This place is shady! My car was towed from their property yesterday. I found out they they have some kind of deal with keystone towing, where they can just drive around and tow whatever car they want. I was supposedly parking in "employee parking", which their was no signage where I was parked. The business has to be getting kick backs to allow this, the tow truck driver told me he took about 10 cars within that hour. And the receptionist at keystone told me that every weekend, it's a free for all at this location. It was my intention to write a great review once my children's birthday was over. From the online video and description, Sky Zone depicted that the party would be stress-free and hassle-free. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by any staff member. I went to the main check-in area and was directed upstairs for the party check-in, but no one guided me through the next steps. My group had to wait longer because there were several other groups checking in at the same time. We clearly were just a number. To add to the stress, my group had to wait longer than expected because the internet wasn't working to process my payment -- even though I had offered to prepay beforehand to avoid this exact situation. Allowing prepayment would have made the experience much less stressful, not just for me, but for all the other parents hosting parties at the same time. It was absolute chaos. I was never introduced to my party assistant; I had to find a cart myself and even had to ask a different staff member to help put my children's cake away. Eventually, I found the person assigned to assist us. She truly tried her best, and I can't fault her efforts -- but she was clearly overwhelmed. For larger parties, there should absolutely be two or three assistants to make things run smoothly. That's why I chose Sky Zone -- to not have to manage everything myself. Additionally, our group did not have a private jumping area. We were mixed in with the general public, which made it extremely difficult to gather the kids when it was time to move upstairs. Our party was never announced, and I only managed to keep the party on schedule by checking the time constantly myself. When we got to the room, it wasn't fully set up. My children's names weren't on the birthday board, which gave the impression that Sky Zone had simply overbooked and couldn't keep up. Once seated, there were only two pizzas ready despite my advance order for ten. I had to go hunt someone down to retrieve the rest of the pizzas and the food I had brought in, which cut into our one-hour time slot by 20-25 minutes. Because everything was rushed, the children barely had time to eat before it was cake time -- and most of them were too full or overwhelmed to enjoy it. In my opinion, Sky Zone should: * Designate parking for party hosts. * Greet party hosts at the front door and assign a clear guide immediately. * Keep party jump areas separate from general public jumping. * Staff more assistants for large parties. * Ensure rooms are fully set up and food orders are ready when the party arrives. By the end, I was so frustrated that I couldn't even go over the final bill properly. I want to make it clear that the money was not the issue -- I am happy to pay a premium for a well-run, organized, and enjoyable event. The staff tried, but they were very young and clearly lacked support and leadership. There was no general manager present, and the acting manager was also very young and seemed unequipped to handle problems. I hope this review helps anyone planning a party at Sky Zone. Perhaps it was just this location, but sadly, this was our first and likely our last Sky Zone ****** update******** I contacted Sky Zone Via directions below from the respondent. Went for a kid's birthday party. This time wasn't nearly as bad as last time we went. The party started at 10:30 which was nice because it wasn't too crowded. Around 12 though it started to get packed so we left at 12:30 before it got any more crowded. The family hosting the party brought their own pizza and drinks so can't speak to Skysone's food. We did hit the snack bar for water and Icee's. Just like last time some things were unavailable or not working eh the waters were room temperature even though they were in the fridge and they didn't have cherry Icee. Didn't have to visit the restrooms so can't speak to that. One thing that bothers me when visiting here are the adults who choose to jump around. Some of them have 0 awareness. I saw adults bumping in to kids, knocking them down. Saw 1 grown man in the dodgeball area just pelting little kids with the balls. He didn't target my children and if he had, I would have had some words for him. Grown-ups acting like buttheads at a children's themed play park. Pathetic. All in all my kids had fun. Place is a rip off $140 for me and my two kids to jump for an hour and a half. While we were jumping they said we need their special socks to be able to jump there. We had socks with the grip from another trampoline park but apparently we NEED theirs not only that they made me wait in the line again to get the socks taking time away from our jump time on a mistake they made not looking hard enough at the socks we brought. Also avoid the concessions had a hair in my food along with my warm Gatorade and water bottle and the prices are more than SoFi Stadium. The waiver they make you sign is laughable and is about the same size contract you sign when you buy a car. The poor staff are all frazzled and tortured souls. Clearly they need money and found this place and are too afraid to leave. The music is so loud and obnoxious you will want to shoot yourself. Children are bouncing and swinging and screaming while zone out parents stuff money into dirty massage chairs for a bit of solace in this tornado of children. The kids working there were sweet but one of my son's birthday cards with money in was stolen right off the table in our "private" birthday section and less than nothing was done about it, even after they watched the footage right then and apparently saw who stole it. We were told to fill out a police report and if the police reached out, they'd upload footage...which by the time that happens, will mean absolutely NOTHING. Went here last weekend. VERY busy, way overcrowded. By the time we left they had an employee at the door turning away regular walk ins. You could only come in if you were part of a party. Trash overflowing onto the floor in the bathrooms. The employees were trying to keep up with the crowd as far as cleaning tables,floors,etc . Wife went to the counter to voice her complaints. They apologized for the issues and gave her some passes to come back. read more

We attended my nephew's birthday party and we had a blast. It was a Saturday with the 10am party slot. We had the place all to ourselves. Zion was our party coordinator and he was awesome. We also had a party room where we blew out the birthday candles, had cake, pizza, sandwiches, noodles and other types of food that our family member and party host brought in. They also sell Dippin Dots which was perfect for the kids. Not that many places sell Dippin Dots anymore. The place gets packed around noon which was fine for us since our party ended at 12:30pm. We are also thinking of throwing our daughter's birthday party here soon. read more

LOVE this place. It has something for everyone - an indoor playground for the little ones, arcade games, concessions, dodge ball and more. But the gigantic trampoline area is where I've been able to learn how to do things I never thought were possible - including front and back flips and more. And the staff is terrific - ask for Morgan! One of the worst sky zones I have been to. First of all, you pay a ton of money to junp in the trampolines but more than half of the place is filled with arcade games which costs more money. Also, when I went around 2 weeks ago, 2 of the biggest attractions were closed. That being the ziplines and the foam pit. I went to management about the issue and they said that they don't have enough workers to run them. However, there were at least 5-6 workers just standing around and talking to each other. I came to this sky-zone to take my kids out for a fun afternoon only to find out the main jumping area was closed for a whole week due to maintenance and repairs. They still are charging 34.99 full price for a 90 minute jump. The manager Serena came over to talk to another angry guest and said they cannot offer a discount. She offered NOTHING to rectify the situation and we still paid 34.99 for a 90 minute jump because my youngest son still wanted to stay. I told her what happens when the area that is open for Jumpin gets full? she said there is no kids right now. I guarantee later on there is going to be a lot of kids trying to jump. DO BETTER SERENA. I haven't been here since before COVID hit, but this place is definitely a kids heaven. First and foremost I feel like the parking lot gets smaller and smaller, probably because other neighboring businesses are tired of Sky Zone customers parking in the entire lot, which is taking away from their customers, so that's understandable. Luckily I was able to find street parking, but on our way out, there wasn't a spot open in sight on the street. The check in process was a little long, but we had five kids to check in and they needed socks. They do allow you to bring food and drinks, but they have designated areas to consume those items. They also have a snack bar with a slurpee machine. The duck claw machine was a hit with our kids, swipe your card and for $2 you can get yourself a cute rubber duck. We managed to get 5 different ducks with me having swiped my card twice, and it's nice that you're guaranteed at least one duck from the machine. The trampoline park is large. They have a dodge ball area, a basketball area, a jousting area, a rock wall, and a zip line. There isn't a lot of space for parents to sit and watch their kids and parents will just stand in the walking path to talk to other people. People that jump on the large trampolines also don't really abide by the rules and will still jump in a square that you're jumping on. I can only imagine how many rolled or broken ankles there must be here because people don't pay attention. This place is fun if you're a kid, but it can be a parents worst nightmare really fast. read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! My cousin spent a LOT of money renting this place out last night for a PRIVATE event only for his car AND MINE to get broken into. Both windows shattered. Both of us were ROBBED. When we asked about the cameras, these KIDS you have working there said "oh they don't work that well". Took the kids here a few times and they genuinely had a good time. So they were happy. That said, the management needs to take some concrete steps to rethink their operations. My biggest frustration was with the overall lack of cleanliness. The rugs throughout are filthy, worn and torn in numerous places. The vinyl padding is also filthy throughout. It's just not hygienic. Next concern, the visuals are unappealing in the entry way and near the "food court" which only offers candy, sodas and pop corn - how about coffee for the tired parents? Also, the food court could not be more visually unappealing take a look at the photo and you will see what I mean. Next to the food court are stacked boxes, some barely concealed with rugs or tarps. Really? It's 2023. When we last were there, a mop and dirty towels were left out in the open right after they opened (see photo). Just... why? Next topic of concern is employee allocation. Some of the features were closed such as the zip line, yet I saw four or five employees standing next to each other for about half an hour, just chatting. Not their fault. Management needs to do a better job spacing them out and giving them clear and specific duties. I had to show one of the employees that there was a rip in the carpet where kids were running up a ramp. So, a tripping hazard waiting to catch a running foot. My suggestion to the management would be to take a look at the Thousand Oaks location. Cleanliness is prioritized and employees are strategically placed throughout in a logical and effective way. Again, my kids were happy but I probably won't be coming back here until they address these shortcomings. read more
