I had a scuff on my front bumper and I was only there for a quote, planning to call three or four more shops between here and Placentia. Sergio wrote up the estimate, then walked out and actually looked at the bumper. Told me the simplest route would take care of it and did it right there at a special rate. No full respray I didn't need, no insurance claim, no leaving the car for three days and figuring out a ride home. I didn't make the other calls. Didn't need to.
