This is my second time having a birthday party here for my children and each time has really been a breeze. Obviously birthday parties are very hectic but the two times I have been here I've had exceptional help. From checking in and getting the gifts, food and extras upstairs somebody was helping us. You don't have much time to set up because time slots are all filled every two hours. However, you have about a 30 minute window to set up decorations. Brandon was extremely helpful with our set up of the room and helping me hang decorations. Very good employee and I would highly recommend having a birthday party here if you want to do something quick and easy. It is a bit pricey especially with the add ons (we had a face painter $150 and 30 minute private play $50) But everything runs seamlessly for the most part and you don't have to entertain as much as a party at home. And also thank you to Brandon for playing with all the kids during the 30 minute private play time. Not sure if that's part of the job description or not but he understood the assignment and helped make a very fun and memorable birthday for my son :)! 10/10 read more

Important note for those coming on Sundays for "sensory" Sunday. The concept is great and for the most part we loved it. That said, we had to leave early due to over stimulation caused by the massage chairs. Yes - they have massage chairs all over that let out a high-pitched noise non-stop when someone sits in them and doesn't pay. Problem is, no one cares. They still sit in them and everyone else is punished listening to 5 different paced beeping notes. Horrible for anyone but especially offensive given the advertisement of sensory friendly. read more

We visited for the first time on a rare rainy Saturday in Southern California, and the place was packed. There were several birthday parties going on, and plenty of families agreed that a trampoline park was the perfect place to escape the weather. We must have looked lost when we came in, as there were multiple lines for waivers and payment, and that's when the manager Jaeden came to the rescue. He patiently explained the process to us and personally guided us. The kids were jumping in no time! There are so many different activities. In addition to two types of swing pits, there is an obstacle course (Ninja Warrior style) that is challenging to the best of athletes, and there's a gladiator arena for people to safely express their inner aggression. There were plenty of pit crew to keep things safe and sane. The facility was clean, and there's a waiting area for the parents in the back where we could keep an eye on our kids while they're engaged in their wild shenanigans. For my twin girls (age 7) the sky zone trampoline park was perfect. We bought the all day pass which allowed us to play for a while, go out and grab lunch, then come back and play some more. The staff were watchful of the kids to ensure safety, the place was clean and abuzz with children of various ages jumping around. There are just the right amount of items that keep the kids engaged. While I ate lunch out, I was pretty impressed with the "normal" prices for onsite food. Usually places like this gouge you, but this was actually very reasonable. The bathrooms were clean (great!) and I felt there were no unattended messes. When something spilled, a staff member brought out a wireless vac immediately and addressed it. We'll be back, and I might even purchase the annual passes. read more

My grandkids had a great time this morning! But as we were leaving my 3 year old grandson was hit hard in the face by a teen age boy. It was an accident, and the boy apologized, but I was taking my grandson over to get ice, while bleeding all over the floor all along the way, and NO ONE from sky zone every approached us seeing if he was ok. We got some ice, the guys there saw his nose bleeding profusely, and no one there asked if he was ok. A sweet mom nearby saw me struggling trying to stop the bleeding and she came over with wipes and tried to calm him and see if he was ok. Shame on Sky Zone employees, because they must have observed what was going on and need nothing to try to help. Sorry for leaving all the blood on the floor and the pit, but the employees didn't care. read more

First time here at SkyZone Cerritos. was met at the counter by two wonderful staff, Julia and Carlos. They are knowledgeable and friendly and ready to help. We bought a membership and it was a relief to see so many staff on the platform monitoring the jumpers. There was plenty to do for my 7yr old. i'd like to encourage SkyZone to offer healthy snacks at the concession. People will buy! I also appreciated the cleanliness insomuch as one can expect from a lively venue. Lastly, we waited a very long time in line to buy one item. Not sure what needs to be done to cut the time down, but maybe explore that. Overall, I do recommend this fun place! read more

So I went here this past Saturday with my daughter. $35 for 90 minutes is just outrageous. Not to mention when we went to get some snacks the Icee machine wasn't working. When we got to the counter I told the worker I wanted an icee cherry with blue raspberry he told me they didn't have those flavors because they were watery. So I asked which was available and he said the cotton candy flavor. I said ok fine give me that one he charged me $5 and once he approached me with the icee he says would you like something else because this is watery as well. I told him no can I just get a refund. He then said no he couldn't give me a refund and asked if I wanted something else. I asked for a Gatorade and he gave it to me and told me to have a nice day. I was standing there in shock because how are you going to charge me $5 for ONLY a Gatorade that I didn't even want in the first place. I asked well can I get something else since I paid $5 and they said they could give me a fountain drink sized water. Overall just wasn't happy with my experience. read more

The place is not cleaned nightly or weekly or MONTHLY for that matter. On weekends it is hectic beyond repair. I think they even exceed capacity limit. We had lost our keys in the cube pit and their option was to wait until closing time to retrieve them. Mind you it was 1pm and my children's car seats were in the car, after realizing their would be no help we knew we would have to dig which we did. We found some of the dirtiest, nastiest, oldest things down there. Would not recommend to anyone to let their children play there. read more

My child was a guest at a birthday party today. It was our first time at Sky Zone. As we drove home after the party, he said to me, 'Mom, I don't want to go there again.' I was really surprised to hear this, then he got a bit choked up and told me about two separate interactions with employees. 1. He had been playing for 30 minutes when an employee yelled at him to get out. He didn't understand what he had done wrong. Apparently it was his socks. He was wearing grippy socks from Get Air. So he hadn't put on the SkyZone socks they gave him when we arrived. We rectified it right away. 2. A different employee later on harshly yelled that he had to get out. He didn't understand because the announcement specifically said "if you have a solid red wrist band." His had writing on it, so he thought it wasn't solid. And no one else in the group had responded at all. So he had no reason to question his observation. He of course did as he was told right away. And no one else in his group was asked to get out. They continued to play for another 10-20 minutes. I have no problem with following the rules, he just didn't understand why he was singled out and treated like he had intentionally done something wrong. read more

He had told me there was a delay and my party room wasn't going to be ready by 7:15, yet at 7:45. I told him my guests was hangry and they want to eat. He did offered some drinks and nachos. At this time, I told him I will take any room available as long as my guests can eat. He found a room and I was able to serve food to my guests.
