Tween employees gone wild zone. Take your pick. I would say all of the above. Well, the one girl African American, heavy set. Was extremely patient. We had a big group. She was extremely patient finally got us checked in, which took over 30 minutes. She added an extra 10 minutes to kids jumping time. So 4 stars for her. All else 1 Star. Manager, appeared to be in charge, older looking tall white side, older than the east of the tweens, cause that's what they all look like, seemed to be totally clueless on what he is supposed to be doing. Seems these teens are running wild in the asylum and he is afraid to come out when a manager is requested. One of our parents paid twice, when we had already paid for all people in the group. I was not aware. But when he told me, I figured, customer service, and the right thing to do would be to return one of the two payments. NOPE! Will give you 2 30 min passes to come back. I'm like NOPE don't need 2 30 minute passes. Girl says, no refunds. Really? Not asking for a refund. Asking to return 1 of 2 unnecessary payments. The other you are keeping and kid is jumping. NOPE. Another kid intervened and seems like he may be interested to help. Only to say, "oh refund". NOPE. A third intervenes. NOPE. a fourth intervenes, NOPE. I finally ask for the manager. And while we wait a fifth kid who looks like NAPS from the movie Roll Bounce, intervenes and he is laughing like it's funny. Maybe he was high. I don't know. I ask what's funny? He says, "it's a confused laugh". I get that they have a no refund policy for people who decide to jump for whatever amount of time then say they are not happy and ask for a refund. This was different. We were charged twice. Asking for 1 of 2 payments to be corrected. NAPS says, "at the end of the day, that's a communication issue between you guys, not our problem". At this point I'm like STFU Naps. Go away. A tall young Snoop Dog looking dude comes out, never says he is the manager, but pretends he is. I obviously know the other dude, only one in a different color and style shirt, who was called upon to apply the group discount to the register, was more of a manager, but chose not to come out. Young snoop look-alike says, yes you guessed it!!!! NOPE! Says no refunds. It's our policy. I say it's not a REFUND. it's a double Payment, 1 of 2 I'm asking for return. Says NOPE. POLICY. I ask for the policy, he says it's on-Line. We don't have it. Corporate has it. And our corporate in France. WTF!!!!!!!!!!! The parent who paid, sucks it, and says, it's OK. Takes the passes. This place is a mad house with these teen loons obviously running the asylum. By the way check out the corporate address in the pic. France my (_!_) Way smaller than other places. Less attractions. Border-line idiotic teens (not all to be fair) all who are obviously at their first summer job with what seems like absolutely no customer service training (not their fault). NOT WORTH IT. Take your money elsewhere. Will never come back or patronize this joke. Go to Strawhat next door. Buy half price pizza on Tuesdays. Your kids will probably have as much fun in their run down arcade, eat better food, grab s beer, and you will save your hard earned money. read more

People who have memberships should have a different line then regular customers who are just buying their day pass. It's inconvenient having to wait a long time for people to make up their mind on what option to buy when I have a membership and just need to check in. There should be a limit on the amount of people allowed in. Maybe because of spring break, the place was so congested but that takes the fun away from actually jumping and enjoying the place while being safe. Workers did not do a good job in filtering out the people whose wristbands were expired. I noticed that people whose wristband was expired kept jumping well past their designated time. I'm not expecting the entire jumping area to be empty but I am expecting for the area to be safe enough to jump for the children. When there is so many children, is not possible to jump safely. I witnessed so many kids jumping into each other. Workers need to be stationed in areas that can be dangerous if left unsupervised (the middle jumping area next to the zip line). Kids were pushing other kids from that jumping zone/cliff which was so unsafe. There should be a worker there just like there is one where the swing/zipline area is at. There should also be more attendants in the main jumping area. It's insane the amount of people who were doing stuff that was not permitted based off the rules that were posted on the sides. My son got hurt because an older kid who looked older than 10 was running fast and pushing his friend who then bumped into my 4 year old hard. Thankfully, I was offered an ice pack by the employee which I appreciated because my son was crying in pain. Had there been employees ensuring kids were following the rules, my son wouldn't have gotten hurt. There was only one attendant in the main jumping area.. The hand sanitizer stations were not all filled. I saw a worker attempt to get hand sanitizer from a dispenser, there was none so she went to get another from another dispenser. Never going back to refill. About 30 minutes later I assumed it got filled back up, so I attempted to get hand sanitizer from that same dispenser and guess what, it was left empty. Why are the dispensers empty in a place where germs are easily spread? There should also be hand sanitizer dispensers all throughout the jumping area. It's insane having to go out of the jumping area for hand sanitizer. Upon leaving I wanted to check that the empty dispenser got refilled after the workers were notified that they were empty and to my surprise they remained empty. More effort should be made to ensure that the workers, parents and children coming into the establishment are kept safe. The soft foam squares were filthy, which made me wonder how often (if they are ever) cleaned. People would be spitting and wiping sweat on them. I would honestly like a refund due to the unpleasant experience we had. Please schedule more people for the times that you are expecting the place to be more congested than regular. The company knows when spring break is occurring which is why they have spring break advertisement all around, so why not schedule more people since you are expecting an influx of visitors? There could be so many solutions to the problems I am writing here but my job here is not to figure out solutions to problems you guys should have foreseen. read more

This Sky Zone has the best layout and attractions. My 4 year old loves this location! I took my 5 year old niece today Sunday April 30th at 1230-2 paid $35 per ticket for 90 minutes. (Pretty pricey for the cheapest package) With that being said, the people that work here I give a -10 Stars. They do not enforce any rules with some of the rowdy kids. They do not enforce any rules really at all, it's a free for all. All teenage workers seem almost numb and just stand there to everything happening around them. I also didn't see anyone being asked to leave after their time expired. I am not a person to stick so much to the rules, BUT the place is OVER crowded and dangerous with the amount of kids moving around. Again without rules being enforced, is why it's upsetting. If you go, BE PREPARED to watch your younger aged children closely to make sure they don't get trampled, pushed around, pushed to the back of the lines, and stay safe. The people working the checkin desks and food stand are also very unexcited to be there. A blank, numb stare on their faces, no smiles and very unfriendly. Absolutely disappointed with sky zone in Cerritos! We celebrated my son's 10th birthday yesterday at this place. I'm still very upset for the horrible conditions my son, family and friends had to endure. It's supposed to be a fun time for everyone but ended leaving without bday boy cutting his cake. The AC was not working and what's worst, it was 100 degree weather outside. Inside the building was hotter, musty, and humid with about 3 fans. To top it off, our party room was filled with flies! We had to not only worry about keeping our kids hydrated but also worry the flies wouldn't land on our food. One of my guest told me she was there Friday night and the AC was not working. We are in the middle of a heat wave and the AC has not been functioning for days!!!!! Why, why why didn't the staff at sky zone called to communicate the AC was not working? We paid a lot of money to have good accommodations for a bday party. They should have called to inform us and perhaps offer to change the date of the party but they didn't! Once there, we couldn't retrieve from moving forward with the party since most guest were there exactly on time. I get the staff at sky zone are just doing their job but who ever is running the show is doing a lousy job. Their employees are having to endure these conditions as well, it's horrible! My son ( the birthday boy) ended up having a heat stroke! He was nauseous, sweaty, pale and didn't want to move. Of course, everyone was concerned for his well being . My guest were out asking for ice packs , grabbing wet paper towels and getting water for him. The kids couldn't keep jumping more than 10 or 15 minutes at a time without hydrating because of the excessive heat in the building. Everyone was sweating! In addition, we had to discard all the food the flies came in contact with. Not a fun time for anyone. Please, please, if you're having a party at this location, do yourself and your guest a favor by calling to ensure the AC is working because they won't call to inform you! read more

Brought the kids here and just in general the girls love that it's a trampoline park where they can jump and run around. What makes this place even better is the customer service and cleanliness. I was so impressed with Caleb. He was very interactive with the kids, and made sure parents are doing well. Lily helped at the front. She also came to have a conversation with me while I was sitting in the jump area, asked if I was enjoying my time and she was so informational on the different memberships available and what might work out with my budget and schedule. Fun place with plenty to do. Minus one star for how crowded it gets. My toddlers (3 and 4) can navigate the park for the most part and always have a good time. My advice to parents of little ones, come during opening on weekdays or the little leapers time on Saturdays ONLY. Otherwise your kids (and you) will become overwhelmed with the traffic of people.
