The customer service was not great. Barely anyone was even smiling at the kids. They were acting annoyed that my kids wanted to do an activity and didn't even guide them with words about how to get a harness on or off. I also didn't know there is a limit to how many times you can go in the zip line. There was no one else waiting and the lady told my daughter she could only go 3 times and proceeded to tell my 8 year old that she had been waiting for 2 hours to go to the bathroom. There were lots of employees yet no one seemed to want to work. I was really considering getting a membership but after tonight I'm not really sold!

We've never been at one, but we've seen some take place while we've just been there during a free time. They have bins for when toys get icky and need to be taken away from the rest of the stuff. Everything seems to be very well organized, cleaned really well and the equipment is really interesting and different than a lot of other play places. Again, I think it's suppose to be giving sensory needs to a wide range of individuals and children. And it's cool! They also have a calming room with a beautiful mural on the inside as well as an infant room which is a great way to section off some of the smaller kids so there's less likely for injury. The main area does have running around, swinging, jumping, but that's what you're there for! They have dress up costumes, coloring space, a giant chalkboard wall and trampoline. I will say the staff is usually hosted by one or two younger people, there's no real problem with that except when they were experiencing technical issues with their portal to be able to login to register your kiddos. That happened a few times a handful of months ago, but now they've switched to a new system and that all seems 100% better. We've been there multiple times and we will continue to go back, our twins love it.

There seem to be enough activities with different levels, which is great. And I love the massage chair so I could relax for 15 minutes for five dollars, which was pretty cool. A few of the machines needed a little maintenance and were being worked on but it was a week day and right when they opened which was understandable they got to get maintained sometime/someway. My twins go around to all different games but I love the classics - skee ball, water shooter game, basketball, the Simpsons soccer kick and we really love and always use the Photo Booth when we visit. Definitely a fun spot that gives a little nostalgia with new flair if you go during optimal times when it's not super busy. The pizza also seems different but there are more options, including stuffed crust which is nice. As it's been so long since I had the pizza I can't remember if it was better or worse. I was disappointed in the lack of options for "big" kids, as it makes it less likely for me to come for a niece or nephew when there is not a ton available that I would actually play. Security is present to make sure folks aren't stealing kids, but they do not enforce the outside food rule in any way, shape, or form here, so bring all the snacks you want!

But it is inexpensive, staff provides beginner's tutorials and climbs range from easy to challenging. There are bouldering areas and a moon board, both of which I didn't use, but saw for the more motivated climber. The locker room seems to be kept in it's traditional charm, to match the rest of the gym. You can sign a release online and they also had a circus looking rope ladder, which they let us try. Definitely worth the price, especially if don't want to plunk out $$$ for a newer gym.
