We had a birthday party for my son on Saturday, right after openning. Everything was ready when we arrived. We booked the party online. It was super easy and we could make some changes until 24-48h before. We chose the Mega package that includes 2 hours of play games (trampolin area no included. On Saturdays is $15 the whole day per kid), 2 slices of pizza per kid, unlimited drinks for the kids and one ice cream per child, also a complementary large pizza that we used for parents and unexpected sibling. Food is delicious. It arrived on time and hot. For us, due to the fact that parents had breaskfast before coming, we didn't need extra food. Maybe at other times (lunch or dinner) you may need to order extra food for parents and extra drinks as well depending on the number of kids you invite. To maximize the food. I upgraded the pizzas for the kids (from 2 medium to 2 large) and the complementary (from large to XL), for only $9 more I had around 10-12 slices more. The best of this package is that you have a host. Ours, Maribel, was a lifesaver. She was super nice She arrived on time, explained us the schedule, and helped us coordinate everything, confirmed our food order, helped us add extra items, and with the cake. Party was better than expected. It was the first time going here. My son was happy and all kids had plenty of fun. I wish we had more time to play because the 2 hours of play are uninterrupted and starts counting when every kid plays the first game, so basically they do not use the time they are eating. The place is not huge, but big enough to know where the kids are. It is clean and all machined worked. Security at the door is another think I like. You are checked when entering and leaving, so no kids should be allowed to leave alone or with another person. Our experience was good. Having a host was a relief for me, but every case may be different. Prices are ok as well. Good variety of drinks and the kids were excited of exchanging the credits for prizes when leaving. I'm back for the summer with their SUMMER DAY PASS that's currently $100 for 3 months of play for the middle pass. Daily credits of 100 for games and 30% off food. Biggest change is their....... ADVENTURE GYM. $10 during the week $15 weekends for unlimited jump and jungle gym for the DAY. SOCKS provided Wristband provided PARENTS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE The gym area/ trampolines can get crazy at times with kids or all ages, jumping in and out. It can get scary when you have 2 year olds and 10 year olds in there. Sometimes staff is strict and will kindly ask kids without the socks/wristband to ask their parents to purchase them. This seems to be an older Chuck E Cheese and although it's not too much different from other ones, it is considerbly smaller than the one close to us in City of Industry, or the other one we frequent in Pasadena. They do have more kiddie rides than the one at City of Industry, but their game selection is much smaller. My son didn't even finish his 40 game credits. It's not a bad Chuck E Cheese, but on the smaller side compared to some of the newer ones. read more

My family and I have patronized this Chuck E Cheese for well over 25 years. We like how it's conveniently located, very clean and staff is very friendly for the most part. The salad bar is always fresh and nice. We were here just recently celebrating a little princess bunny loves 7th bday. Had an amazing time with my family. My goodness, the pizza is the best at Chuck E Cheese, hands down! The only thing we forgot at home was the cake. This is where things went downhill, it didn't affect us much but thought I'd mention it. We saw they sold birthday sheet cake here so we ordered 2 of them. We were given a time frame of 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no cake! We were under the impression the cakes were pre made, they just need to decorate the cake. 45 minutes? Really? Why not just tell us they don't have any or they were baking them and it will be a while instead of keeping us waiting. We canceled the order and did receive a refund but the delay was unnecessary. Rating 1 star due to safety concerns. No one was vetted at the door to check who was coming and going. People and kids were walking in/out without staff checking UV stamps. They were obviously under staffed but creates such an unsafe place for younger children. I was there for 3hrs and no once did I see staff checking UV stamps. read more

The food is pricey it's disgusting the slices are too thin. We had to wait 45 minutes for 1 pizza. The workers have a horrible attitude this worker literally almost yelled at a kid to get out bc it was almost time to close. The restrooms are disgusting there's no soap and the toilets are dirty. Set up for you to have a birthday-party-in-a-box, we came here for a kiddo's birthday gathering, and the nicest thing is that everything is in one place, ready to go. Setup, decorations, a few pizzas, desserts, entertainment (you get a card with a certain amount of unlimited play time on it), and staff for support are all here ready to go. Plenty of space for multiple parties that were happening at the same time where we didn't feel overcrowded. They have beers on tap for the adults/parents! Expensive for a 20 oz beer, feels a little bit like being at a stadium though. Overall, the pricing for the kid's party is pretty expensive - for the number of pizzas provided and the food/supplies, it's a bit meager. I think if their pricing was a bit better, this would be a bit more accessible and easier to plan for. I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in years so I was surprised to see there were no more tubes, slides and ball pits for children to play on. Now it's just games and entertainment. We went around 7pm with our almost 2 year old daughter and we had a great time. We got combo #2 which came with a large 1 topping pizza, cheesy bread, and 2 drinks. We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The crust was seasoned yummy garlic seasoning as well. The cheesy bread was good, but tasted too much like the cheese pizza. It came with a marinara and a ranch sauce. There were plenty of open tables at the time we went. The Chuck E Cheese animatronic never turned on while we were there but it was okay since it was the end of the night. We also paid for 60 minutes of game time. There's a promotion right now for a free 30 minutes when you buy a min of 60 minutes which was really nice. The games were fun. They're mostly catered to younger children because all the games were lower to the ground. It was perfect for our toddler. They also have a few older kid games like the basketball game, and racing games etc, but mostly little kid games. We cashed in our tickets for cheap little toys but my daughter was happy with them. After waiting 35 minutes for pizza I asked one of the guys how much longer we were going to be waiting for pizza and his response was the buzzer will buzz when it is ready. Went for a friends daughters birthday and a total of 3 people were working the floor. I walked in to meet my group and no one was at the front so I didn't get a stamp nor did my sons. The door has no security measure or stopper to prevent kids from running out and after about an hour of being in I asked about the front door that was ajar the entire time and someone behind the counter said "someone's up here the whole time they'll see" I replied "they didn't even see me walk in I've been here an hour and I'm watching the door. There's been 4 times the front counter has been unmanned" Hire more people or add security measures to the door. We've been coming to CEC for almost 3 years now. Ever since their post-pandemic renovations, this place (and other locations) have been clean, well kept, and friendly. Their games are rarely broken, their rewards are decent, and their service is almost always "pretty good." Sometimes, like today, it is REALLY good. It just depends on your luck. I also truly appreciate that the business is well-staffed. Other places run a skeleton crew during the week, but they keep the experience pleasant here. There aren't so many that people are standing around doing nothing; everyone is well utilized, but not so much that customers are neglected. For our birthday parties, we've consistently requested Mirabel because she's ON TOP of it. She's a 5 star hostess and I look forward to seeing her again for my son's birthday later this month. Worst service in our history going in 20yrs. We arrived at 7:45pm and placed a order for a #6 -2 large pizza and pizza cookie We let our kids play for 30 minutes while we waited for our pizza. At 8:40 when my wife went to ask for our order as they announced they were closing at 9. The closing teenage child acting as a closing manager told us we could take our pizza to go and said he would box up our order. He told us they were very busy and backed up and that it takes 40 minutes to make a pizza We all know the pizzas are premade and just need to stuck into the oven for 15 minutes and boom hot pizza. When my wife asked for a $160 refund he said he couldn't. He had to process a refund and we also had to pay additional $44 for a salad 2 sodas and 30 minutes of play time. That he was going to void the transaction and give her a refund in 5days and that it take a few days because Mr Chuck E. Cheese is very expensive and he wants his money before he can refund. As a previous manager, it would have been easier for the closing Manager to first apologize for situation and offered a few items, money back and free pizza, or a discount. I think this location lacks training all around. They should advise customers that the kitchen closes at a certain time and orders can be taken to go or just offer game time. read more

I had my sons 3rd birthday here and we had a great experience. I don't usually come to kids places with high expectations especially during the weekend but it was perfect. It wasn't busy during the time we had his bday which was noon to 3pm. What was supposed to be a fun 2nd Year birthday for my little one turned into a nasty experience this past weekend. I took my family and faced a negative experience. 1. We just had a toddler party here over the weekend. Isabella, my party host, was efficient, friendly, and organized. She has the tables set up and food order in. She added a coupon to save me money on the pizza and drinks. My child and his friends, ranging from ages 18 months to 15 years old had fun. Had my daughter's 5th birthday here last night (05/20) and it was incredible! Kiddos had so much fun and the food was tasty.
