I understand that things will happen at trampoline parks, but my daughter had a young man who threw a ball at her face intentionally two times and then called her her a "crybaby" when she started crying. When I walked up to the employee to ask him to be more proactive about intervening with such behavior, he laughed and would not look me in the eyes. When I talked to another mom that was there she said that the employees never do anything to intervene with these types of things. I talked to the manager and told her what happened but got the basic message point of she will talk to the employee. If we return here, I will definitely have my eyes on my kids the entire time or we will go to a different location. My children also had an issue at a different side of the trampoline park and my kids stated that the employee was talking to a girl the whole time and not paying attention to the kids. Where to begin...my husband made a birthday party reservation for our son's 7th birthday. Had it not been for the screenshots of reservation confirmation he wouldn't have had any information as the system never emailed him confirmation. Unlike previous years of having events here nobody called us prior to go over our package, what's included and if we'd like to purchase extras, my husband was the one making the call. Once at the venue all of the staff was bunched up in front standing around while the lines for party check in grew. Our host Erik was almost always hiding in the back when we had someone arrive which was irritating as it made no sense why he needed to be the one to check in our guests and assigned paper wristbands. He had no guest list, so what's the point?! Also, if it's him who needed to sign our guests in why not require him to remain at the counter for party check in? Anyway, every kid was mega disappointed to find none of the vending machines working and half of the arcade games out of order. The time frame we booked was definitely overbooked as no rolling cart was available until halfway through the party and I had to point out to Erik that more than one cart was empty and had been empty since we arrived. The party room was not clean. The promised party package items of refillable guest water bottles/tattoos for attendees and birthday kid t-shirt weren't available. This place has seriously gone down hill. Worst of all a parent in our group was told by staff he threatened someone. At no point did anyone in our party threaten or talk to anyone in a disrespectful manner. I will no longer be visiting or supporting this business. My husband is not the type to discuss and confront these issues and unfortunately I was busy with two small children when he closed out the party fees. This place doesn't fit the bill. Look elsewhere for a clean and more helpful establishment to host your kids next birthday party. read more

Saterday night SPECIAL $20.00 for 2 hour jump time Saturday night fun with the grandkids, what better place than rock n jump for them to run around jump and get all that energy out. Came in on a Saturday night and found out about their Saturday night special which is a two hour jump time for $20. That's a good deal because you're basically paying $10 an hour and the regular price is $17 per hour. Arcade area is now using game cards where you purchase a card you put money on it and then you swipe it in the games to play. This was cool because we got three cards and gave each one their own card for them to play video games. There weren't too many games available there was a Jurassic Park a motorcycle game and a couple of boxes where you can collect the prize, and your popular air hockey. read more

Overcrowded, overbooked! We're there for a kids party and they had more birthday parties than tables available! Restrooms were dirty and smelly, changing table was wet, the crowds seems to be well over capacity for the space and an alarm was goin off without anyone tending to hit! It's a real shame because our kids have fun here but facilities management is horrible! They hire high school students for lowest wages and charge parents up the wazoo! A nice way to get out of the house with the kids. It's not the cleanest, or probably the safest, but if you're keeping an eye on things it's a fun thing to do. I been here only once, back in June 2022 for my niece's birthday. I brought my parents and my 5 years old with me, definitely this place has to work on cleaning and disinfection. It was pretty messy, kids running around, trash cans full or trash, women bathroom not clean; very unorganized place. When we walked in, we signed up and the front desk guys was friendly and knowledgeable on the packages and deals; very helpful! We jumped around, had so much fun and did some in-doors rock climbing. Our scheduled time was the last hour of the day on a Sunday. It wasn't overly packed. It was towards the end of the day so the upkeep wasn't good. The bathroom was a mess and there were things on the floor like missing socks, some loose trash, and other debris. There were empty water bottles everywhere. Adults sitting were not all wearing masks. What disappointed me the most was staff playing basketball jumping with their shoes on. Aren't they supposed to be monitoring kids? I have this a 3 star mainly because of the above reasons. My son is 2 and he had a great time. We ordered tickets, signed the waiver, and reserved our tickets online. We've been here before for bday parties but this place seems to be going downhill. It appears to be in between owners: sky zone. It was Saturday (12:30) we came in. 2 of the 3 waiver kiosks were down. It's clear that the teenagers who work there don't care and just want a pay check. No one watching the under 6 area as kids older elementary up were barreling through endangering little kids. No one was watching most of the areas and one employee (Allie H) looked as if her life was the worst and seemed to be babysitting/working. There was broken equipment with bolts sticking out. While the kids have fun, it is a parents emergency room and insurance nightmare. Unless the new owners/company improve it, not sure we will be back. read more

As of now (7/18/23) this place is now SkyZone. It's already a million times better. It's much cleaner. Not as dingy. The faucet in the ladies restroom is finally fixed. The toilet seat in the ladies restroom is also finally fixed. There's not trash all over the floor. You can tell they are still working on it, but it's already so much better. Had my 4 year old son's birthday here. I wouldn't do it again nor do I recommend it. 1.They let us in late into our room 2.Once we got into the room either the AC was off or broken. Some of my guest decide to sit outside because it was cooler. 3.When the food arrived the pitchers of sodas were flat. When we asked them to replace it, they said it would be the same because the CO2 machine is out and the guy who changes it wasn't here. 4. Host came came in told us our time is almost done and left. They never brought out our cake we had to go wait in line so they can bring it out before we had to leave the room. 5. There was lil bugs flying around in the room getting into the food and soda. 6. Two kids were a no show and they still charged us even after we brought all these issue to their attention. I was going to give them a 1 star but they got AC going late but better then never, they brought out a few Gatorades to make up for the flat sodas even though it wasn't enough for everyone, and they give us a discount $40 also because of flat sodas. I called one day to make sure they were open and the hours, i spoke to a girl YES we are open. 8am-8pm. we were stoked! Called 2 days later just to double confirm the hours. I talked to a guy this time who said they were open from 8am-8pm that day (1-4-24) so our small little party 5 kids and 5 adults all meet up there at 1 pm and they are closed! the sign says open at 4pm now i've got 5 upset kids who were really excited to jump and a few peeved parents who drove from out of town. get it straight people! so not cool. We most likely won't give the place another chance. this was an absolute deal breaker! We went to Chuck E Cheese instead, clean, Expensive, kids had fun! read more

Been to the Rockin Jump in san Jose and it was awesome, such a shame i was not able to say the same about this location. The whole facility was FILTHY!! the tables were dirty the whole time we were there. There was TRASH everywhere. The restrooms were disgusting as well. The customer service didn't help ether. The young staff had NO customer service whatsoever and didn't care to help or clean the poor place up. Instead they were were just talking away and goofing around ( if you can lean you can clean). I was extremely unhappy to see how dirty and filthy rockin jump was during my first visit this week. The indoor playground had so much garbage (empty bottles, wrappers, etc) dust and filth that my child was not allowed to play in it. The tables were not cleaned, I could see all the sticky residue from previous guests on them. Floors dirty, you could see the garbage all over the place. I didn't see one employee in the jumping area the entire two hours we were there. There was an area with spilled water and the employees were notified and they didn't bother to come clean it up. Very disappointed. I expect more with covid and the current pandemic. read more

Alright y'all, let me start off by saying this. If you aren't ready to deal with parents and their children not wearing their masks properly (it's been more than a year now, and we all know how masks should be worn) then I highly suggest you don't come here. I brought my 6 year old child here on a Sunday afternoon and he really enjoyed himself. It's the first time we've been in a public space during this pandemic and he had no problem wearing his mask and socially distancing. Price is a bit high, which to be honest, is standard nowadays. ($16 for 1 hour) I liked that the doors remained open for ventilation, hand sanitizer was available in multiple areas, and the staff set a great example of how to wear their masks properly. On the other hand, prepare yourself to see adults wear masks below their nose, below their chins or none at all. Same thing goes for their kids. There was even an encounter where a parent acted immature and threw a tantrum about having their older child wear a mask. Kudos to the manager for remaining professional and keeping her composure!! This place is terribly dirty, especially in bathrooms. You can smell poop when you walk in. Sinks and toilets are EXTERMELY disgusting (we were there at its opening hour and bathroom condition was like that already). Tried to inform staff but they were brushing me off and rude. They said they are in transition to Sky Zone (but still no excuse, we went when it was labeled Rock N Jump for many years, still poor management). I hope the new Sky Zone management can do a deep cleanup of the place as well as get rid of rude staff members. I just had a birthday party here for my daughter. From confirming the party to the end of the party it was a great customer service experience for us. Eric helped us and was very helpful refilling drinks and getting us another pizza. The employees working were all very friendly and efficient. It was very crowded because it was a Saturday so they always recommend that you sign a waiver online beforehand so you don't have to deal with it when you arrive. I appreciated that advice. Overall no complaints, I happily tipped Eric and I hope the manager/owner is happy to hear he's got good employees. Overall a lot of high school aged people working here but not actually working.
