A Chaotic and Concerning Experience -- Not the Birthday Celebration We Expected I attended my great nephew's birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday, and unfortunately, this was one of the most poorly managed children's party venues I've experienced. My children are now young adults, so it has been a long time since I've been to a place like this--but even with that in mind, the disorganization was shocking. My niece had reserved a party room for 3:00 PM. The day before, she was told the reservation had been moved to 3:30 PM. When we arrived at 3:30, staff informed us that the room wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. Even then, nearly an hour later, there was still no indication the prior group would be cleared out. To make matters worse, several other rooms sat empty, yet staff refused to open any of them for our group. The entire facility felt chaotic, overcrowded, and understaffed. What concerned me most was the complete lack of security protocols. There were multiple entrances and exits with no employees monitoring who came in or out. Adults were not checked in or connected to a child, which is extremely unsettling for a venue filled with minors. At similar venues we visited when our own children were young, adults had to be verified at the entrance, and children were not allowed to leave without a designated adult. None of that existed here. Cleanliness was another major issue. My husband reported that the men's restroom was in such poor condition that boys were missing the too-tall urinals and urinating on the floor--while children were then running through that area in their Sky Zone‑issued socks before heading back to the play spaces. That alone is unacceptable. The women's restroom, thankfully, was clean and quiet, but it was the only part of the facility that felt remotely controlled. I will say that the kids had a wonderful time, and I'm grateful for that. But as a parent or guardian concerned about safety, organization, and basic cleanliness, I cannot recommend this venue. Sky Zone needs significant improvements before I would ever consider returning.

Looking for some fun for your children well why not try SkyZone. This was our first time trying SkyZone at this location. It's a pretty big space and the kids have fun. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get pretty loud inside and crowded on the weekends. My child had lots of fun jumping on the trampolines. They have staff watching and ensuring it's a safe environment for everyone. Still everyone needs to be mindful and aware to avoid any accidents. In regards to pricing one day there's a fee and add a $1 you get a monthly pass, but read carefully as I found out the hard way. The agent didn't mention there were limitations to use the membership on the weekends there would be an additional up-charge to use it on you need to go before 1pm on weekends for regular monthly pass. Lastly you might walk out with your ears ringing.

Had such a wonderful experience at Sky Zone today! The staff member we met was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Instead of being distant or overly strict, she got involved, played with them, and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The kids felt comfortable, happy, and truly enjoyed every moment -- it turned into a beautiful memory for them. Usually, staff can feel a bit cold or too focused on rules, but today was completely different. This kind of energy makes all the difference. Sky Zone really needs more team members like her -- approachable, kind, and full of positive vibes. It's what makes families want to come back again and again.

Sky Zone in Dublin could use an update to their equipment and amenities. Lounge area for observers has ripped seating, massage chairs are torn! Bathroom is not maintained with hand towel dispenser always out of paper! On a weeknight I was here and there's a handful of grown (much older boys) playing basketball, that most weren't wearing any shirts, cussing, and basically taking over the area- while the little kids had no other court to play! This is a place I'd let my kids park out when it's raining, otherwise not really worth the atmosphere anymore. Oh and their GLOW night is a joke! Don't waste your money!

From the slide slowing down drastically at the bottom causing me to flop off.

AVOID THE GIANT SLIDES UNTIL FIXED!! They are in bad condition making it potentially very dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I saw kids before me going on these slides and slowing down, basically flopping off the slide. I thought maybe I'll go faster since I'm an adult. So I go down the left slide (if you're looking at the slide from rest of the park), I'm holding the mat head first as instructed, and start to slow down at the bottom where the other kids did and basically fell down off the slide - face first, my lip skidding, my back arches and my feet fly over me like a scorpion tail. My neck almost snapped back and I'm now between the fat landing thing and the gate near the floor trying to get out of the thing. This needs to be closed and fixed ASAP. Someone could land the total wrong way and snap their neck and cause something horrible like paralysis. Here's a pic of the slides and my busted lip from the ordeal. Told the gentleman working the slide about my incident and advised not to let anyone else down. He acknowledged it was slower than the other. Otherwise the establishment was fine but way overpriced unless you're a member. And this slides condition is absolutely unacceptable.

I want to respectfully correct the record: while the holiday books were indeed on a bookshelf, the Pride book and about eight others were stacked directly inside the enclosed toddler climbing structure. This specific structure has explicit signage stating 'no one over 3'5" allowed' and 'no adults allowed.' (Photo attached for reference and the book was behind the sign in the structure.) While we have absolutely no issue with the gay community, we believe strongly that parents, not a local business, should be the ones deciding how and when to introduce social concepts to their young children. Placing this material in an enclosed space where parents are expressly forbidden from entering, and where a toddler can simply grab it unguided, is an overstep of boundaries. We expect a business catering to toddlers to remain a neutral environment.

At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

Since there are SO MANY play areas and structures to explore and enjoy, I have never heard her say she is bored. Our daughter can exist here for hours with snacks and water at hand. Kids are ALWAYS here so it is easy to find a playmate, if needed, for the day. There are restrooms directly behind the big play area with multiple stalls. It is well maintained and usually stocked. There are lots of benches, both with and without backs, surrounding the various play areas. There are numerous hammocks surrounding the park (closest to the swing area).. Be careful not to get too relaxed and misplace your lil one(s). It gets pretty hot out here and with the absence of shaded benches, bring a blanket to sit beneath a tree or an awning and chairs if you're fancy. Parking is directly outside the park. With ample parking it is difficult to not find a spot. During summer months it gets a little harder do arrive early. A grass area separates play from parking. There are plenty of bike racks as well. If you do not feel like driving the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station is a 12 minute walk away. If we ever explored this option I would have to bring a wagon. After play I doubt our little one would want to trek the journey. There are very few food options nearby so definitely come with snacks and drinks. There are working water fountains throughout the park (not refill stations). Come, enjoy! You can make a day of play here without spending a dime.
