My kids do like coming here, so much that I purchased a 30 day pass. So they'd probably rate it 4-5 stars. However I have to deduct for the following. You would think that if there is a line labeled "express" and you have a pass you could use it. I watched someone in front of me use it and then was told I could not use it. Instead I was sent to wait in line behind the other 30 people in line that needed to buy tickets, socks and sign waivers. Totally ridiculous and not stream lined at all. Definitely fun for kids, although it is usually crowded and the lockers never work. My biggest question is why a place that caters to little kids uses the soundtrack from a Tijuana nightclub? Not really a fun place for parents to be, but my little girl always has a good time and the owner is really friendly when kids talk to him. read more

I take my kids here what started as once in a while has now turned into a few times a month. All the challenges are great for their core strength building. I think also the staff on the floor is on it and keep the kids safe. I wish this exsisted when I was a kid. read more

Awesome place! So much for kids to do. Well laid out. Clean!! Will be back. The vending machines were out so that needs attention. I love the no food inside idea. Keeps it clean. I can see where lose toddlers could get injured by bigger kids. I blame it on parents not paying attention. But the kids looked out for each other. My kids love this place. It's a little pricey but they have an absolute blast and are always tired afterwards. I also get to reminisce of the days when I had a trampoline in the early 90's and no adult supervision or safety pads for protection. What a great place to take your kids and get work done too! My son had a fabulous time bouncing around with his friend while I was able to hang out inside as an observer, for free, to watch him having a blast while finding tons of different areas to sit close to where they were bouncing around to get a little work done at the same time. We have come here multiple, multiple times. We have had numerous birthday and sports parties. I receive emails from your facility all the time. This week is Spring Break for my children. They sent these emails for Spring Break specials. NO where on the email, even when it says see below for restrictions does it say an age restrictions. It just says 9-12 and the dates for the entire Spring Break. So, I arrive at 9 for my 5 & 7 year olds to jump. I am told that my 7 year old is too old to jump and has to wait until 10. Of course they are crushed. We have our whole day planned out. They LOVE DojoBoom and want to jump. So, we either have to cancel our next appointment to jump at 10 or miss DojoBoom. I feel I should not be in this predicament. The manager just tells me sorry that those emails are from corporate and it's not his problem and 7 year olds can't jump until 10. This is not something I read wrong, this is the email DojoBoom sent ME! I showed them the emails. This is not right. I am very disappointed. read more

Unbelievable. I called at 730 pm on a Friday evening to bring my two girls in for an hour to bounce. The man on the phone told me what the pricing was and all the other info that I needed. I arrived at 830 with my kids only to find out that at 9 pm there would be an adult only bounce for people over 15. What? Not only did they Not own their mistake but they quite literally threw us out of the establishment without so much as an apology or any offer of apology or future discount. All would have been nice gestures to diffuse the situation. Instead the man just stood there and berated me and my children. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. They have lost the next decade of my business at the very least. I spend a lot of money on my children and their activities and birthday parties and I will tell every single person in my community not to ever patronize this establishment. I cannot believe how upset my children were at the result of their treatment and how absolutely insulting they were to us. There is a good way to handle difficult situations like this and it was not handled with Grace or ease on their part. Avoid this place at all cost. I forgot to mention that as we were leaving he screamed out in the most distasteful, sarcastic way " have a nice holiday weekend". This whole staff needs lessons in customer service and thoroughness. If there's anything to take away from our experience this week, is my hope that management will take it as constructive to help improve their brand. +1 star for accommodating a large group for a same day visit and honest effort of our host (but an area that may need more training) +1 star for overall layout in which all corners of the park can be viewed from the entrance (a plus for helicopter parents/child safety). -1 star for proprietary grippy socks; our group came prepared with pairs (some of which that were of thicker and sturdier quality) and the only ones available at the time (during a peak hour of winter break) were toddler and adult sized (so our guests Ages 5-12 were essentially forced to put on and purchase poorly fitted socks to enter the park. So suggestion is to make sure inventory is on point (especially on peak days/hours). Also, the water bottle vending machine was out and there was no resolution when a team member was approached by it (she just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it), so a suggestion is a water filling station of some sort, because obviously jumping for 1.5 hrs will leave you thirsty (and sugary fanta won't cut it). Lastly the sign in for new visitors needs more streamlining. Kiosks for waivers are plentiful but having your guests have to rattle off their bdays again to get a stamp + wristband is redundant (because isn't all the info on the printed waiver receipt?) Hoping this business will grow, as our dozen of kids enjoyed their jumping flight. It's just the process leading to that point and afterwards that could benefit from some improvement. read more

This place is terrible I came here with my sisters and a friend. The employees are rude and they wouldn't help us with the obstacles. We would ask for their help and they ignored and continued to talk to each other. One of them started to yell at me because I refused to go on one of the obstacles and started to come towards we yelling at me with a stick. I payed for two hours here and left after 30!minutes because I felt harassed and unsafe in that environment. I will never return to this establishment. I know it's the middle of the pandemic and we haven't been able to bounce in a while. But I realized that this is the only place my kids have consistently asked when it will open again. It's always a great time. A little pricey, but the staff and amount of jump time is awesome. We had a birthday party here last year, and the employees helping us set it all up were genuinely nice and helpful. Overall, it's a great way to spend an afternoon away from screens, to get some exercise. And it's a place that accommodates all age groups, so the whole family can go. read more

Called yesterday afternoon. Spoke to someone about hours for today as I wanted to bring my son in to celebrate his 5th bday early, about 10 I told him. Just the 2 of us. Guy said dont worry about reservations during the week. Just show up. I showed up at about 1015 AM after a 45 min drive to locked doors and a sign saying no admittance till 2 PM! NOT GOOD FOR PARTIES... felt like i needed to write it in big caps, i didn't see the party reviews earlier and they said the same thing. I had my daughter's party and i was not happy. I've been doing all my kids parties in all the party places. So here's the pros and cons Pros: * nice and really clean * fun but you have to really watch your kids, they have so much activities that can hurt your child *our party coordinator is super nice but of course i understand that he can't do much because the company have their own policy. Cons: * staff was not coordinated (we went to the front when we got there and was directed to the room and the party coordinator told us that we have to check in the front but he gave in anyways after i looked irritated because i was hauling food and going back and forth) * party room was too small ( i reserved for a party of 15 but they should know that 15 kids is most likely equal to 15 parents) * there's no actual table in the party room to put your food and cake (you have to bring your own table if you want a space for food. They have a tall steel cabinet and he said we can set up the food and cake there. So we got creative and put 2 benches together and made a table for the food... i'm not kidding, we only have the usual food pizza, fruit platters and sandwich and it doesn't even fit in their steel table. All our guest parents were standing but oh well it's better than food on the floor) * they are so inconsiderate of your time, they give you 1 hour and 45 mins.. that is okay but if you are there at the exact time, they don't brief all the kids on time and they had the parents going back and forth too for the waiver. When they checked in their kids, nobody told them that they need to check in too and sign a waiver to be an observer... so that was really a big waste of time! The line was long, the wait was long. So most of them only end up playing for 20-30 minutes! All the kids were complaining after, they want to go back * they don't have a cart... like literally no cart, they use toys r us cart ( it was good that i brought my own dolly and wagon. I hauled all the food and cake there. No cart for gifts too, all her gifts was on the floor) Overall, it's a good place for fun but i'm not sure about parties. Had birthday party 1/13/18 Staff: Not enough and unprepared and untrained. Line to check in guests had 1 staff member. Took 20 minutes to check people in. This dug into our jump time. They did not know how to handle this. Response was "late people can jump more". (They did not know who was late. They could not track our guests. Answers we not customer service oriented.) We were not the only party customers complaining at the time. Party was booked from 11-1 but physically kicked out (with little help from staff) at 11:45 to prepare room for next party. Room: Only 1 cabinet which had paper goods in it. Not enough utensils. Cake time staff brought 5. Completely missed the point for 30+ people. Cabinet was only counter top. Way too small to put food, drinks etc on. Asked for another table. They don't have any. Bench was broken and laying on floor (doesn't anoney care or check the room). Took 20 minutes to replace. Long haul from parking lot to rooms. Have only 1 meager cart to bring things in/out. (Sharing between 3 parties does not help) Had to use Toys R Us cart. I think every other kids play/event facility knows how to get the job done. This place is new. Should hire someone who knows how to staff and train for this side of the business. While I would consider the play area dangerous for a number of reasons, kids will be kids and with the correct supervision by staff and parents there is plenty of fun to be had in the play area. Until the party section gets it act together, make sure you are prepared as they are not. read more

Doesn't honor reservation time :-( Purchased 2-hr open jump session on-line for 12:00pm Flight Time on Thursday. My son scootered a couple miles with a friend to make it (no screens exercise!), only to be told a club had filled it up and to come back later. One round trip scooter later at 2pm was told another club had filled it up again and to come back at And the on-line reservation system asking you to come 30-min early is for what, again? The consolation prize was a pass to try their luck another day. Ridiculous. Way to treat the kids, Dojo. Beware your expectations, parents. Don't pre-buy on-line!! At face value, this place seems great for kids. The activities and trampolines were super fun, it was well maintained and the staff were more or less friendly. They had "referees" out on the floor, monitoring for unsafe behavior, which was great. Our 9 and 12 year olds really enjoyed their time, as did our best friend's 6 year old. My 40+ year old brother-in-law on the other hand, not so much. Ten minutes into his session he slashed open his great toe on one of the obstacle courses and ended up at the Los Robles ER with 7 stitches and a prescription for Norco. The ER Doc actually said this was the 2nd laceration he'd stitched in 2 days, and the 3rd injury he'd seen from patrons at Dojo, and this place has been open only a week. While I understand that the nature of this place lends itself to risk of injury, and I can totally see a concussion from two kids smacking heads, a separated shoulder from the trapeze, even a broken limb from landing on an arm. But to have something on the course that would be sharp enough to result in needing stitches, that is not the injury I would've anticipated. We signed our waivers, we totally get the risk, but the center should probably be aware of this and keep track of these types of injuries. If there are enough stitches, maybe they will take a closer look at the potential for harm. Or maybe the take home message is if you're over 40, just go have a drink at the bar at Buca di Beppo and leave the jumping to the children. And get yourself some health insurance! Open enrollment for Covered CA extends until 12/15. :-) read more

My review is for hosting a birthday party here... THREE reasons for my one star review. 1) Check in was WAY TOO LONG for a party. I told my guests to arrive 30 minutes early (12:30 for 1:00 jump time) so they could sign waivers, get socks, etc and it was still not enough time. It took an HOUR to get all my guests checked in and many lost out on jump time. As a host, I am paying for their one hour jump time. No one expects that it will take 60 minutes to get checked in. 2) Party room was not ready when we arrived and they started kicking us out at 2:30 when we were supposed to have the party room until 2:45. They started cleaning up the room and putting our stuff in the hallway because they had another party coming in after us. 3) Parties here are on the expensive side. I expected much better service and systems. I love the idea of DojoBoom and it is a fun place to play, but I would NOT recommend a birthday party here until they are able to work out their systems. read more

My daughter loves this place. But they have a major problem with lines to buy passes. We should have the option to buy the tickets at terminals. Waiting in line hours because it's too slow to process people is ridiculous. It's an ongoing issue..fix the problem or look for alternative faster options for ticketing. read more

Great and fun place for kids. We took our 6 year old son and 17 year old daughter here. They both had fun. Much better than sky zone. Big place, variety of jumping activities. Clean, spacious. We came to attend a family party at this location in January and my 5yr old son was injured on the obstacle course by the swinging platform. It busted his head open, was bleeding uncontrollably and the Manager (Hispanic male) was very unprofessional, didn't even try to help but sent over a young girl with a bandaid, we had to rush my son to the hospital because our family physician said it required stretches, never received a call from the owner, manager or team member about the incident. I will never come to DOJO BOOM again and I hope all parents know the possible danger of this place, they have no training on medical training in case of an emergency and what terrible customer service they have. Birthday party bookings are a scam. Make you book online since no one can return a phone call, then you reach out with questions via email regarding the booking and they respond every couple days with answers. By the time I had all my questions answered I decided they couldn't accommodate our needs and canceled my reservation- six days after I had originally booked. They won't give me my deposit back, even though had someone actually answered the phone and spoken with me from the beginning I would have never actually booked in the first place. No response to my email asking for the refund, had to email them again, then they declined. Emailed back with the timeline information and asked for my deposit back again, and no response again. It's been a week. By the way I had a successful party with them back in March and no complaints- maybe they are short staffed now or some change was made, but that shouldn't compromise customer service, especially a customer who has been paying a $50 a month membership with them for almost a year. We had an unfortunate experience today at Dojo Boom. While attending a birthday party, my six year old daughter went to the bathroom (around 1:15pm). Someone had shoved a water bottle in the toilet and when she flushed it exploded. She was covered in toilet water. The water was dripping down her face, hair soaked. She looked like she had jumped in a pool. We are scared for her health. To the business owner - please review footage of who went in before her and then was waiting to laugh when she exited the bathroom. These people should be banned. Also, please consider adding a bathroom attendant. My understanding from your staff is the men's bathroom mirror was punched and you had to ban that person. Clearly you have a problem in the bathrooms. Lastly, please train your staff in customer service. A simple, "I am sorry this happened. How can I help?" Goes a long way. Instead parents had to find and put out the yellow caution wet floor sign, clean up the mess and attend to the child. Your staff did not help, care or try to find the culprit. Very disappointing. *Response to owner* - Respectfully, you have been misinformed. There absolutely was NO towel given! In addition, staff were not helpful and did not respond to help. Waited 40 minutes in the check in line to pay for my kids. There were 3 staff members checking people in but the process to enter is excruciatingly long. Also, no toilet seat covers in the bathroom ( I could manage without it but my young daughters can't). Some activities seem unsafe even with their grip socks that you have to purchase rather than using the same ones from other trampoline parks. My kids enjoyed it there but we won't be coming back often. read more

My kids love it here which is the most important thing....however management needs to work On some kinks like the line situation and making sure people sign the waiver before waiting in the main line...also starting your jump time every 15 min might be better than every 30 minutes...it's hard for little kids to wait when they are so excited to jump...but again, that being said, my kids do love this place!
