I went there this week for date night with my boyfriend and we had a blast. We got there a little after our appointment at 8PM and they were willing to extend into the next hour so we would get our full time but they closed at 9PM so we assured them we did not need the full hour. We were considering putting our shoes and phones in a locker but we didn't have any change (it's $.50) so a staff member gave us quarters to use. The man who gave us the change was very personable and asking us if we had been before and if we were from the area. It made for a great experience to have such a kind staff. They have so many activities and each activities is staffed with an attendant which was very helpful for a first timer. It was close to closing time on a week day so there was only a couple other people there so we had time to really talk with the attendants and they gave us pointers on some of the games and asked if we were enjoying ourselves. I didn't expect to be as exhausted as I was, it really was a great workout along with just an overall good time. My only tip would be to bring a water bottle or something to drink because they do have a snack bar but if you don't want to purchase something it would be nice to have something on hand because it is a workout. We started on the main jumping course to get accustomed and moved on to some of the foam pits and activities. The rock wall was my personal favorite and I think my boyfriend liked the basketball hoops you can dunk on. We only stayed for about 40 minutes of our time but we had a really great time. I would definitely go back and now that I know what to expect I'll be prepared to do some of the activities first over the main jumping course because that definitely tires you out. It was a really easy process to buy tickets, we did it online along with signing the liability weaver that you can have sent to your email and as long as you have your email on your phone you can just pull it up and they can scan it, you don't have to print it out. read more

Horrible place. I booked the party just to have it canceled because they decided to be closed that day. I was told about the cancellation less than a week before the party was scheduled. The invitations had been already mailed to the people. I had to find an alternate place in a matter of just a few days. Will not go there!!! read more

The manager on duty stated that we were on camera out of the blue and I asked what she was implying (which was something negative obviously). So where do i begin. This place is very unorganized. You pay a ridiculous price for a birthday party and get told you have one hour open jump well there's like 500 kids at once jumping. Front door is wide open any pedo off the streets could walk in using the ridiculously large unorganized crowd as cover. It seems like there philosophy is pack them in and walk around clueless. When the hour of open jump is over have fun trying to round up all the kids in your party cause no one helps you. Pizza is cooked on site thats my nice way of saying it was bad. This place is definitely fun if you have nothing to do on a Friday night. Lots of kids, lots of fun! I feel like it is a bit over priced. $3 for socks (mandatory), 30 minutes- $12 and 1hr for 16$. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a terrible experience here with my family. The attendants were all young kids that were not properly trained to handle emergency situations. It took a manager 15 minutes to handle an emergency situation we were involved in, and her only response for the delay was that "it happens all the time." Terrible way to justify their lack of urgency and responsibility! Another child was lost from a different party, and it took them 15 minutes to find him. That is completely unacceptable! I went for the new Skywars program. Nerf Guns and Trampolines. Sounds awesome right? Well, the online videos promised the ability to do stunts off of walls and use Nerf Rival guns. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. The guns were small, not like the ones promised at all. From my knowledge, you couldn't jump off of walls, either. Some of the guns didn't even work! They wouldn't even fire. They were covered in stains, even though they were "washed after every match". The protective masks were the same way. All in all, the new program has some SERIOUS work to do before it's anything similar to what was promised in the promos. read more

Sky-zone was fun except for the fact that the food is way overpriced and it is so easy to get hurt!!! I just went to the Sky-Zone near me with a couple of my friends. It was near the end of my time at Sky-zone and we all decided to play Dodgeball. We just started the game and I see this kid whipping the ball at all these little kids. He YELLED at little kids after he hit them saying "I HIT YOU, YOUR OUT" During the first round he whipped the ball at my leg and it hurt for almost 10 minutes! Then, during the second roundHe even yelled at my friend Jules saying " YOUR OUT" She was not out because he never even hit her with the ball. After I yelled at him saying that, He started to hit me on the arm that it basically turned that part of my arm red. Overall, they really to need to have a rule that you may NOT ship any of the Dodgeballs at anyone, especially minors. Now, the food at sky-zone is pretty good. The place is nice, but really pricey. There are not enough dodgeball courts and they staff are rude and unhelpful. Even though all of this is true, you get to bouncing and it is really fun. They food is food, though not one person knows how to use the register. The food is also overpriced. Worst place to have a party...over priced and completely disorganized. At one point my son...the birthday boy...was all by himself because they just let the kids roam wherever. The party decorations I brought were all still in their bags when we arrived in our room...and for the hour we were bouncing...where was the party coordinator??? Not with us...and certainly not organizing the room. The pizza was cold...she didn't have all the drinks in there by the time we got done bouncing. Oh...and if you want to play dodgeball...be prepared to pay extra or you won't be playing at all. Open bounce goes on at the same time as birthday parties so it was a complete zoo! I am overly mad about my experience!!! & the other parents at the party all said the same thing...they will never have their party there because there is ZERO customer service & everyone breaks off into groups. This place is run by incompetent management as well as incompetent staff due to poor training and horrible policies from the management. You cannot blame the staff for this. It is a shame, I was excited about this place for my kids and neighborhood when I heard it was coming. It is ok for teens to go and blow off some steam (my teen boy likes it, but it is now getting old), but don't bring young kids during open jump (my 7 year old daughter was afraid of the bigger kids around her and just stood there). And forget about parties for your young children! They WILL disappoint you. Just read all the other reviews. For that just go to BounceU or Fun Time America. They do show that they care about your child's "special day", and if for some reason something does go wrong (after all stuff happens), they address it so you will be back. This place... not so much! My kids love to jump there, so we go whenever we have a coupon. My younger child wanted to have her birthday party there. We tried to talk her out of it, but she insisted. The kids had fun jumping, but the party host was blah. They do absolutely nothing special for the kids besides serve them food - other places have much, much, much better party service. First let me say I have NOT had my party yet. I am just talking about the set up. I called quite a few times and left messages about a party. One time when I called the phone was answered and I listed to some conversations the kids were having and they never picked up. When someone called me back and was able to help me I was told that the email invitations system was down and I had to drive down to pick them up. Two more calls and someone emailed them. My daughter truly wants to go here, and I was hoping for an easier experience. As Cheer coach with 22 girls and Scout leader I thought this a great place to bring them, this party is my trial run. I am holding off any further reviews until after her party, but so far I am concerned. A lot of bad reviews and when I asked if she could have some extra time for my troubles I was told that was impossible. Terrible experience!!! First we call ahead to find out how to secure our time slot with jump passes and we are told you cannot do that online. Ok I understand that. So we show up at 4:00 and are told there is 1 1/2 hour wait to jump. With 5 children that doesn't really work out well. So we decide to leave and I purchase tickets online for the 6:30 jump time and forget about using the passes because it's nearly impossible to do so anyway. Great scam they have going on there! We arrive back at 6:30 and wait in line to get our tickets we previously purchased. We are next in line and the 16 year old kid they have working the counter walks away and doesn't come back. Another teenager then comes over and says this line is closed and you have to get back on line. I nearly blew a gasket because clearly we were waiting there for 15 minutes already when they decided to close the line. We finally get our tickets and my kids go out to jump. My 14 month old is jumping in the little kid area when a teenager comes onto his section and nearly tramples his head! I immediately run out to grab him and get yelled because I have sneakers on. I told the child that was in charge that I was sorry but my 1 year old almost got trampled on by a teenager. The kid starts arguing with me and saying that I should have purchased a jump pass. I wanted to, however I was told that if I do I can't be out there with my son anyway and have to jump in the adult section! Completely rediculous!!!!! No water allowed on the floor but there are people everywhere with water so maybe it was just us who weren't allowed water. Totally a terrible experience all around. Not to mention there is absolutely no security so anyone could walk out the front door with your kid if you turn your back for a second!! This is my favorite place i love dodgeball hear kady the manger is very helpful same with joe the manger and dominic the court monitor lead was very helpful with getting me and my group a dodgeball court opened up when we had 8 people of our size and dylan the court monitor kept dodgeball happy fun and safe he was trying to make everyone happy i will return just to be able to have fun with dylan again he is a great guy not many like him and jess the manger helped my group with the dodgeball tournament they they host on Thursday nights read more
