I understand that inherently children will get hurt, however these injuries were inflicted by unsupervised 16-18 year old on 2 children both under 10. Jenna, the General manager is the most unprofessional person who does not take ownership of any mistakes or billing discrepancies. Not only was I way overcharged for my party from my original quote but the outside food we provided was burned by their warmers, hidden sock fees that were handed to us instead of offering our guests basic ones, and serving half the kids before the rest were called in from playing. The manager didn't care whatsoever and it's disheartening when you pay a place to provide a fun experience for your kids in hopes it will be less stressful but don't count on that when booking through skyzone Temecula. In fact I highly recommend not booking here at all! I left this same review on google and the "owner" commented: "please reach out to us at feedback@skyzone.com so we can look into your party experience a bit more." Which I did and never heard back. He didn't sign a contract of any sort. They simply took advantage of a teen & charged the credit card monthly for two years. I did not know about this until recently. The bill was getting paid, but it was my fault I overlooked bill & charges the past two years but it is also NOT OK for any business to rip anyone off especially teen age children. I left messages & nobody returns my call. I can't get money back either from card company because it's been over 120 days since. I am left with fraudulent charges that I am at a loss for & sky zone business gets to move on ripping more people off & pocket more money with no consequences or repercussions. I resorted to filing a complaint with the BBB , consumer protection law of CA & taking my own legal action. Be careful, if you absolutely have to go there, go with your child & pay cash or don't go at all. read more

My son got some bigger kid through a dodgeball on his face really hard again, and there's no employee by the station and there's 20 some kids on each side. It used to be always have employee there and it used to be have a sign for the dodgeball. Only 10 kids on each side are allowed. So I asked manager Libby Kammer and she told me right now they don't have enough employee and the jump station is the majority more important so they need employee over there to watch kids not to get hurt. By the dodgeball if someone go ask, then they will send an employee there. This place used to have employee on each section so parents can feel more safe. But now they dismissed rule by dodgeball, specially when there's more than 20 kids on each side to play it's such a disaster. read more

This skyzone scams people, they claim you can cancel anytime before your membership renewal date and still charge you. I reached out to the manager Jenna Price about a refund and she requested proof of cancellation before the renewal date which I provided and then she stopped responding to followup emails. Also happened to a friend recently. Do not recommend this shady business. read more

First time here, came on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened, great parking while not packed, easy to find, not a huge place but definitely enough to have a great time. Clean environment. Staff seems nice. I could imagine this place gets packed fast but we will definitely be coming back. They have some cool attractions, smaller jump space, three very large extra fun slides, a zip line, two basketball/soccer areas, place for toddlers, dodgeball area, ninja obstacle course, snack bar, great/fun music, arcade games. They have optional day passes incase you want to stay longer than 90 minutes. They also have monthly passes which is the best deal. No Groupon, no military diacount. Party room as well. read more

Had a kid party here. A few ghetto kids tried really hard to ruin the fun for everyone w foul language and picking fights w other kids. The employees seemed to be friends or scared of the ghetto kids, and let them do what they do despite being confronted by several parents. The manager (possibly Jordan) was rad and handled it. The employees and manager are fantastic!! It is unfortunate the nonsense I see them dealing with due to parents not supervisng their children. When we first joined it was awesome. Now, they seem to be short staffed. In the last several months, I have witnessed alot of bullying, injuries, and fights. There needs to be a staff member stationed in every area especially the high contact areas. There is always a problem on the dodge ball court with a lot of injuries. Also, some parents do not watch their children or just drop them off. Lately, you have a bunch of unsupervised kids causing chaos and bullying others. There should be 0 tolerance for fighting, name calling, or bullying. Hopefully, they will make some changes and get more staff. Thank you to the staff who are working!! Birthday parties are super expensive, plan to leave a $100 + tip on top of the $500 bill for two hours and 12 kids; one hour of jump time and 1 hr in the party room (mandatory that you cannot leave and continue jumping). The place is fun and recommended a day trip. read more

Had a very bad experience at your Temecula location. Elena cashier was super rude...even said well, do you want me to help you. She pulled me out of line when she thought I needed to fill out a waiver that I already had done and let people go in front of me. Was super rude to me and my children. When I reported to the manager, who seemed like her friend, she was rude and just said, "Oh, ok," and ignored my concerns. I was looking forward to visiting this place with my kids, but it resulted in overpriced admission followed by a dirty facility that needs serious floor cleaning and bathroom cleaning. The women's bathroom wasn't touched for days as you could tell from the pouring over disposals leaking fluid on the floor, pee on the ground and TP everywhere. The main facility included black spotted sticky floors everywhere, spills no one desired to clean and no sanitation was happening in the 3 hours I was there (arrived when they opened too). Teenagers ran this place, with no managers insight, ***WHAT IS MANAGEMENT doing?! We deserve a better kept, clean and safe facility for kids to play with the high price you pay. Temecula , I noticed that there is no medic or company nurse that is present there especially if there is an emergency and they didn't know what to do if something bad happened , you should put someone who is trained in first aid , Sky zone is a well known play place you should know your part especially in the safety of the kids that is playing there. I am very upset & disappointed to your staff . My family and friends went to sky zone park in Temecula last month. We are out of the area guest and were scammed into signing up for services in which we did not fully understand. Today, 28 days later, myself and a few other family members were charged $67.98  for an additional month of services in which none of us agree to. The guy who sided us up rushed all of us through the membership process in which I only signed for a waiver, and never entered into or sign any contract. There were at least 20 other families behind us when we walked into the establishment. It was getting chaotic and we were pushed through the entire process without any acknowledgment other than here are your wristbands, socks and "remember to cancel a day before the auto renewal. I set my calendar to cancel two days prior just to be safe and woke up this morning to a $67.98 charge on my debit card as well as two other family members. I called and spoke with Leanna, who was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me after requesting to speak with a manager.  I immediately called back. Leanna ignored nor my phone call as it went to voicemail to find out the voicemail box is full "shocker". I called back again spoke to Leanna, who pretended she was someone else, and I asked for a manager in which she put me on the phone with Kaitlyn her, " supervisor". Kaitlyn was no more help than Leanna when I expressed that myself and other family members were scammed into signing up for services in which we didn't agree on, as explain my experiences from the situation, start to finish. Kaitlyn stated that I needed to speak with her district  manager, Jenna and provided me with an email address, however, refused to provide me with the contact number. I am extremely upset. I don't live anywhere in the area as we moved up north. We decided as a family to take the kids to the trampoline park that day as a last outing in Temecula. Not to mention that my three-year-old was assaulted several times by older children (ages 6-7) who are not privileged to be playing in the toddler area (ages 1-3). I expressed by concerns to staff, and they just laughed and asked that I remove my child from the play area if it was getting too rough. This experienced that Sky Zone start left me with will not go unnoticed as I will be more than happy to leave reviews and tell at least 10 people about my experience. read more
