I had came before and filled out a waiver but there was an issue with my birthday. Somehow the wrong birthday was entered so they made me fill out another waiver which was annoying but I still did it. They gave my family all wristbands except for the toddler (which I saw no issue since she was free.) After about 10 min of jumping the staff ,Alicia, comes and asks my sister if she has a wristband. My sister shows her and then Alicia walks away. Alicia then comes back 10 min later. She asked "Does the baby have a wristband". I stated that the front desk staff never gave her one. Alicia walks away again and gets on the radio. ( Mind you there are other families there but she is just so focused on us.. the only blacks there!) Alicia then comes back and says " The baby needs a wristband" I said ok I will get one( all while trying to climb out a ball pit). She then comes back. Alicia approached us again and The so-called manger came up with the wristband. The manager said we were yelling at her staff ( which never happened) We asked Alicia did we yell at her and she said No but we were "talking with our hands". So the manager was just making up lies and she went along. They saw me and the baby at the front desk during check in so that was their own error. While Attending sky zone Dublin today 5/16/25 12:10pm with my daughter I was harassed and followed by the general manager, Craig. Craig accuse me of not having a proper wristband to jump. I stated that I had a membership and this was the wristband that I was giving. he stated it that was not, and I was not, and we had to go to the front desk to sort it out after arriving to the front desk and confirming that I was a member and in fact given the wrong wristband he continued to follow and harassed me and my daughter for several minutes afterwards when I asked them several times to please leave me and my daughter alone that this is now harassment his reply was he is the general manager, and if I don't like it you and your daughter could leave I believe Craig was racially profiling me and when he was wrong, no apology was given instead he doubled down and continue to harass me and my young daughter i'm sure nothing will be done to Craig. We were there last night Good Friday. The older kids had fun. If you are there with younger kids 8-10 please watch them in the dodge ball area! Teenagers use them for target practice . Also I ordered a large pepperoni pizza that was BURNT , the pizza dough had risen on top and it was BURNT in very large sections. I wish I had taken a picture of the unsightly mess. The staff called over the assistant manager at front desk who then summoned the manager. He was older guy with blue eyes. He looked at the pizza like it was nothing wrong with it. I told him it looked nothing like the pizza on the menu board! I also informed him I had eaten pizza there before (actually 2 months ago) and it didn't look like that! For $27 that was ridiculous! I have kids. These kids of mine like trampoline places. I personally do not understand the appeal. That being said we went and had a great time. My one complaint is all trampoline places are expensive. Every time, with out fail I feel a gut punch when the employee tells me the cost of the time allotted to jump. I do it begrudgingly. Most trampoline places are busy and I would like to say that this location keeps everything well organized and moving. My kids had a great time and my anxiety was very low. There's a section just for the little ones 6 and under but we enjoyed pretty much each section since there was no one else there so we didn't have to worry about the bigger kids. Be careful if you are going to sign up for membership because they may still charge you for the following months even though you told them to cancel. You will have to go to their website to find the secret page to cancel. From there it shows that you will have to submit the request 3 days before, which you would never be told when you sign up. I did that 4 days before the end date, then they sent me an email to inform me that they will continue charging me another month. There is no way to call them except replying to the email. We had my son's birthday here. I always prefer this location over Concord mainly because of the parking. Unfortunately, they had construction going on as they were updating the park and it was taking longer than they expected but they would still host his birthday party and it would be closed to the public. We were ok with that. We were running late but they were able to set everything up for us and get all the parents and kids set up. Our server, Allie, was excellent! She helped me out so much that I was able to enjoy socializing with other parents and not have to worry. We had my son's birthday here right before the pandemic hit and I was glad to bring him back here. I can't wait to see what the place will be like once they finish all the work. I took my kids here today we have come a few times, (I have an almost 6 and 2.5 year old). In the past it was 20-25 a kid. I paid online, it was 34 for my 5 year old because they only do all day pass or a monthly subscription. (Monthly would have been 92). In the past they had a window of time You could jump and it was perfect. We get there, and my 2 year old is "free" but they charged me 45. I paid 45 to follow my little one around, who didn't jump, the kid area is nothing special, and out the door 100 bucks to stay for an hour. We will never return. To charge a parent full price for a child that isn't capable of even enjoying the full experience is a bunch of bs. Too bad, we enjoyed it when it was rockin jump, not this new ownership. read more

Sarah Stanley is a HORRIBLE manager. She accused me and my family of being disrespectful when we asked a question politely. We had a problem with the PhotoBooth and she was absolutely no help, she told to call the number when there was no number on the machine. She then snapped at us when asking where the number was and replied, "it's on the claw machine like I told you". She did not tell us that and it set me off. No way she should be talking to others like that. Fix this issue and fire her please for everyone's stake. Nobody should have a moody manager in charge. She gave us attitude and we do not stand for disrespect towards anyone, so we snapped back. This place is a sham! Despite getting tickets online for a 90 minute session, we ended up waiting in line for more than an hour to end up with a rude employee arguing with us. They have the whole line system in place on purpose to upsell their membership and no other real need. They then told us that the tickets was for one hour(we spent more that that waiting in line) and we would need to come back another day. The place was over crowded, overbooked, horribly managed and absolutely the worst place to be stuck in especially with toddlers. They were the rudest and most disorganized people I've had the pleasure of encountering. The area is generally chaotic and there are too many people we observed crowding the trampoline area. This place is a scam because they overbook time slots online in the hope that you sign up for the VIP membership. They said as much when we finally got to the counter. Expect to spend no less than 30-45mins waiting to get checked in and then be upsold on their VIP membership and crappy socks for $15 each. We booked a 10:30-12:00 jump online for 12/29. Got there at 10:20 with a huge line to check in. Finally reached the counter at 11:20 where the kid says you only have 10 minutes to jump even though the reservation was until 12. He said we were arguing with him even though Rockin Jump can't manage their own lines and check in procedures and refused to honor the 90 minutes for the reservation. He also told us that for the next slot at 12:00pm we would have to go back to the end of the line and did not give us the option for rebooking for a another day. He finally backed down until we called the manager. I would not spend a penny on this place unless they get more professional staff, improve checkin procedures and stop overbooking their time slots. read more

My son is very active so hey - rock n Jump it is. Decided on the VIP party because it offered two hours of jump. I was really trying to tire out the kids lol. Arrived at the facility and Maliya was our party host. This girl was amazingly kind and helpful. She took care of everything, helping my family and friends complete their waivers, socks, setting up our party room, storing all of our things. I know she was suppose to do these things. However, there's no protocol for being genuinely nice and patient. We had a large party and even then she just confirmed I made the right choice. The facility was great for the amount of kids. It felt safe kids were able to play abc explore as the pleased. There was no awkward parents sitting at other parents because even some of the parents were jumping. I found the facility to be clean. I rate this 3.5 stars. I wish I could give them 4 stars; but, it was a little too much for my 4 year old. Still, my littles enjoy Rockin' Jump. We were here for a birthday party this summer and we came back on Friday when they celebrated their 12th anniversary. It was crowded both times and a little chaotic on Friday. My 7 year old definitely enjoys it way more than my 4 year old. I had to constantly watch my youngest since there were much older kids jumping and doing flips next to her even though she was in the under 6 year old section. She stopped a few times and wanted me to carry her. I was worried when my 7 year old ventured into the dodgeball "arena" because the older boys were throwing the ball as hard and fast as possible at younger girls and boys. It was pretty scary and there was just one teenage worker watching them. Finally, I told my daughter no more or that we'd leave immediately. Rockin' Jump is a great place for older kids and young teens...or, is the term tweens? I commend them for doing a celebration and letting the children jump for free for one hour between the hours of 3:30 pm to 7pm (?) on their anniversary. Believe it or not, we were the second people in line and watched as people poured in while we were there. Surprisingly, the hour seemed to last a very long time and we walked out before then. Also an OK seating area, where we observed a small party or two happening. One drawback for our little one was that he enjoys playing in ball pits. If you have high-energy kids who like bouncing on trampolines, this is a great place to bring them. But there is not much else to do besides bouncing, though they try to add variety through other games - like dodgeball - that you can play while you're bouncing. We were here for a friends birthday party, and they did a nice job getting everyone - adults and kids - signed in and wearing their green and orange grippy socks. I saw further evidence of hyper- organization, such as separate check-in desks for each birthday kid, with wire-mesh bins for presents and footwear, and colored bracelets depending on when trampoline time was supposed to end (ours were gold, which meant last bounce was 7 pm sharp). My 3-year old got an extra orange bracelet, which is given to kids under 6 and allows them entry into the under-6 trampoline area. I was grateful for this, as she would have been trampled by the older more boisterous kids otherwise. And the orange bracelets allowed me to police the area carefully, flagging any kid who didn't have one to a staff member. The birthday party organization was ok. They had cake, pizza, juice, water, etc. and did a decent job. I also spotted comfortable sofas and a café which served families who were not part of a birthday party. This is my kids' all time favorite to hang out with friends and family. Whenever my kids find out that they've been invited to a party at Rockin' Jump, they can't wait for the day to arrive. Personally, I like the idea of having a kid play area where even adults can participate and enjoy. There are a variety of activities that everyone can do. My kids love the wall climbing area and the pool of foam. They're a little young for the caged area, where the bigger kids can get a but aggressive with the Dodge balls. But they have a great time when they do it with kids their age. Buying a punch card or using the Groupon offer is a good way to save some money for the hourly rate. And bringing your old Rockin'Jump socks saves you from having to pay for another pair for every jumper. read more

First time visiting here with a 5 and 6 year old. We reserved a 90 minute time slot online the day prior since there weren't other reservations available. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to go just showing up the day of. This was a mistake. Our reservation time was 10:30-12. It took 30 minutes for us to "check in" and the employee said "you only have until 11:30, I'm not sure why it says that online." We basically had 30 minutes of jump time. Even though we had the grippy socks, they made us buy theirs which were $15. It was way overcrowded and lockers that were open didn't work. This place was such a rip off. This place is great! I am so sad I didn't discover this sooner!! This is an awesome place to practice your back hand springs and play dodge ball with a group of friends! Didn't get to play dodgeball with friends because you we're scared to hit a child 2. Can't really do jump tricks without telling a kid to move or watch out 3.
