Recently moved to the Dublin area and was really excited to bring our 2.5 year old twins to Rockin Jump on a recent rainy day. Called ahead of time to confirm that they had an area designated for younger kids, which they did, and packed the crew into the car. Upon arrival, we waited in line, filled out the liability forms and proceeded to the register when the teen worker explained that in order to access the park, we had to pay for time for the entire family - my wife and I included. I explained that the parents wouldn't be "jumping", but just wanted to stand nearby in the event that the older kids were more on the aggressive side. The worker apologized but stated that anyone entering the park had to pay the full admission (i.e. over $60 for 90 minutes). Surprised by policy, I asked for a manager and explained that we had just moved to the area and were looking forward to enjoying the tramp park for many years to come, but that the admission policy seemed a bit strange. He stated that there was nothing he could do and suggested that we come back when they are older. I'm sure this is a great place for many who visit, particularly those with older kids, but it seems extremely greedy and short sighted for Rockin Jump to penalize parents of toddlers with an additional entrance fee - keep in mind they advertise a toddler specific area on their website. You could have had our $$$ for long time Rockin Jump, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Terrible experience. This place is under staffed and disorganized. They couldn't find our party booking in their system when we showed up for a birthday party. There is no dedicated party host which they promise to give while making a booking. Food is terrible and the staff is just too lazy to do anything. DO NOT SIGN UP MEMBERSHIP THERE! The staff there didn't get trained and basically will tell you whatever they want to get you sign up membership. And once you sign up, you must pay 3 months before you can cancel it. Today is the first time I came there with my son after sign up membership. The general manager didn't let us came in because the membership is under my daughter's name. When I sign up, the staff told me clearly I can bring siblings for free if he is under 2 years old. Now the manager said I must sign up membership before I can bring him! Very bad experience. And after the issue happened, the manager didn't try to resolve it and give customers comfort. He just push me to sign up membership. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If he really is general manager he should came up an solution and make customer happy. Stay away of this business! read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! My family and I came here June 15 to celebrate my nephew's birthday, had a room rented and everything. Although, the event/party team member was awesome and very attentive, my family and I will not be returning and we will be telling everyone to avoid this location due to staff not being properly trained! On 2 occasions, a younger staff member forgot to buckle in kids on the cloud coaster, one of the kids being my niece. When we had noticed my niece wasn't buckled in, instead of apologizing for their mistake, the young staff member had said, "oh yea, I forgot." The next incident another young staff member, had his friends visiting/going to play dodgeball. He was busy chit chatting with his friends and decided to use the N-word towards a POC that happen to be a customer's child it probably around the age of 8-10! That is extremely unacceptable! On top of staff using profanity, he was allowing his friends to use derogatory words as well, high schoolers picking on 8-10 year olds!! I had no one to report these incidents to, as all the employees were buddy-buddy young unprofessional children. Put these children through proper training, before you lose more business! read more

We got here at 5.12 pm on a Tuesday and were told that they will give us the handbags later for the 5.30 pm jumptime. The kids did the zip line. At 5.23 pm there is a new mean staff girl that gave us the lame reason that the kids need to wait 7 more mins to get the bands exactly at 5.30 pm due to occupancy reasons!!! Seriously!!! The place is practically empty at this hour.... what occupancy reasons?? We have typically had varying experiences every time put this one is worth mentioning so management give some additional consideration and training to new staff... read more

My son just got hit in the face hard playing dodgeball by an employee!!! My son is 7 years old and small! Outrageous! Against the rules to get hit the face first of all but to be target and hit hard like he threw it as hard as he could it seems. My son is crying in the first 5 minutes and ruins his favorite spot in this place. So, I just wanted to share a random act of kindness hat touched my heart. I am the Stepfather of three wonderful children. It was the biological Father's weekend to come up for he middle child's Birthday. When he didn't show up, the kids were beside themselves. We decided to take them to Rockin' Jump in hopes they could forget about what happened. When we arrived, a Rockin' Jump employee saw the kids crying and asked what happened. Once they heard what happened, they gave us free socks and admission for all three kids! After going through such a horrible morning, it really turned things around and gave renewed my faith in human kindness. Came in on Saturday 2/25 at 10:00am. This was my first time visiting Rockin jump. I went in line and paid for my son and I to participate. The nice lady at the register kindly told me I couldn't jump until 11:45am. I was like wow that's awhile, it is Saturday and busy, but okay and paid. After eating lunch and patiently waiting for our turn, I go up to the trampoline entrance at 11:30am. The gentleman checking wristbands told me I need to come back at 12:15pm. This was frustrating already after waiting an hour and 30 minutes to have to wait another 45 minutes. If I was told 12:15pm originally I would have left and came back another day.I assumed maybe the lady up front was new and made a mistake. Whatever, it happens, I wasn't going to make it a big deal and just wait another 30 minutes for our turn. But to verify the timing I went to check with the front desk. The lady at the front desk told me he was correct, my time doesn't start until 12:15pm. At 12:15 I go up to have our turn with my young son who also was patiently waiting and excited to jump. After about 2 minutes approximately 12.17pm I hear the intercom say that our colors wristband time is up and need to leave the park. I was so confused and frustrated after waiting so long and being told to wait by both the front desk and the person checking wristbands and then have the intercom state our time is up. I went to the front to let them know what happened and requested to speak to the manager. Now they told me my color wristband actually started at 10:15am even though I was originally told 11:45am and then 12.15pm. I went up and asked the front desk and the wristband checker to verify my time and they told me 12:15pm and now it somehow changed to 10:15am.I never got to speak to a manager and explain what happened. The people that were there were nice about it and I wasn't going to be rude about it but it was a very frustrating experience for us and will not be back. A refund or a voucher would have been nice since I paid for the service but did not get to enjoy the park and wasted my time. read more

For kid entertainment it's great!!! The food service though... I witnessed a boy touching fries with his bare hands. I asked the lead what he's doing she said checking to make sure they are cooked. I said shouldn't he be wearing gloves if he's touching food. Then witnessed the same guy put gloves on and touch everything, his wall, his shirts, scratch his arm... then proceed to grab a personal pizza and start making it with the same dirty gloves! And yes I was watching like a hawk because I had already ordered food. Thankfully the girl working with him changed her gloves constantly and she made our food. But I was grossed out! read more

Oh my gosh!! So much fun! I've never been to a trampoline place before and when I came to this one I was a little worried about how big it would be. The place is actually really quite spacious. There's jumping sections separate from the little kids and a rock climbing wall and dodge ball pit. There's lockers to store your belongings in and lots of supervising staff to ensure everyone is having fun and being safe by following the rules. I'm 23 years old and honestly, there's just something about trampolines that bring out the inner kid in me (it's also a pretty crazy workout, I was drenched in sweat by the end of our hour long session). I highly recommend coming here with groups because it's so much fun!! read more

My 5 stars are for the BIRTHDAY party we just had on Saturday for our 7yr old son... UPON ENTRY: From the moment we entered the building, we were well taken care of. There is a separate check-in process for birthday attendees - this allows everyone in your party to skip the line at the front desk! Rockin' Jump socks were available to the jumpers at no extra cost. Our party host, Ethan, was calm, cool, and collected - excellent customer service, patiently answered ever question we had, and informed us every step of the way of what was next on the agenda, with a kind smile and pleasant, helpful demeanor. He also had a helper/assistant to make sure everything got done. DURING THE JUMP: The birthday boy and his friends were treated to private dodgeball time - this was great since they are only 7 (with even younger siblings). They were able to have a safe play time without the safety risk of older kids. AND the private jump time was at the END, so even late attendees didn't miss out. AFTER THE JUMP TIME: By the time I made it over to the party room (thinking I was a few minutes early to set-up), Ethan had already done everything! Birthday banner, balloons, table covers and cups I had brought, along with plates, utensils, and napkins for each child were laid out and looked fantastic! Everything was neat and in place - as good as I would've done myself. My only regret is not booking extra jump time and/or telling guests to come early for check-in. There were a couple invitees who were not already in the system, and it took extra time to get them checked in. As a result, their were 3 kids who only got half the jump time. Rockin' Jump warned me about this issue in the booking confirmation email, so totally my mistake for not being more clear to the parents in my party invitations. All in all, Rockin' Jump Dublin knows what they are doing when it comes to birthday parties! I will definitely book this again!! read more

Where to go on a Saturday night celebrating your hub's birthday? HERE. Cause it's freakin awesome. A trampoline park in Dublin: Yeehaw. ***PLEASE READ***Do not come during the day (adults) with friends. This time is used strictly for children's parties and play time. Unless you want to find yourself giving a kid a cracked skull, come in at night. We came back after finding this out our first time at night on a Saturday for the older crowds. Of course it was mostly teens and us 4 adults, but I didn't care. The place was virtually empty with 4 areas in which too jump: Dodgeball Room, Basketball Room, Foam Pit, and an are with free jump lanes. The dodgeball room was fun. Get a two on two game on or three on three, etc. Soft, plasticy foam balls all around and walls of jumpy trampoline all around. It was a blast and got really intense after a while. LOL. The foam pit was scary and fun at the same time. Am I the only one who thinks when you run down the trampoline lanes and flip into the foam pit, that it's like quicksand? I was on the verge of screaming if I couldn't climb out. Literally, you have to use those thigh muscles to lift yourself out. Or get consumed by the foam blocks. The free jump area is basically lanes of trampoline that you could bounce around on back and forth. ***Do beware you will break a sweat! Next time I'm wearing sweats/shorts and a tank. Basketball area: Think two hoops that are adjustable for your jumping dunk pleasure. Cafe to be opening soon which will serve beer and wine. Why, right? I have no clue. This sounds like a future bad idea. Can't wait to come back and bring the kids here or come again with friends. Jump time is $12 and you get an hour's worth of time monitored with colored wristbands. They announce schoolhouse style over the PA when your hour is up and it's time to bounce... read more

First of all let me say that the facilities are really nice. They're clean and spacious and they have basketball, foam fit, dodgeball and a general jump area. The place has a lounge area with food and a tv and lots of seating. This WOULD be a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the below: The place is out...of...control... The rules are very clearly stated (two dunks each person and then next in line, one jump in the foam pit then you exit and then next in line, etc.) but the staff either doesn't know the rules or they simply do not care. I stood in line at the foam pit for nearly two full minutes while kids jumped all over the place in chaos until I finally told the attendant "so do I just bounce over them or what". Then the attendant spent another 5 minutes trying to regain control all to no avail. I just gave up and went back to the general jump area. On top of that there were off duty employees jumping and doing tricks while people we're waiting to jump. One of the off duty employees was even hurt bad and had to be carried off. Forget about playing basketball. There was a gang of 10yr olds there that laid their claim of that land and when I politely asked if I could get a couple dunks in they said I could and they waited right on the tramp while I did my dunks. I could go on and on since it was pretty much the same thing for the whole hour I was there. A mixed combination of employees who don't give a crap and parents who let their kids run rampant while they chat amongst themselves. The best way to describe is "Cat Herding Corral". It's really too bad that I paid $60 for my whole family to watch a live loose reinterpretation of Lord Of The Flies. Train a staff to lay down the law and care about customer experience, customer service and and the importance of professionalism and this place would be epic. Overpriced, freezing cold and terrible concessions. I can count on one hand the number of low-star Yelp reviews I've ever written but this one was unavoidable. First off, $41 for 2 kids for a 90 minute activity is steep in my book. That includes the "special" socks they require you to buy even though my almost 2 and 4 year olds were already wearing socks with grips. We've been to other trampoline parks that are far less expensive, equally outfitted with jumping features and don't require you to buy socks AND permitted outside snacks/drinks for little ones. Bring a down jacket if you come in January! I was freezing the entire time and was wearing a jacket, scarf, pants and boots!! I get that they probably don't want kids/people sweating with all the jumping activity but they could at least have the place set to 65+ in winter to make it comfortable. Both of my kids hands were ice cold in there and they were warmly dressed and being active. If you can't bring in outside food then appropriately staff your concession stand! My brother waited 45 minutes for a cold chicken wrap. It was a Saturday morning so the one girl staffed was busy making pizzas for 3 birthday parties but a 45 minute wait to get food with no other customers in line ahead is ludicrous. We'll be in search of a new trampoline park for our kiddos. read more

Went to a party here last month. Within 30 minutes a 2-3 yr. old kid in the party fractured here leg because an adult screwing around landed on it. Instead of a fun party, they had to go to the ER because someone was acting like a kid and injured a young toddler. No wonder you have to sign over your life for the waiver form which takes to long to begin with! Pls. Be very careful here folks...they should have separate areas, not adults jumping 15 ft. Free Internet Access and entertainment for the kids. Works well in the afternoon, but come evening time or weekend, then I would leave the laptop at home and buy some jump time. Pricing is fair and if you buy the food you soon find out why. It will undoubtedly be compared to Sky High and once you visit you will see why. The jump options are almost identical to the one in Santa Clara. A bit cleaner and some cooler trampolines. But for us East Bay folks, the kicker is that it is closer. Kids had a great time and I had a great time. I hear the night jump is like midnight bowling with the dance lights and everything. Must try it one of these times. One thing to consider is that there are no fountain drinks. Everything is bottle oriented. Burgers are par and the pizza tasty - but be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for it. My recommendation would be to eat before or after. Bring in your water-bottle and fill up at the drinking fountain. And ask questions when you are ready to pay. Ask for deals and specials. They don't readily offer them to you. Outside of that, happy jumping! read more

Staff were lackadaisical. There were way too many kids at one time in each area, parents had to step in and do the supervision. The party aspect was much more professional, as the hostess guided the party guests to their room and collected their gifts upon arrival; however, she needed more experience on how to cut birthday cakes. The Cafe had lots more to offer on their menu. Private party rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The staff needs more training, and they shouldn't be allowed to use their cell phones. One staff member was texting and looking at her phone the whole time, no bueno! The others were standing around joking, flirting, laughing, and jumping like fools. I was surprised and flattered when my buddy's 4 year old and 6 year old invited me to their birthday party here. Everyone, kids and adults alike, had a lot of fun. I commend Rockin' Jump for having a strong program for parties. We had an hour of jump time in the 4 trampoline areas, including private time for dodgeball, basketball, and the foam pit. Non-jumpers were free to watch up close or relax on leather couches in the concession area. (Not a bad idea, given that kids have WAY more energy than most adults - trampoline is a serious workout!) We then had an hour in one of their 3 party rooms. Our dedicated staff memeber (Amanda) was great about announcing our private game times, managing the party room, and generally taking most of the logistics load off of Mom and Dad. Small lockers are available for shoes and wallets while you jump. As the sign says, anything lost in the foam pit (except for children) will not be retrieved. If you're looking for a fun, physically active place for a party, this is a good option. TRIVIA: A 4-man team of fraternity brothers set a record here by jumping continuously for 53 days! read more

Brought a big group f friends on Saturday night after our first great experience here, arrived at 11:00, unaware of their Saturday night deal ($15 from 9-12 with a slice of pizza and water bottle). They refused to let us pay for the final hour only, so we all had to pay extra but were told we'd get pizza and water -- though it was 11 and we'd already eaten and didn't really need or want it. When we went to the snack bar towards the end of the hour to get our pizza, we were told the kitchen was closed. But we could have a bag of chips instead -- oh, but not the good ones of course! The manager on duty, Amanda, was generally rude to us. Though, bravo to her for being a stickler on the rules. It put us in an awkward situation bringing people, telling them it would be $12 then having to have all of them pay extra for virtually nothing. So I'm at Rockin jump now as I write this review! This is our first time here it happens to be my sons 8th birthday and he wanted to come here! So here we are! First impressions: this place is very cool! Lots of really cool stuff for the kids to do! Employees are nice! What is making my write this review is: I notice the massage chairs lines against the wall! I think well that's awesome! $2 for 5 minutes not bad! I pay my $2 and get my crappy little massage... immediately after the timer turns off I hear this very loud alarm sounding almost like a kitchen times or something I look around I'm like maybe it's for the pizza or something since they offer some food! NO NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! The guy from the front desk walks over to inform me it is because I'm sitting in the chair with no money in it! Now I'm not usually that petty but are you F-ing serious!!? I just paid to sit there and why have chairs you can't sit it! The guy was very nice but he said it is because they don't own the chairs and the person who owns them doesn't trust them! Are you serious?!! You put alarms on chairs in a kids place so the parents can't sit on them with out paying? That is the most absurd thing I have heard! And so ridiculous! read more

Took my friend's 8 yo daughter here to kill some time. We had a blast and one hour was plenty of time with all those trampolines! They have a simple layout which I think adds to the allure. We had a horrible experience. My 4 year old was in the 6 and under area on Friday evening. It was crowded and had few older kids in the area. Unfortunately he ended up with a broken leg. This place is Completely unorganized, I've taken my daughter here a few times and with that many times I feel I can give an honest Yelp. This place badly needs help in the worst way. You walk in the place and it seems ok. Front desk staff is decent. But when you get to the floor its a joke. No rules are followed what so ever. There's not a proper entrance and exit in the jump area. Which makes it dangerous when entering the area that can lead to someone getting hit from a little kid not paying attention. The staff just stands there and does nothing but bullshit with other staff. The little kids 6 and under are NEVER where they are supposed to be for their age. Instead their allowed to be in other areas where I emphasized they can they can't get hurt. But you can't completely blame the staff. You have a bunch of moronic parents there also. The little kids 6 and under should and must have different wrist bands from the older kids. And back to the staff. The males in that place is lazy as hell. The female worker are a little better. It's like their just there to collect a check. Then you have a bunch of kids that don't belong there and just stands around and does nothing and takes up space for people that are legitimately there to play. Next is the food and the prices are you freakin kidding me. Its like Chucky Cheese food with baseball games prices. Management needs to be fired! read more

I bumped up a half star after Sue the owner reached out to me and clarified some misunderstandings. I think thats all you want as a customer owner/manager who care about each customer and their business. I explicitly looked up on their calendar for their toddler time as it seems to be unsafe to come here when whole bunch of adults and older children use the space. I arrived at 9am and was greeted immediately by their employee. She asked me if this is my first time and since it was she asked me to fill out the waiver. After that I paid and was surprised that she didn't provide any further I information to me. So I asked her about rules, times and when the snack bar opens. She then let me know that the rails are painted (thanks for that info). I hoped that the employee would be present or have some kind of activity for the children as it is advertise as tot time. But I was wrong. You are on your own and the parents supervise and engage the kids. I peeked to see if the employees are busy working but they were rather busy chit chatting or bringing their own child and play. Also the vending machine wouldn't take the dollar when I was about to buy snacks. I just don't get how three employees can't open the snack bar and provide great service for parents who come as early as 9am to have a coffee or snack. All in all if you have a very active child who would enjoy just jumping for 2 hours and you like to play with your child in that kind of environment then this is the perfect place for you but if you would like to sit with your friend and have a conversation while the kids are engaged on their own there might be better places for that. read more

Several of the teams blatantly cheat and the referees (aka the kids who work there) either don't care or don't pay attention. It's NO surprise the team of Rock in Jump employees finished the league in first place...wonder how that happened! ************************************************************************************** Sue, First off, how can you claim you have "spoke to all parties involved." No one has talked to any of the 12 people on our team! You mean you've spoken to one side of this incident! Since you were not there during the finals, the rule changes I was referencing were the substitutions, the refs enforced them differently week to week. I was also talking about making up new rules during the middle of a game like, "if a player says 'you're out', then that player is out." How can you change/add rules in a pay-to-play league. This isn't the school yard playground. Third, Marc could not have seen our team cheat because we didn't. None of your "witnesses" were independent. No one except the other team could have seen it, since he was in the back corner, against the wall. He was removed for "poor performance" for doing what exactly?! Oh that's right you weren't there! Let me tell you, because he told Marc, "do your job then." He didn't use profanity, or do anything else to warrant being removed, from the match, game or league! Fourth, the other owner, Shelly, needs to attend a customer service class or two. Last time I checked, screaming, "Don't talk to me, don't talk to me, don't talk to me" in front of everyone and then stepping in a customer's face and screaming, "stop talking about me!" isn't very good customer service. Oh, but you probably didn't get that side of it, from talking to "all parties involved." Last, no one on our team every identified themselves as police officers, so you're wild accusations are baseless. I have a membership for the winter rainy months for my 2 boys. They get a great workout playing dodgeball. There is a seating area for parents which is great since we don't jump with them. Customer Service however is lacking. On several occasions, when we had an issue, the staff was useless. On one instance, they emailed a promotion via their email blast to members. They didn't want to honor the promotion as they said it was written wrong. Marketing 101 and Customer Service 101 folks! You need to honor it! I wouldn't have pressed them on it if the Staff was nicer about it. But when they actually dug their heels in and argued with us. That's when I demanded for better service. Luckily, the VP of Operations was in the back. He didn't honor the promo but he did give us a free jump and apologized. He gave us his card and told us if there were ever any issues to contact them. We come here for toddler time semi frequently & we love it except its so freezing cold in there! Its 56 degrees & the fan is on cold air! So strange when its so cold outside. We had my daughter's 3rd bday party here & I put in my food order. It was pizza, drinks, fruit bowl & veggie platter. They said they don't do veggie platters anymore so I was ok with just a fruit bowl with the pizza & sodas. The day of the party they didnt have my fruit bowl on the order so my party just ate pizza. I've been to this location twice now and both times have been just ok. The first time I went, I brought my own "sticky" jumping socks from another trampoline place, but they insist that you have there socks, so I had two buy two pairs, so that was annoying, but at least it was a mommy and me toddler morning so it was a bit cheaper. My second visit was worse. I went for my school fundraiser and it cost $36 for my daughter and I to jump for two hours. Then the whole time we were jumping, there was a rude employee yelling at the kids to stop running and no sitting down. I honestly was worried about doing anything for fear of breaking a rule. Then this poor dad that was there got harassed not once, but twice and had to keep returning to back to the counter to get the proper wrist band color, and of course the correct socks. I actually approached this employee and told her that the energy was very negative. I explained that there are nice ways to ask people to follow the rules. Later I found her in the back room talking to her coworker, most likely about me, lol:) Overall, Rockin Jump is overpriced, but my five-year-old daughter loves it.
