My son Noah goes here a few times a week, when they open at 1pm. He is homeschooled and loves his time there. The young ment that work here ate so kind. He is a little different and they make it feel safe for us. It's nice to feel not judged. Really blessed with He staff they have. Thanks for making him feel like any other kid.

We went for the first time today with our three children and one of their friends. We had 2 special needs children in our group (1 with CP & 1 autistic). I have to say, we love the place. Our 6 year old wasn't trampled. Our 12 year old with CP was allowed to have us with her so she could participate. The other children were kept entertained by the variety of activities. Besides the photos I posted, I here is also a zip line into a foam pit, ninja wall challenge, a jumping obstacle challenge, basketball hoops, dodge ball, and a few more things. We saw ages 2 to adult enjoying themselves. It is a bit expensive, but the membership will totally pay for itself.

My son just came and asked if he could attend the lock in that's happening on this Saturday 9/26/20..smh!!! Of course I told him no! Then I go to their website to see that this is actually happening!! Are y'all serious?! Are y'all that desperate and hard up for money ($40 per ticket) that y'all would risk getting people sick?! What a shame! So disappointing!!

COVID, what?? When I inquired about the lack of COVID protocols (Maryland DOES require masks!), the staff indicated that because they are operating at reduced capacity and are a sports place, they don't require masks to jump. They said they do require masks in other areas, but have been told my corporate to not enforce it. As you can see from my photo, it did not appear that there were any reduced operating capacity. In addition, rules seemed to be a suggestion in the jump area rather than the norm. Adults & teens jumping dangerously near little kids; areas not monitored, etc.

We've been here a few times and always find it to be well run, pretty clean, and a lot of fun for a reasonable price.

The okay: some of the staff seemed to be okay with being at work. The place was fairly clean and staff were cleaning throughout our visit. The food was hot, just not tasty. The fries and chicken tasted like freezer burn. I received part of my order within a few minutes; the other park took about 40 minutes. The "do-betters": Customer service is important! The checkin process was confusing and the person (wearing a night scarf) did not seem to want to help. Every patron should be treated like it's the first visit. We were dismissed so we went to another line- much better. You MUST keep eyes on your little ones. The only safety people we saw were the ones who put on the harnesses. Again, we went to a second person to have the harness double checked. I would return. However, I'll be sure to eat before, and I'll be prepared to completely monitor my little one. I gave 3 stars because the children enjoyed themselves.

Kids were cutting in line, attendants didn't enforce turns, and parents often had to step in. I even saw older kids hitting younger ones (not related to each other or together). Some attractions, like the dodge jump, were well-managed with attendants controlling lines and timing turns--that's how it should be everywhere. Safety is also a concern; with so many kids running around, it's easy for little ones to wander off. If your child loves chaos and you're prepared to supervise constantly, it's fun. Otherwise, it can be stressful for both kids and parents.

There always a lot going on but it still feels structured and that's what matters most lol. It's easy to book, parties or just regular jump time. Today I booked regular jump for 5pm. At 3:30 ( you can book same day within the hour). Parking is easy, location is safe, there's other amenities. They also have certain "events" on certain days . I know for my daughter's birthday we had her party on a glow in the dark night, and this is something they regularly offer. So there's variety and fun. It's been 4 years ( since we been coming here) and I can honestly say they become a go to.

Great for birthday parties to let kids just run around and burn off energy. But if you have little kids, you should follow them and watch them because most staff are teenagers and are not paying attention and other times, there's no staff. Everyone has to sign their waiver before, so they don't seem to care, but this can get dangerous. I know kids who have jumped on each other and broken bones because there was poor supervision! Today I saw a staff just look at me and not say a word when I was lecturing another kid to keep her hands to herself and not push anyone because she made a boy cry when she pushed him off the ledge at the foam pit while waiting for the kid before to move away. She denied it but several kids pointed her out - this is dangerous for the boy and the kid in the pit. The staff should've intervened and gave her a warning, but nothing!

Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

However, within minutes, it became clear that this facility is dangerously understaffed and falling apart. My biggest concern is safety. The few staff members present were completely checked out. Instead of monitoring the equipment, they were grouped together looking at their phones. This was terrifyingly apparent on the high ropes course. I watched a young boy climb a set of pillars nearly 15 feet in the air before the attendant finally looked up from her phone to intervene. In an environment like this, that level of negligence is unacceptable. The facility itself looks ok at first glance but is in disrepair. Large strips of rubber were falling off the warped wall, and the general maintenance is appalling. I've attached a photo of the stairs where the lighting fixtures have been ripped out, leaving exposed wiring hanging open right where kids are walking. Between the distracted staff and the crumbling infrastructure, this place is a liability. It feels unsafe and frankly needs to be shut down before a child gets seriously hurt. We will not be returning.

We Rock the Spectrum Review…read more We Rock the Spectrum is an alright place to hang out with my eight-year-old son who has autism and his RBT. It's a sensory-friendly environment, and he's able to move around, play, and regulate in a space that feels welcoming and understanding. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make sure they're not hosting a birthday party. When it's crowded or loud, it can be overwhelming, especially for kids with sensory sensitivities. Overall, it's a good spot on quieter days and can be a nice outlet for kids who benefit from a more inclusive play environment.

We live about equal distance from both, so we decided to try this location today and it was fantastic! The owner was so welcoming and also helpful when we were leaving by offering the kiddos a lollipop if they got their shoes on nicely. We really appreciated being able to stay longer due to the sparse crowd on this rainy day. This location has some items similar to Loudoun, but there are also some differences-the rock wall here is longer, there was a large dome climber that was a hit, there are some different swings, ride on toys, a large tube bouncer , several spinners and balance items, lots of fun pretend play costumes, magnets, bluey toys. There is a zip line and trampoline like Loudoun. The significant difference is that this location is open whereas Loudoun has a closed off infant/toddler area and closed off arts/crafts area. Loudoun also has the teen room in the back. Still trying to figure out which location is larger lol. Both of my kids loved this location as they do the other. We Rock the Spectrum is such an amazing, special place for children of all abilities, and I feel so grateful that we have not one but two relatively close to us. Looking forward to trying to soon to open Pittsburgh location when we visit family later this year.
