Warning this is a 15 year olds point of view. So I come here with my family and it was cool until we got ready to put on our socks at the lockers at the worker mugged me and stared at me. I don't know if it was a race thing or what but ignored it. Then we began jumping/playing then we go to basketball area and the hoops broke the kids are playing rough unsupervised but I shrug it off and leave from that area. Then we decide to go to the dodge ball area NO SUPERVISION what so ever. The worker is standing there eating candy taking to the other worker not paying the children any mind. To get in there's a line but at this point you can just walk-in no matter how many kids are in there. Now here comes the big issue Im in the dodge ball area and the kids are wild throwing balls at peoples head not getting out once there hit it's a mess. But the older kids are throwing it super hard at kids under 8 mind you the kids are like 13+. The disrespectful teen throws the ball with full force at my sister head we let it go thinking maybe it was a accident till he did it again thinking it was funny. He hit her eye so hard to the point where it was red. So we talk to the person who mugged me in the beginning he sided with the kid even though he wasn't even paying attention. The teen got told don't do it again and then boom he's back inside doing the same stuff . Everyone that works there is a child or acts/thinks like one. The manager was trying to shut us up and just give us a refund. And it's a unsafe environment for children under 12. Not to mention they were fighting in the pit with the worker right there. Also the manager rudely replied teens over 12 can be there with no parental supervision. Will not be returning. read more

Come here all the time with my three sons (6,5,2). today I was told that I need to pay for myself because my son is 2 and I need to pay $17.99 to "jump" with him even though I just got off a 10 hour work shift and wouldn't be jumping but I would be following my 2 year old around from area to area to watch him from the sides like I always do. Yet this time the cashier wanted an extra $17.99 from me. Website says nothing about this either. I don't mind whatever rules or prices they want to charge but be consistent, first time they wanted to charge me this ridiculous amount and I've been there over 5 times the past two months, not to mention I've been going there since my 7 year old was 1.5 years old. Are you kidding me? What an AWESOME PLACE...I'm happy to finally share about Rockin Jump and the star employees. Actually I've been here NUMEROUS times and every time ALL the employees have raised the bar. First of all there was Jared! What a delight. Now I am a VERY picky person, but this guy was fab. My son's party was spectacular because of him. He was our Party Host. There were dozens of children and he kept them ALL engaged! Jared was GREAT! Then there was John. He was the greeter and was VERY calm when about 20 plus kids came screaming through the door! (I ducked:~0 But I watched this guy handle them all with such dignity and respect. Oh yeah yeah, Lorraine is a woman who works at the front and she helped me on the computer. She was SOOOOOOOOO sweet. Truthfully? She reminded me of my mom! Simple concept- a place for kids to burn the energy for an hour. We are here this Sunday afternoon and the kids jumped for about am hour. Facility nice and clean since it only opened yesterday. You can jump without socks or with their special socks, which we did not purchase. Right when you walk in, you sign this waiver via computers to the left of the entrance. Lockers to the right. Stairs to the right lead up to the trampolines. Dodgeball section, free jump section and this foam pit you can jump into. Kids had a blast - they're all sweaty. Customer service is good, definitely can improve. Staff at the desk was slow, but I can understand that with it only being the second day. Nice and friendly crew though! We will definitely be back! So this has come about in the last couple of months, following the success of sky-high up in Concord. Found out about it after reading about it in the paper and decided to come have a look. Well, it works well, bigtime. I couldn't give a damn about the trampoliming as they're all pretty much the same. Dodgeball and bouncing is pretty much what all these places do. But where it wins is on a number of other issues; - Ease of getting to. I dont have to drive the 680 at all. - Good seating. Sky high has a couple of bench areas and scarce tables. Here there's a recognition that people sometimes have to stay to watch their kids. Even couches. - Good, free WiFi. There's space ( and hope) that they're going to open a coffee shop, otherwise hacienda nearby has a couple of fast-food and coffee shops. ( the Italian panini at Barnes & Noble is legendary.) What they don't have is much in the way of couponing which sky-high is embracing, for the mavens amongst us. read more

LOVE this place! We've been here several times already and will return many more! I only wish it were a little less expensive, $12 an hour is pretty high! One thing I love is that the snack bar hasn't opened yet, so they don't mind customers bringing in their own food and drinks. I love that because it keeps the cost down and I have better control over what my kids eat. My kids have an absolute blast here and I love it because I can watch them on the tv screens in the front and I can hang out and catch up with friends or my email or read a book while the kids are enjoying themselves. It's a great place to take my kid's friends when they are visiting. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the atmosphere is fun. I do wish though, that they would play music that is better suited for their guests. I was in on a weekend afternoon recently and the place was full of kids and they were playing a lot of music from the 80s and 90s. It would be nice to play some music that is current - that would make the whole experience more fun. I also read another review that said the cafe will serve beer and wine - I'm not sure if that is true or not, but I would be really disappointed if they did that - it's just not necessary, and could actually cause injuries if people are jumping and drinking. read more

Wow!!! This place is amazing!! I took my son to Rockin' Jump for a Rockin' Friday. I really did not know what I was getting in to be bringing him this late at night. But I soon saw that here were about 100 other kids there so I knew that he would have fun and that he would be safe. The staff working at the front desk seemed very responsible and worked really fast. When we got there the line was out the door but they got us all checked in in about 8 or so min. I also talked to a tall guy about having a birthday here for my youngest daughter. He really was nice and up beat and I am really looking forward to coming back in the future!!!! Being an adult group of 5 Asian women here on a Sunday morning was one of my funnier life experiences. I could see both children and their parents were confused by our presence. How old were we? Were we there with our kids? If so, why were we jumping so wildly, and not supervising anyone? Adults bounce a lot more than kids. We had been warned that it was a very kid friendly time, and they were not kidding. I saw no one over 12, aside from the employees who may have been 16. I had a great, sweaty time, and I felt like I got a work out in, while avoiding collisions with 2-3 feet tall people. The only annoying thing was that you had to buy their socks or be barefoot. I mean, I'm used to climbing gyms where there are a lot of bare feet, but since these feet go in the foam pit where people sometimes land head first, I thought it was kind of gross. read more

This place is great for kids 3rd grade and up. We took our 4 year olds here and although they had fun they were running and playing alongside middle schoolers and high schoolers.. Highly reccomend going on wednesday when you get your 2nd hour for free. Its a bit steep for $15 for one hour on the trampolines. The facilities it self are are really nice and clean. read more

The few issue I have: - website: I wanted to get 2 hour tickets for a small group of kids and this option was not available to buy online. Stupid. - no phone support. My children have been asking come here for a few weeks. I was expecting a crowded facility where all you want to do is wash yourself and your kids down with hand sanitizer after (like many birthday party places). I was nothing but impressed, especially with the safety supervision. The employees who were in the jumping areas where REALLY watching to make sure the rules were followed and the kids were safe. These employees should know that their attention to safety was quite obvious to this parent. The facility was clean and well managed. This place is fun BUT please make sure EVERYONE in your party fills out the weaver form because if you have kids who are not yours they can't jump at ALL. Hi...it's Ethan. I'm six now. My mom and dad have been Yelping for a while and every now and then they let me talk about a place. Rockin Jump is way awesome. I have so much fun here. My dad says I am gonna break my arm but I am a professional. My favorite thing to do is the trampoline dodgeball followed by the jousting. Mom sits on the couches relaxing while dad watches me play. My older sister brings me here all the time too. This is our place. Its not too busy on the weekdays. Weekends its gets busy though. For some reason Mom and Dad never complain about sending me....I guess its cuz I always sleep real good after I get back. Bye. read more

We love the Tot Time here (check their website for times since it changes in the summer). Kids 6 and under get free roam of the place without having to worry about older kids or adults going nuts and running into them. I really can't imagine being here any other time, especially give that I have a 2 year old and it's way more expensive to come at a later time. I get admission for 2 hours of jumping for myself, my 5 year old, and 2 year old for $15 total. It's a deal! The only complaint I have is that the pizza at the cafe wasn't very good the last time I tried it, and the line at the front can get pretty long if you get there at the same time as everyone else. read more

Sooo much fun! Trampoline jumping into a huge pit of foam is a blast and had me laughing myself silly! Huge place with 4 separate trampoline sections--large general purpose, foam cage, dodge ball and basketball. I have spent countless hours in various indoor playgrounds and not one offered the well-maintained, CLEAN environment and great staff of this facility. They also have good food & seating (with TV screens for watching your kids on the trampolines) and free combination lockers. I wish Rockin' Jump had been around 15 years ago. I cannot wait to surprise my sons (now 21 & 22) with a visit next movie we see a movie at the Regal Hacienda. read more

Took my whole family here and we all had a blast! It's fun for kids all the way up to those in their 40s. It's great for the family or kids, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults-only since it's catered towards families. It's not a 5-star because they make you buy their own socks which I didn't know about, but the socks are great for jumping so can't complain too much. Overall I love this place! read more

Kiddo and friends had a blast. There's a large eating/waiting area, which was noisy (no surprise), but well kept. We went on a Wednesday, which is billed as "2 hrs for $14" on their website. We pulled into the parking lot at 3:15; it took 10 minutes to reach the cashier and complete our transaction, then another few minutes to find a cubby, change to the required socks and store gear. Kids started jumping at 3:30. At 5:00 their time was up (based on the wristbands we were given). So really, it was 1.5 hours for $14. I took off one star because of this. read more

Our first visit here was for open jump time to check it out for a birthday party venue. We had so much fun, we decided to come back for my son's birthday. We planned the birthday party and were expecting a large number of attendees. Per recommendation we booked the smallest package with the agreement we could adjust it prior to the party once we locked down the headcount. The Wednesday prior to the party on Saturday, I called and left a message (because I have never had someone actually answer the line for birthday parties) to confirm we wanted to upgrade to the largest package and to place the order for the food/drinks. No one returned my call, so I called the following day...and left another message. No returned call. I called again on Friday and got the voicemail again so I called the main line and they said someone would call me back. No one did. I assumed they had gotten my message and then confirmed when I arrived onsite that we wanted to Platinum package. During the party, the coordinator said that with the size of our party we would be automatically upgraded to the next level package which includes two more pizzas. So, we told her what kind of pizzas we'd like. Party went fairly smoothly from then. The kids and parents had a great time on the trampolines and in the party room. Then, I went to settle the bill and saw there were two pizzas added to the bill. When I explained to the person checking out (Ethan) what the party coordinator said, he said there was no upgrade past the Platinum package and that they must not have communicated clearly. I responded with the verbatim explanation we received from the coordinator that we were "automatically upgraded" and it "included" two pizzas which implies there IS another package (since we were already on the Platinum) and we are not ADDING on two pizzas. He argued with me and asked if we ate the pizzas (twice). Of course we did! As if that is a valid argument on whether the price of the pizzas should have been included in the package because the coordinator poorly communicated. After much back-and-forth, he said he could not refund the $32 in pizza and would offer either bounce time or a gift card. The total for the pizzas was less than 10% of the total cost of the party. At the end of the day, good customer service would have been for them to apologize for any miscommunication and remove the pizzas. Unfortunately, customer service does not seem to be their strong suit. The facility itself is great and I am sure they will not lose any sleep over losing my business, but it's not somewhere I would return. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is smaller, busier, and dirtier than the other ones I've visited. There are way too many bigger kids in the smaller areas. The attendants aren't following their own safety rules. The line for cafe took me 25 minutes to get two bottles of water because the vending machine only took cash. The women's restroom was worse than parks and airports I've been to. No tp, seat covers, urine on the seats, clogged toilets, completely and utterly disgusting. My 6yo and I always have a great time in rockin jump. Aside from the jump arena, vertical ops and the aerial tram, we like the staff. Chris the manager has always been nice. Ashleigh is a standout because she's so patient with children and is always smiling, friendly, professional and cares very much about the safety of your child. My 6yo son had fun conversing with her and she was a great listener. She was very engaged and answered every question my son asked of her. read more

$18 for an hour plus $3 for socks is pretty steep but luckily we found a Groupon which brought it to $12. You still have to wear their socks but they will let you trade in socks from Lost World for free. Any other grippy socks won't do. They do have people walking around enforcing that and actually made our kids get off until we bought socks for them. Took my daughter (4) and nephew (11) on a weekday afternoon and there weren't many kids when we arrived. Purchased a groupon (that the front desk staff had trouble redeeming), but after that was settled they offered to give us an extra 30 minutes jump time for the hassle, which was nice of them. I think this is a nice space to let some energy out, but definitely not the best place for a 4yo. She quickly got bored and when the older kids started coming in she was confined to the smaller area for younger kids I think 5 and under? Other than that space there wasn't much else for her to do. My nephew seemed a little bored as well until he started joining in on the dodge ball games that were going on. They also had a basketball shooting area, jousting over a foam pit, jumping into a foam pit, and a small rock climb wall. There is lots of parking and they have a food area where you can purchase snacks etc. Price: Without a groupon/coupon I think it's not worth the money. Cleanliness: Overall the space seemed clean. The bathroom were pretty tidy too. Fun meter: I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Overall space is pretty small at this location & unless you bring friends you could get bored quickly! read more

Craig, the general manager, has a nasty and unprofessional way of handling customer complaints! i am a member and I complained to him about his long haired Employee (unknown name) hovering over and circling my children and I on multiplier occasions, making my children and I feel uncomfortable. He would take everything personal and get angry and defensive. This particular day, I told the employee he has making us feel uncomfortable and harassing us. he in return used my words and told Craig I was harassing him. Craig came and reprimanded and yelled at me in front of my one and three year old and other customers and would not hear what I had to say. It felt as if this employee was Craig's child because he took it that personal . He asked me to leave the facility with no grounds of doing so. Other customers commented to me about his rude and demeaning behavior. Had it not been for the assistant manager defusing the situation, this could have become a legal matter for being kicked out and told I'm not welcome here again under no grounds. I COMPLAINED about this employee but it was turned around on me and feels retaliatory. FIVE MINUTES LATER, another customer told this employee to stop hovering over her because she feels uncomfortable . Bad reviews about both of them online! I was forced to cancel my membership.
