My daughter and I came here to jump today. We bought one hour's worth of jump time and put on our previously-owned grippy trampoline socks. The person who checked us in said nothing about buying their branded socks first. Forty minutes into our session, a manager approached and insisted we either purchase their socks immediately or we would have to leave their facility. Since we only had 20 minutes left, they could have simply said (1) "Next time please buy our socks" and I would have said "Sounds great we will be back soon!" Or (2) they could have offered "If you buy our socks now you can still finish your hour." Or (3), like some competitors, they could have offered to give us new socks in exchange for our others. But he/they insisted we buy socks then and there or we had to leave. They effectively forced us off the jump floor before our hour was over. *** Edited 5/24: Defy-Apex refused to give me a partial refund after I contacted them to discuss the above incident, since we did not get our full hour of jump time as they made us leave. This was an easy-peasy opportunity to make things right, but instead they refused. Note to owners: train your staff to provide value to your business as opposed to squandering it! Glad my Visa has customer protections in place for these instances--ie when you don't get the service or goods that you paid for. read more

It's very expensive, check the prices before going. Also, unlike some other trampoline parks, they do not allow you to bring your own jump socks. So you'll have to pay for their brand. Overall, it was fun read more

This facility is really remarkable! It is kept extremely clean and well staffed. Check-in is quick and the prices are equal to any other places like this. It is a huge building with over a dozen or more areas to play in. Lots of seating for parents to observe. Activities for younger and older kids, as well as adults. The thing I appreciate the most is how attentive the staff are. Helpful, caring, but enforce the rules as needed. There is a staff member in multiple areas of the building at all times. We have tried many places like this but none even come close to comparing. It is hidden off of Highway 55 behind the Carrabba's restaurant. Completely Worth coming to try. I'm here now, with my daughter & her friends. There's a group of 7 boys, they look to be between 9 & 13 yo. These boys are running around bumping into smaller kids, being wreck less, jumping the lines. They're out of control. My daughter was waiting in line for the zipline, she was next in line. Those boys came up & grabbed the rope from her & proceeded to zipline. I went right up to those boys & stopped the madness. There aren't enough workers on the floor (that are paying attention I should say). There should be someone on every post. My daughter ran into a few of her friends that were there alone. I have requested on multiple occasions a cancellation request of our membership. 1st was beginning of COVID. The only way to cancel was through the website. After completion I realized we were still being billed. After contacting Mark Yost, the GM of "CircusTrix" Bs limited... And Lauren Morley director of membership @ CircusTrix BS.... I was made to prove the months of cancellation I had requested through an automated email which I never received. To end the whole affair I agreed to a two month refund which was less than the time I actually had requested of the cancellation due to the fact I had no automated email proof... As of this date I am still being billed. I have emailed both BS emails as my only recourse since these clowns provide no phone number. Wish me luck. read more

Went to this location for the first time with my 6 year old daughter and her classmates. I love the location because it's close to our home and near restaurants. Lots of seating for adults and a great viewing area for adults near the big screen TV. Most importantly, the kids had a blast. read more

Although this is a nice facility and my kids enjoy coming here, we were disappointed when we arrived one morning only to find out that it was closed for a private party. There was nothing on the website and nothing on their Social Media accounts to indicate that they would be closed. They need to work on communicating to the public when they are going to be closed as it poses a huge inconvenience to guests and makes a lot of kids disappointed. read more

Attended a birthday party for my child's friend. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive! They have separate party rooms for birthdays, and a party host that was very helpful. There was a locker on wheels for all of our belongings, and they run things very smoothly. One child hurt their finger, and a staff member noticed and helped out immediately. This place was great! So big and so many things to do! I LOVE that they allow kids under 3 to play! Most trampoline parks don't! The only thing I will say that it was so incredibly busy and it looked way over the limit for how many kids should safely be in the jump area. I wonder if they even have a limit. We were overcharged $40 on 9/16/21. "Jordan" with management completely understands & agrees that we were overcharged. After visiting again on 10/2/21, still no resolution. We know we were overcharged & they agree we were overcharged & still they owe us $40. This is NOT how you run a business. When will this be made right? If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hands down, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They have essentially stolen $100 worth of tickets, because they are not honoring what we were told they would. We were not able to attend on our original jump date, and the staff told us it was no problem, and they would honor our tickets when we were ready. Khalid, who says he is the manager would not allow us to use our tickets, and is demanding that we buy new tickets. I will never visit this place again - I urge you to visit a different location. Khalid was rude, and he was laughing about the situation. He refused to give us his supervisor's phone number. We have 8 kids that have been looking forward to jumping all week, and now we have to tell them that we can't go. Khalid sure acted like he was enjoying this situation - he obviously doesn't understand customer service. We will be contacting corporate. read more

Great place to take the kids. They burn lots of energy while having loads of fun. We love going on rainy days when we need to get the kids out of the house but the park is not an option. We like to meet up with friends and have them bring their kids too. The passes are an awesome deal during the summer if you plan to visit often. read more

So much fun for all ages. Better to come back after 6pm if your kids are older. Only negative and disappointment was the bad condition of the silks and the unconcerned response from staff. Being skillled in silks talent I know how very unsafe this can be. I hope this is fixed soon. read more

Hi I came to defy for the lock-in last night and I was having fun until 3.... the place seemed very dry after a while and everyone was laying down as if they were tired. I thought we were going to do fun games and stuff like that but honestly me and my friends wanted to leave after we weren't vibing with the mood anymore. Some employees didn't seem to care what we were doing because they were more focused on socializing with each other. There were some employees that went around asking if we're having fun (the one black girl who danced the entire time) we gave honest opinions , she said she would see what she could do to help with us not having a good time. Her mood was the best part of the lock in!! There were multiple employees but not very many acting employeed... cool point to the guy trying to sell those ticket things too, until he stopped and sat down. I've had fun at all other lock ins before but this one wasn't it at all. read more
