We've been here a few times and always find it to be well run, pretty clean, and a lot of fun for a reasonable price.

The pizza for the package was charcoal... and, they actually served it to my grandkids It was burnt beyond recognition. Then, they had an emergency and though I understand, they could not allow access to all of the areas, they could have extended the half hour as a courtesy to the small children that were waiting to enjoy their birthday party. Poor and rude customer service. I should have known better when we arrived and the girl at the counter was yelling at her coworkers in front of customers. Seriously?!? Attended with a group of six children. We purchased all day passes. Some had sky socks, others were purchased at the door. After being in the park for several hours, an employee named Elizabeth came onto shift and the experience quickly declined. She made the children exit, stating their time was up. We clarified this at the front desk and resolved the issue, returning to the play area. We found that the wrong bands were placed on the entire group. Shortly after, she stopped another child in the group at the zip line, stating he couldn't wear the socks that were approved at the door at entry hours prior. We once more returned to the desk and were again told the socks were fine, but sadly when re-entering, she closed the zip line as he attempted to get in line again! This employee made the area tense among my group and other parents. She was loudly shouting at numerous children, some that appeared toddler ages, loudly enough that it startled me as an adult. I am unsure why an individual who clearly is not good with children would be employed at this site. She made what was an enjoyable experience intolerable. Prior to her shift, we did enjoy the facility and the food and desk staff were great. read more

My son Noah goes here a few times a week, when they open at 1pm. He is homeschooled and loves his time there. The young ment that work here ate so kind. He is a little different and they make it feel safe for us. It's nice to feel not judged. Really blessed with He staff they have. Thanks for making him feel like any other kid. read more

We went for the first time today with our three children and one of their friends. We had 2 special needs children in our group (1 with CP & 1 autistic). I have to say, we love the place. Our 6 year old wasn't trampled. Our 12 year old with CP was allowed to have us with her so she could participate. The other children were kept entertained by the variety of activities. Besides the photos I posted, I here is also a zip line into a foam pit, ninja wall challenge, a jumping obstacle challenge, basketball hoops, dodge ball, and a few more things. We saw ages 2 to adult enjoying themselves. It is a bit expensive, but the membership will totally pay for itself. read more

We had a birthday party at the Hagerstown location. When we first arrived we didn't know where to go. The party rooms were upstairs and had to send our guests upstairs to check in all of our guests. When introduced to our host she did not look up or say hi. We gave our table cloths, plates, cups to our host to set up. I had to stand downstairs to shuffle guests upstairs to check in instead of spending time with our guests. We had the 3 hour party scheduled. I asked if we could jump for an hour then come to the room to eat and then jump again for an hour. (jump 11;00-12;00, eat 12:00-12;45. jump again 12:45- 1:45) When our party was called for pizza in the party room the pizzas were not ready. The plates, cups and cake plates were set out on the tables at each setting. We had to collect all of the plates so we could put the pizza on them for the 14, 4 and 5 year olds. (once the pizzas came) There was no room for gifts, pizza and the fruit and veggie trays on the counter and all of the tables were full of people. We had to rush and do cake because we had to be out of the room 45 minutes after our eating session started yet we payed for a 3 hour party and had an hour left. This was not enough time to serve and eat with cake especially when pizza is not ready and we have to reorganize the room so we can make a buffet line to serve the kids. When we needed something (a knife because the pizzas were not cut very well or extra napkins) the host was nowhere to be found. We planned a party outside of the house so we could be less stressed yet this was more stressful. read more

COVID, what?? When I inquired about the lack of COVID protocols (Maryland DOES require masks!), the staff indicated that because they are operating at reduced capacity and are a sports place, they don't require masks to jump. They said they do require masks in other areas, but have been told my corporate to not enforce it. As you can see from my photo, it did not appear that there were any reduced operating capacity. This place is awful. As soon as you walk in, it smells like fish. ?!?! The floors are sticky all the way through, as well as the counters. Tables are few and far between and when you could find an empty one, nobody had cleaned them. The trash can was overflowing so people were just leaving their trash on tables. When we ordered our drinks and pizza, the employees were more worried about stocking cups than helping the long line of people waiting to order. It took at least 20 minutes for our pizzas, which came out one at a time, and sat in the warmer despite the fact that I was standing right there waiting for them. The place was so crowded and a group of random kids decided to bully my son. Workers were not around enough to stop this. We had to track down a manager to ask these kids to leave. These kids lore or less refused. No parents in sight for these kids. They were just running wild. This place needs a serious overhaul, an inspection from the health department and some training for the employees. read more

We paid for an all day pass, which was 120 dollars for a party of 3, at 4 o'clock and when we asked the worker if we would be able to return later in the day she said we would be allowed too. We were inside for an hour and a half when we left to go eat. When we returned at 8 o'clock they had glow night and we were told we would not be able to participate unless we paid another 120 dollars even though we had an all day pass. We were not offered a partial refund for our passes even though we were only there for a hour and a half which the lower pass included. Uhh very terrible place, terrible people working. Walked in and the people in the front were very rude specially a short blonde girl. When my daughters were jumping the workers were not paying attention AT ALL. My daughter got hurt while playing dodgeball and the boy watching it just kinda looked at her and shrugged. There was one girl there though who was super sweet and nice. She gave my daughter a stitch sticker when she was crying and made my daughter smile and laugh. I think the employees name was Alissa? This was my 2nd time visiting Sky Zone in Hagerstown and both times were an amazing experience. All the staff is super nice, they always check in to make sure everything is going well. It's never been overcrowded and it's always been clean with plenty of lockers open to place your purse or other valuables in them. My oldest is special needs and they never have charged me for him and I to go in and "jump" (besides socks, which I was A-OK with purchasing), all because he doesn't really like to "jump" (hesitantly walk) for maybe 5 minutes tops (Pad Pass is what they called it). I've been to others (not SkyZone) and I was always charged for my special needs son to "jump" for maybe 5 minutes, if at all & they were never as kind & courteous as they have been here. We will definitely be returning! read more

We just had our son's 7th birthday party here and it was such a blast! The staff (every one of them) were beyond friendly and accommodating! We held his party on a Friday evening which seemed a lot calmer and less busy then previous parties we had been to on a Saturday or Sunday. It was somewhat of a pricey party, however seeing the kids have so much fun and me not having to worry about setting everything up and cleaning everything up was so worth it! read more

Place is dope! The majority of the kids working there are in high school and the adults that tend to file complaints are usually mean to the bone anyways. I brought my seven kids and they all had a blast. The new management is sound and they try their best to keep things organized. They also got brand new food at the concessions stand (try the motz sticks or chicken bites) All in all a great experience for my family. The rules are so strict because you need the sky zone socks which cost five dollars each to play and when it's like the special time when they turn off all the lights you need to buy a shirt that lights up and if you don't have one of those special shirts during that time you can't play. but honestly the slushies are good because if you get like the big ones, then you can get a refill anytime you want with the plastic cups but overall I'm giving it a two because of the rules and I think that they could've done better. read more

Starts at the top. 2 times in a row showing up an hour early for all night bounce and then glow night even with prepaid tickets takes over an hour to get in. This place should not be open during the pandemic. Masks are not required/enforced at all in the building. Kids can still play games such as basketball and dodgeball where they are way too close to one another. Social distancing is not enforced at all. As always the employees are helpful and eager to assist both kids and parents to enhance their experience at sky zone. Also it is one place to go to feel you are not living an alien world. Masks are used by those who fear infections. Others are more confident and unable to breathe with a mask. After much fighting and back and forth, I was finally able to cancel my membership back in May. In July, I had to go in person to fill out paperwork (you know, during the global pandemic) to get my membership "this time for serious" canceled after I was charged again. In August, Sky Zone charged us yet again, so I explained the situation to my bank and had them reverse the fraudulent charge. Now it's September, and I get to decide what I want to do next because they are still charging me, five months after canceling my membership. Whee! read more

When I first started to go to sky zone, the staff were on top of making sure kids were following rules and taking turns on the courses. I just went recently and there was rarely any staff at the courses, but when there were they didn't do anything. Many kids were going on someone else's trampoline square or they weren't taking turns. This used to be a nice place to take my kids. Now??? It's dirty, overran with kids that parents drop off because of some program and not managed properly. Food and drinks spilled everywhere and omg the trash on ground was overwhelming. The whole area that u take your shoes off was completely dirty and floors where so sticky it was crazy. Friends and I decided to go here thinking COVID protocols would be in place, (requiring a mask, limiting number of people in a jump time & within the play areas, social distancing, temp checks...) but there was no such thing here! No masks in sight while jumping/playing, no limit on the number of people, and definitely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! I was thoroughly shocked to see that parents and their kids were running around with no masks on both inside the trampoline portion and outside in the common area. I saw one group of people get temperature checked when they walked in... but we did not. And after the one group got checked, I didn't see anyone else get checked after that. We spent around $35/person for the glow jump from 8-10pm to stay for a half hour and leave due to the overwhelming amount of people. We also kept our masks on the entire time. SkyZone as a company really needs to step it up if they want to stay open.. definitely way too many people and no masks. Down right ridiculous. I wish I would've taken pictures now because yikes, it was a mess. read more

So I go here about 2 or 3 times a week and love going here. Also, I forgot to mention that I am 13 years old so do not take this review very seriously. But anyway they have amazing staff members that are extremely friendly and nice. I love playing dodgeball here because it is on trampolines instead of on the ground. The only problems that I have with dodgeball are that sometimes the refs are not even paying attention to the game and don't call anyone out if they get hit. Another problem that I have is that I like playing dodgeball at my hardest all the time and will throw it as hard as I can at anyone even little kids. The staff sometimes get mad at me for throwing it so hard at little kids but I say that if they sign the waiver and step in to dodgeball then they are taking the risk of getting hurt, and sometimes they will kick me out even if I do not headshot a little kid but peg them in the leg with a dodgeball. Something good that I have to say about them is that the big area with just trampolines is SUPER fun and I love flipping and jumping there. Another good thing about them is that they have this membership called elite plus for 30$ a month per person that gives you a free snack and drink and unlimited jump time. I would definitely recommend this membership to anyone that comes at least twice a week. I also love their glow, but the only complaint that I have about it is that they do not let anyone 14 and under join some the glow dodgeball games. But, overall I think that it is a very fun place to go. Just keep in mind that they just added in some new rules so that if you break a rule then you can be kicked out for a long time. Also, I forgot to mention this, that if you have a kid about 7 or 8 and under then you should not let them in to dodgeball unless they can take a hard hit with a dodgeball. The father was even walking around in the middle of the dodge ball court-protecting his child, when they should not have been there in the first place. Coming from Washington state, came at a good time with little to no people here jumping and yet you got these "team members" that tell kids they can only jump in one section and nit pick at the smallest things. You pay for your kids to jump in a certain amount of space when there is tons of space and trampolines everywhere. Disappointment....going to stick with Boomshaka in Olympia! read more
