Unfortunately around 6 AM I ran over a bumper on freeway and my bumper came off. I took my car in to get an estimate of repair for my Kia Optima 2014 model. A family member referred me to this place. I didn't want to go to a random body shop because I heard a lot about the technicians ripping people off. When I went in, the owner told me flat out that it's not worth fixing. He told me to just drive the way I have it and nailed in parts of my bumpers so it won't be dragging on the floor. Though I didn't get a full repair service at this auto body shop, I really appreciate his ethical practice. He's not looking to make $ off you by ripping you off. I personally felt like he was looking for the best solution for his customers. I would highly recommend anyone to get an estimate from this place. Wouldn't recommend like the rest of the comments shady people I went to get an estimate because the guy who hit me requested I'd go to get an estimate done at this location, I was trying to work with him to save money for him while getting my car repaired with out the headache of the insurance getting involved, so I went asked for the estimate the guy said they would fix the part not replace it when I had taken it to a shop that my insurance does work with and they told me it had to be replaced, then I asked for the estimate and they refused to give it to me they said they would give it to the guy who had already talked to them, I was not okay with that! I have the right to know what is being done to my car and the arrangement that guy had with them only shows that they are shady and the work and value of the fixtures would be cheap not only monetary but also work wise. I ended up going to where I had originally gone to where the cost of it was nearly 4K as to this place which the guy who hit me stated would be under 1k ! Quite alarming if you ask me! read more

I don't have the same experience with those who gave bad reviews. I've brought my car here 3x from minor to major repairs in the past 9 yrs & I had never been disappointed. The price was reasonable & took a week to repair. Keep in mind during covid some parts take a long time to arrive due to short supplies. read more

The worse experience of my life. I had an accident with my car and a friend recommended this place to me. First ... it took almost 2 months to deliver the car, and the repair was not cheap. Second ... they painted the part with the wrong color. Third ... they did not fix the pieces correctly. Fourth ... customer service is the worst I have ever had. Fifth ... they believe they don't make mistakes. And some other things. And the worst thing ... it was less than 2 months ago that I removed the car. I don't recommend this place to anyone. You will get a headache and spend more money to fix what they fixed. read more

We were referred here by our regular mechanic. Don't let the language barrier (Korean) or the mannerism (Asian) scare you. The couple that owns this place is really very nice despite their rough demeanor. They do a great job for a decent price. Like any small businesses, delays are always a problem. Be patient. If they say it will be done by Wednesday, it may not get done by Thursday but they will do a good job for you. read more

My family has been going to this place for over 20 years now (maybe even over 25 years!)...when it was owned by Mr. Kim and then he sold it to the Shims. We've used this body shop even before they moved to this current location. I think the original owner sold it and still works there but every time we've needed honest and reliable service, we have never been disappointed here. This review is on the behalf of my mother. She took her car to get the bumper repaired. When she went to go pick it up she noticed that there was an area that was still not fixed. She requested that the last area be repaired. Kevin, came out and examined the car and told her to wait a half an hour. After a half an hour he concluded that it could not be repaired. He said to my mom "this was not part of the estimate, and you should buy a new car this car is old" my mom felt that he was discourteous, unprofessional and taking advantage of the fact that she is an elderly single female. read more

Took my car in to get my front bumper and hood repainted. After three days my car was ready for pick-up, While driving home I wanted to hear some music, no music was coming our and I looked in my glove compartment, where to my shock my I-POD was gone! I went back and explained to Mr. Kin and the owner "Kevin" and they kept telling me I should have taken out my I-POD, but there was no work being done in my interior , plus it was in my glove compartment. Kevin told me that he would talk to his wife and call me back, this was on a Friday. I waiting until Monday and called him where he advised that his wife would call me back, he was no even man enough to handle the situation, his wife would not even replace with a cheaper model for $149.00. They do an amazingly clean work. This place looks shabby especially compared to the more generic body shops out there but don't be fooled. Took my car here for my 2nd accident of the summer instead of Geico's suggested body shop like before. The difference in the quality of work done on my car is spectacular. Mr. and Mrs. Shim were very helpful. I came to them as a referral from a friend who knew the owners and when I went there, Mr. Shim greeted my friend and I really nicely and immediately went to take a look at the damage to my car. He gave me such a good price compared to all the other auto body shops that I went to. If you want good customer service, I highly suggest this place. He is very timely and will have your car exactly done at the time he tells you to pick your car up. Kevin and his crew did an excellent job with my car. I checked prices at 4 different shops and USA 1 was by far the best price! They went the extra mile with the service they provided. The car was ready when they said it was going to be, everything inside the car was exactly the way I left it. The fuel level was the same as when I left it (not that I could know for sure and exactly how much gas I had but it didn't show significant variance). I brought my car here after an accident. They told me 2 weeks for the repair. I got a call the day I was supposed to pick up, and they said they needed another week because some parts didn't come in. I got a call a week after that and still needed another week. After waiting a month getting my car fixed, charging a ridiculous amount, my windows didn't work, my exhaust wasn't bolted down, the inside of my car smelled like the body shop, and they didn't even apologize. read more
