Fun place, staff watching seem not to caring about what's going on which in most cases is alright but when you have teens headhunting little kids in dodge all you should say something and not have me the paying customer have to be the one keeping order. One of the bags where you jump into should have more air. My first visit but my two nephews n niece have been here before and were excited for me to take them here instead of the movies. I agree. While entry was more expensive than a movie, I still spent less bc of the expensive food at the movie theater. I love that the kids all got a lot of energy out and my niece got to show off her many skills from years of ballet, gymnastics and now cheer. She's 11, nephews are 8 and 3. I'll definitely be taking them back. We all had fun. The 3yr old made friends w a little girl and next thing you know they're holding hands jumping together. Sadly not all kids are being supervised by their parents. She was with us a long time and I never seen a parent. Meanwhile I'm losing my mind when the very active 8yr old is going to the basketball court and dodgeball section while the other two are jumping in other areas. Trying to keep your eye on kids that want to do different things can be a little stressful but at least the sections were close to each other. It's well designed. I'm just an auntie that needs to see my kids every minute. This world is so unsafe for babies. Anyway I'll bring them back. read more

We had my kid's birthday here and it was absolutely INSANE! They give you 15 minutes to set up and you have to be cleaned up and out by the end of your slotted hour. It's fine if you want them to do everything but if you have your own decorations, it's impossible. Fortunately, our party host was a rock star and helped out as much as he can. The food was surprisingly better than I had expected and the host passed out the pizza, which is nice to avoid dirty kid hands grabbing everything. The noise. Oh man. The noise was ear shattering! My watch even gave me a noise alert! Waaaaayyyyyyy too many kids screaming in such a small space. The party rooms are just walls so you can hear the noise in the rest of the building. There wasn't actually very much for the kids to do, jump-wise so I wouldn't spend more than an hour or two. Most of my party kids were over it in 45 minutes, which led to a bunch of kids dying of thirst and hungry before the room was ready. So I had to buy a bunch of waters at the snack bar for the kids. Bring your own case of water for this exact reason. At the end of the day, my husband and I just sat down, in the quiet of our house, and just stared at the wall. It was so stressful and loud, my ears were ringing and I seriously wanted to cry from how stressed we both were from that experience. TL;DR It's insanely loud and chaotic and unless you want them to supply all the party stuff, don't even attempt it. read more

Unfortunately, I expected a much better experience once Sky Zone took over Rock'n Jump. While there are some new digital attractions, the facility is simply too small. Although there is a designated area for kids under 6, but it doesn't offer much. As a result, much smaller children end up mixed in with much larger kids and adults in very limited space. This lack of space and effective separation makes accidents more likely and keeps parents constantly on edge. On top of that, it's expensive, uncomfortable for parents, and there is very limited seating to watch. Overall, it was disappointing and not worth the cost. This area could really use another trampoline park. read more

We attended a birthday party here and everyone had a blast. I have to note that this place has the most friendly and efficient staff all around!! Everything was clean and the atmosphere was refreshing. Aside from the trampolines there were some other fun stations to explore as well. We will be returning! read more

not sure why this place only has 2 stars. they have a great membership rate. I have two very active kids and this is the best place to take them when the weather isn't great. this place is clean and spacious. the workers are all kind and professional. buying the membership at 50% off for two kids, unlimited jump for a year was the best thing I've done. read more

I recently visited SkyZone, and I'm very disappointed in the lack of safety measures in place. The jumping equipment is not maintained properly--specifically, the Velcro on the trampolines isn't sticky due to a buildup of dirt. I even was told someone fell through another corner of this trampoline. My leg fell through. Instead of addressing the safety hazard, the manager seemed more concerned about whether I signed a waiver and if I had SkyZone socks, which felt completely dismissive and unprofessional. Safety should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was clearly not the case during my visit. I won't be returning until these serious issues are resolved. read more

Had my son's party here in July.. had the absolute worst experience.. the oven broke and they had to outsource pizza for our party and didn't order the appropriate amount so we were left with two pizzas less than what came with our package.. as part of our package we got a few passes and decided we'd try them tonight.. absolutely never again.. the establishment is filthy, bathrooms included. Staff isn't supervising as they should and now they are wearing shoes in their assigned positions. Will not return and will not recommend. read more

had a very disappointing experience at SkyZone. The food took over an hour and was only given to me after I asked--they had clearly forgotten. The food quality was awful, and there was no staff at the counter. My son was very thirsty, and since there was no one available to pay for a bottle of water, I told him to take one and I would pay when someone showed up. A staff member then implied I was stealing the water. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. read more

last Thursday I took my child as a reward for an accomplishment. I was super proud of my kid and ended up paying $30 for a pair of twins with memberships that the shift supervisor Lauren told me is always a problem to slap and ridicule my child. these kids had no parent present and no consequences. my kid wanted to leave early. I watched these kids push, cuss and get under the trampolines with no employee involvement until I was obviously upset. Lauren apologized and i told her I understood that these kids are obviously unsupervised brats but this is something that needs to change. today i bring 3 kids hoping the experience would be better, nope. luckily the kids weren't assaulted like last time but the kids where trying to play on the stunt jump and a pair of kids where rolling in the way as their mother watched and said nothing so I asked the employee if she could do anything and she told me " the kids are playing " ok so the rules mean nothing. don't waste your money here for your kids to be abused and not allowed to play on the equipment. the shift supervisor came and offered me free session next time which I told him no, we won't be back. make the drive to urban jump in concord. it's way better. read more

Hopefully my kids won't want to return. Used to enjoy taking the kids here when it was Rockin' Jump. Now it's a free for all, survival of the most street smart, rule breaking kids. Teenagers that are employees are not trained or capable of controlling the chaos. It's $28 for 90 minutes of jumping which isn't bad if the rule abiding kids actually get to play. Rock climbing wall seems to be permanently closed. Three lane free jump has no supervision with kids jumping in onto each other, dodge ball has adult men pelting children and making them cry. Then once a new game starts, all the rowdy kids cut in line and push their way in. Most of these kids have no bracelets on at all or expired bracelets; which the worker meekly tells them to get out, they don't listen and continue the chaos. This creates an unsafe amount of kids in the business, with parents that seem to encourage this activity. Needs new management and better trained employees! Find somewhere else to take your well behaved children, this isn't it! read more

NEVER AGAIN! Taken the grandkids 3 times since it changed to sky zone. Consistently no employees doing their job and kids going crazy with no supervision. This time my granddaughter got pelted in the face by some big boys at dodgeball while some other boys were jumping off the roof of the bathroom into the fighting pit area. I'm happy with the pricing. My son and I can go to Sky High every day they're open for the price of one day - how can you say no to that? I'm really looking forward to visiting often with the new membership we have. I like the upgrade to the diving pit (whatever you call that). Now you don't just sink into it, there's something to jump over, and it's easier to get out. I will say, it was quite busy when we went but it makes for more fun. Yes, keeping the older ones in check with the running may be a good idea. I'm excited to to visit more! read more

No one is regulating the jump areas. Way too crowded!!! Can't even hear the speaker system. Who's running this place?? Only came for a party but I don't think I'd even come for that! Very dangerous go to urban air in concord instead the teens are actually trained there! Also forgot to mention the changing tables in both the men and women's bathroom are leaning and broken I told staff and he just said "ok" and turned around no apology or atleast put an out of order sign like I recommended. I would recommend Rock n Jump but they've sold to Sky High...who's prices match their name. They really push the monthly membership with a monthly auto renew. Otherwise $27.00 for 1.5 hr. The place is close to empty, they won't last long. read more

my grand son was walking towards the trampoline where the basket ball is; right at the corner before getting into the trampoline area he slipped and his whole Left leg went underneath straight down and got caught between to big springs. the two springs were squeezing on his thigh. I right away called the sky zone person that was watching on the area were player jump and they dive, across from the tennis area. he came right away and the other one went to call management I guess. he didn't know what to do. I then pulled the 2 spring apart and my grand son pulled his leg up and we helped him stand. He was in a state of shock, staring what just happen. he said he felt something weird in that leg, and felt pain. I kept watching him as he kept walking on it to let me know how he feels, the foot seemed a bit swelled. I asked for ice it took a while before I got a zip lock bag with ice in it. no management came to check or even ask how he is doing at all. I booked him an appt. with Minor injury clinic. but thank God swelling went down. I emphasized to the people who work at sky zone to fix that area it can be very dangerous the whole leg went down straight. I asked them to put a sign or something to prevent another kid from sliding into it and do harm. they said manager came and they fixed it. I guess that was a quick fix. hopefully it has been fixed. just be careful when your kids go to that area. the green wide pad or lines on the floor are not attached well to the floor. there are open areas you can see the springs underneath were my grand son slipped. read more
