The only reason i'm rating this at 5 stars is because a young employee by the name of Cameron came and made up for our night. We reserved a party space for Glow at night, arriving to the place at first everything seemed to go well until we walked over to the room, we saw a TV and we wanted to set the tone to turn it on and play some music, but we were having issues even turning it on, we waited for the host to come which by the way to quite a while but it was busy so we were understanding about it.... the few times our host came we were complaining he was just quick to tell us the wifi wasn't working and would leave for large periods of time , didn't inform us of how or what we would be doing as far as food or jump times etc.... then my family started trying to connect the tv to our hot spots so much so the tv became an issue... we asked to speak to someone that can help us and next thing you know our host left for the day.... then this young employee that was pulled from the floor i believe by the name of Cameron very kindly showed up and what can i say! had our TV running, was beyond helpful assisting me in everything i needed, answering questions and had me informed of everything as far as our food and making sure my daughter had her birthday shout out just the whole nine yards of what you expect when you reserve these spaces! Amazing customer service and they need more people like that specially when you pay a pretty penny to reserve there, Cameron was going above and beyond as well as helping downstairs (which btw a fight broke out in the restroom things no one wants to be around) but this employee was extremely helpful everywhere i saw him, he deserves to be a host and not all the crazy stuff i saw him doing going out of his way for what was going on that night. Anyhow thanks Cameron for making my kids night special!! read more

On Friday, June 13, 2025, I purchased three tickets for Skyzone's in Cerritos, Glow Night (8-11pm) event, along with glow t-shirts and socks, for my grandchildren. While in-line for the event to begin, a helicopter, fire truck and Sheriff squad cars pull up. That should have been my first warning to leave. After about 10 minutes the responders left, so I assumed it was a false alarm. The kids in line were let in side. About thirty (30) minutes later, three Sheriff's squad cars, lights flashing arrived again. I jumped out of my car and ran to the building. Security had locked everyone inside. I demanded the guard open the door, so that I could get my children. I found my kids in the crowd and began to head towards the door, when a fight broke out. People ran towards the back. I got them on the stairs, out of harms way. The fighting stopped and I waded through the crowd to the door and demanded the guard let us out. As we left, Sheriff's Deputies were going in. I contacted Skyzone officials via text and through their question form on the website. No one has responded to my request for a refund. I will never take my girls to that place again. read more

Yesterday i wanted to go to to the glow in the dark time so I asked what time it was and she was just joking around with her worker and when I asked her she didn't even let me finish my sentence and she said " it's five to eight pm" so I said ok. Then the next day I go there and we see the advertisement on their tv and it said glow time is eight to eleven and I was pissed because we couldn't go later because we had to go to a festival after. read more

We came here for some family fun! It was pretty packed, but they do 2 hour play time sessions, so after a bit, a new group comes and another leaves. The facility was clean and well mentioned. The price is a little much, but considering a lot of things are expensive now, it's understandable. Our kids had a great time and were pretty worn out, so it was all worth it! read more

First time booking an event and my guest had an amazing time. My host was Nataly, she was very helpful making sure I had my refreshments filled up all the time. There was a misunderstanding at the beginning with another worker and she made it up for me with some pink balloons for decorations. If I ever book again I'll definitely request for her. read more

I came here this past Saturday with my daughter and my boyfriend's aunt and her kids. We wanted to go to Sky Zone to get the kids out of the house. We purchased a Groupon since it was a really good deal. When we got there we had to sign a waiver and then wait in line to pay. I saw a sign that said on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm it is Glow night and you automatically have to pay to $8 for a shirt. We also had to pay an $8 extra fee per person because of the Groupon that we purchased. We couldn't leave because the kids were so excited so we paid for the extra fees and the shirts. The cashier who helped us out were very patient with us. I didn't get his name but he was a young African American male. We got the kids' shirts on and put our stuff away in the locker. The lockers are very easy to rent. It is $5 to rent the locker and you can go in and out of the locker as many times as you want as long as you push the button on the screen that says multiple entries. The kids finally ran away from us so they could start jumping. There was a DJ and he was playing good music especially music that the kids were dancing to when they were jumping. This Sky Zone is huge compare to the other ones I have been to. They have a zip line thing where you can let go into a foam pit. After being here for an hour I would say the only con is that the glow shirts are all the same colors and it's hard to tell which kid is yours. The kids all started to look the same after a while but I do like the concept of the shirts. The kids had so much fun that they are asking already when can they come back? I'm rating this place 5 stars because of the cashier in the front and the atmosphere. It was definitely enjoyable and lively for the kids. Next time I would be jumping especially during the Glow night. read more

Very overcrowded Sky zone. The entire set up is all packed onto one floor. They let in too many people to the point where there's no space to even jump. Parents have nowhere to sit other than janky bleachers that usually just hold the kids shoes. The attendants all act like they hate their job, which I wouldn't be surprised with the amount of crazy they have to deal with. All adults that participate with the kids act just as crazy doing wild flips and being aggressive. not a fun environment or experience. Westminster SZ is better. The WM SZ membership perks are way more appealing (discounts etc). To add, DO NOT GO RIGHT BEFORE GLOW NIGHT HOURS, which are Fri Sun at 8p PSt... if you go prior, then they will kick you out and force you to wait in line outside, re check in, buy a glow shirt if you don't already own one, and then you can jump again. Allison was very kind, helpful, informative and proactive when addressing my wonderings surrounding time and areas for smaller jumpers!

My kids ages are 9, 7 & 5 y.o. we got monthly memberships passes because the cost was great considering it's about the same ($40) for jumping one time. This Sky Zone is the better one around, the staff is friendly and actually work (most of them), Brandon was helpful. I do like that they seem to always improving the facility. A couple things they do is disinfect (clean) areas more (often). Have some sort of security at the door to ensure no kids leaves alone with the wrong people, for peace of mind read more

On Saturday, April 27th, at 1:00 pm, we attended a birthday celebration at Sky Zone. Although we used to be members, we hadn't visited in years. To our surprise, the establishment appeared quite run-down. Most of the bottom-level floors were marred with black dirt, and the crowdedness was overwhelming. Kids and teenagers played in tight spaces, and even I, standing at 5'10" and weighing 240 pounds, saw teenagers larger than me doing backflips into the foam pit alongside small children. It seemed like the building had exceeded its maximum occupancy for the day. After seeing how well-maintained other venues are, like "Urban Air" in Fullerton, that has older more attentive staff, and a cleaner environment, I doubt I'll take my eight-year-old son back to Sky Zone. read more

Fun place to take the kids. This is what our youngest daughter wanted to do for her birthday, so we experienced Skyzone for the first time in Cerritos (8/2/19). Nice, new facility. A membership is probably worth the money if you think you'd be bringing your kid(s) there a few times each month. Tried using our socks from Big Air and it was a no-go. Lol. Socks are $3 a pair. Young dude at the snack bar is *real good* about making himself "look important" by not getting my $3.01 bag of Doritos order out of the way while another employee blabs to him about something. He was about to make me wait when the other employee (finally) tactfully said, "go ahead and finish your job, then we'll talk..." Not rushing back to attitudes like that. He's probably someone's scrub-to-be. He's doomed 'cause TLC said "No Scrubs." read more
