even after washing our hands before leaving and bathing when we get home. The first time we thought was a fluke, kids are dirty and great at getting each other sick. We went the second time and the next day and he woke up the next day sick. They also need an age limit. A few times we've gone there have been groups of teenagers running around, playing too rough and hogging play areas.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.
