Amazing deal for toddler time, just wished it opened at 9am instead of 10am! It tires my 2 year old out after 30 mins. So the $5 deal is great! Got super busy on a Friday at about 10:30am. If you're concerned about mask wearing, I was the only parent I noticed wearing one and I saw one staff member walking the park area with one on. That made me a little nervous since my daughter is not eligible for vaccination yet. Free lockers were a plus, but try not to let your littles play with them. I came to Sky Zone, so many times. Ever since the grand opening in March '20 before COVID-19 ever happened. My friend was having an all day till nighttime Birthday Party in the Sky Zone Party Rooms once we checked before Jumping, his parents had to wait an hour to get into the Party Check In Line. Even though, It turned out mysterious to see a random dude dressed as Zelda closest to the line inside the building. When we got into the trampoline court, We headed to Main Court and then played Sky Slam so many times, There were over 7 people here at the park, three of the kids were from different schools and Me and my other 3 buddies went to the same school as me in Carlsbad. All 7 of us were in the same grade but our ages were different to all of us. When everybody was jumping, The music stopped and they were about to say "Hey Sky Zone guests, will everyone for..." Did not say my friends name. I was so worried that other kids were coming to my friends party. but he said No to me 4 times. So I went into the Arcade, and had a severe bad headache when I was about to play Cruising Blast, 4 player Pac Man, and Nerf Arcade. I played 2 races and I got 1st and 3rd place. After I played Pac Man with 3 random kindergarten kids and finished it off with some "Nerf Arcade" With my friend for his birthday. This place has been amazing The staff is kind, helpful and always smiling The management always makes time to speak if it's needed. We hold private large group gatherings often and they have made it easy and as worry free as possible for us. The facility is clean from the parking lot to the restrooms... They keep the temperature cool which is nice for even the people not jumping... They have lockers and cubbies. We use the cubbies which are free and open. We don't take anything of value and the kids have access to their waters so I don't have to manage it! Lots of space and tons of opportunities for fun here. Kids always have an amazing time. Wish they offered a frequent JUMP card or something of the sort. Memberships even?!?! Try them out, it's worth the visit! read more

This place is great! I especially love the layout of it. There are multiple area for parents to sit and watch their kids right by the trampoline area (massage chairs too!) but there is a parent "deck" that overlooks everything. You can see it all. Very thoughtful. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. All the staff were young adults and teenagers. I don't think I saw anyone over 21 working. It just seemed odd to me for some reason. But they were operating smoothly so whatever. Bathrooms were clean and there are water fountains. Also there are free lockers and lots of cubby space. Check in was painless and quick. It was the quickest check in I've ever done at a place like this. There's a big sign that says start here, where you fill out waivers on the computer and then it directs you to the cashier. It's all very clear. The snack bar was inexpensive which surprised me. Kids got ice creams and it was around $7 for all 3 of them. They also gave one of the kids a water cup when she asked (so they don't force you to buy bottled water). There was a toddler area but they don't restrict them to only there. My two year old was able to do everything except the 14 foot drop. Side note - shout out to staff member Shane for his patience and encouragement to a little girl that wanted to do that 14 foot drop so bad but just couldn't muster the courage. It was sweet to watch. The arcade is interesting. There are about 5 games. Meh. But the interesting part is the games are geared to young kids as well as older ones. My younger one can't reach any foot pedals for racecar games and at Dave and Busters her car just won't go. But here it says step on the gas pedal but the car still goes. She loved it. But overall it was an arcade not worth mentioning. I am still really confused if parents pay to jump. I think they do. I had a Groupon so I did. But it sounded like maybe I could just jump with my toddler as a "supervising parent". It's unclear if that's correct and at what age that privilege stops. Our host Jacki was great, super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed the location is clean and well maintained. We chose the 2nd party package and the kids loved the Icee's and pizza! We reserved for an extra 11 jumpers and they only charged us for the amount that attended on the day. I'll also add, this is the perfect party and we loved that the adults could have fun too! My only negative point would be that we didn't see a single person wearing a mask. Of course it's to each their own, but it was a little surprising considering how busy the place was. read more

COVID Related Info: This place does not enforce it's mask policy. Not one single person was wearing a mask or social distancing. It is so dangerous there. And there was an employee on the floor who could see all of this going on. Please rethink going here until COVID is over. There were many toddlers and the music was blaring at very loud noise. Because we were 15 they looked at us and we felt ostracized from the fun. The best thing here is the restaurant and the pretzel. The employees at the restaurant were kind but did not give a accurate eta on the food. The free games were a plus but the parents staring made the whole experience feel sour and stale. If you are a teen or just a person over 12 that is looking to have fun in North County California don't go here because Dave and busters is a whole lot more fun and exciting and this is a waste of 22$ and much money unless you have a birthday party. 3 stars for the mediocre food and the fun that can still be had. read more

I've been to a lot of Trampoline Park's in San Diego with having 5 kids. Sky Zone is definitely the best one I've been too. Super clean, big, and a lot of different zones. I think they are even setting up a "bar" area for Adults to use in the near future. Must visit to wear out the kids and to get them off their screens! read more

Wow!!!!! Wow!!!!! I hadn't gone to this location because someone had told me they play inappropriate music and the staff is rude. Absolutely not the case. We went during homeschool Jump for my sons bday today! I was beyond impressed with the facility. The cleanest trampoline park I have ever been too. The employees did not just goof off. They never stopped. If they weren't helping out on the floor they were cleaning windows and all kinds of things. The staff was amazing. They were so kind. I don't even remember music playing. came for a birthday party and my daughter had a blast. not sure if it just happened to be this time period but it was super crowded and packed. the concept is great, i can see why people would take their kids there because its a bunch of trampolines, obstacles courses, rock wall, and wall jumps. my concern was there was a lot of kids and very little supervision. i followed my daughter around to make sure she would was okay and other children weren't bumping into her. there is a parent lounge and i'm not sure what is there because i didn't go to it, but for how crowded it was, i wouldn't want to. there are all age groups, little kids to teenagers to adults. there were a couple times where teenage kids were running so fast across the trampolines they almost slammed into little kids. they have rooms to have birthday parties that you can reserve for, and they also sell food on site. overall, it was fun, but i think they should separate the areas by age so little kids dont get harmed by the older kids. again, it sounded like most of the days it wasn't this packed so we must of gone on a day everyone was celebrating their birthdays. read more

We've been going here since they opened and initially the owner was present and he seemed to really care about the facility and the customers. For the past year I've received several surveys and always mention how gross the bathrooms are. Yesterday we were there right after lunch and the place was pretty much empty. The girl at the front checking people in (pony tail and glasses) was talking with her coworker and took a minute to even acknowledge us. She never said thank you or cracked a smile. Not too long after I went to go use both women's restrooms and they were disgusting. I mentioned it to the manager and he was very nice, he said he would have both cleaned right away. About an hour later the rest room stalls were all in use inside so I went to the one in the lobby, they were still gross and hadn't been cleaned. I talked to the same girl who checked us in and she rolled her eyes telling me to go use the other one because they cleaned that one. As a long time customer, it would be great to hire some nicer people and please check your rest rooms every hour or two. It's just gross our kids are walking around in socks in there and then going to jump with some same socks. Thank you! read more

When we found out there was "Toddler Time" M-F 10A-noon, we were excited to have a place just for the little ones. We've gone several times and had a good time, but today we went and there was a group 20-30 men that they admitted during Toddler Time. They guys mostly went in to one of the areas and played a serious and hard game of dodge ball, though some of them went jumping in other areas too, with the toddlers. In the dodge ball area I saw a toddler make a beeline for that area and ran right into their Room. The little boy's mom yelled for him to stop and chased after him, but she was also had an an infant in a carrier. What's the point of Toddler Time if adults are also admitted to jump & you have to worry about your toddler getting trampled by a 180 lb man?!!! I asked about it up front and the employee just shrugged her shoulder, then said they can't exclude anyone. If it's a private business, and you chose to designate "toddler time", then you can tell them, "you're welcome to come back at noon" or whatever! Very disappointed since the WAS a nice activity.
