Three stars, easily. Maybe four, but maybe not. Allow me to explain…read more.. I was helping my son shop for a car - his was recently totaled, and in order to keep working, he needed a car asap. Legacy Auto Sales had a lot of listings for cars in his wheelhouse (price & mileage). It's about an hour drive for us, but with all those cars, we'd find SOMETHING reasonable. We met there to shop around... WELL! Upon arriving, we walked the lot together. I'd say a good one-third of the lot (maybe HALF the lot) was cars that were already sold. Many of the ones we came there to look at were sold. We talked to a nice sales guy and he explained that yeah, they sell fast. My problem was that we came all that way - the website STILL had them listed as for sale. Not cool. The owner figures he has other cars to sell that "are like those sold ones". Not cool. Update your stuff. Now, don't get me wrong - the folks here were real nice and down to earth. We found a couple options and they happily let us test drive whatever we wanted. After three rides, we realized that none of the cars we were looking at were cleaned or repaired. One absolutely reeked of smoke and...something else. Our sales guy said that they get them in from auction and put them on the lot right away. When you shop, you have to squint and pretend they're clean and fixed up, which is hard to do accurately. Had we bought a car, it would have been two weeks before it could get through their clean/fix process. That was a bit of a deal-breaker for us... we probably should have asked about that sooner before we spent hours there. Would I buy a car here? Perhaps. I think they need to get on top of their backlog of clean/fix and get ready-to-buy cars on their lot. I'm not keen on buying a promise. If I made a deal and 2 weeks later they didn't get the car up to snuff, I'da wasted my time. Others may have that luxury. My advice - call ahead to make sure the car you want is there.

Bought with 57000 miles. I put on 3000. Miles than on side of the road is where I ended up. The truck is at GMC dealership with guts hanging out,waiting for parts to rebuild. I will be without my truck for at leased 3 weeks. I do realize I purchased a used truck. Lipstick on a pig. I can only blame myself. Again, be careful.

Was within the payment I needed, had more features than my trailblazer. I made the purchase. They were very accommodating, helpful, and did not push to make a sale. My brother was looking for a work truck and I noticed a bunch in their lot. We scoped out the website first and found a few options that fit his specs and budget, so I was the "scout" that got to run over there and see things first-hand. Dave was super friendly - he gave me the straight-scoop on what he had, where they came from, and options (some had undercoating sprayed on them, etc). The trucks were in great shape - brought in from Arizona, and you could tell. Not a spot of rust anywhere. Clean as a whistle. The time came for my brother come see them in person and it didn't take long. We dealt with Jacob - also super friendly - and after a quick test drive, it was a done deal. About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!

After thinking it over for several days, I went to test drive it and bought it right away. Dave was super helpful, friendly, and up front about everything. Had my bank account allowed it I would have left with a Jeep as well ;)

Consumer Be Warned: Aggressive Upselling and Defiant Management…read more Every single time I come to this location for a standard oil change, the staff aggressively tries to upsell me hundreds of dollars in completely unnecessary services. When I finally brought this pattern of behavior to the service manager's attention, he couldn't care less. Rather than listening to customer feedback, he immediately became argumentative, claiming the services were manufacturer-recommended before he even bothered to check what kind of vehicle I drive. Save your hard-earned money and take your business to an honest mechanic who respects your boundaries and your wallet.

If insurance is paying your claim, expect the auto body shop to drag their feet and lie about…read morecompletion times. It will take a month plus, although they'll quote 2 wks, no matter if you're just getting a key mark on the door fixed. Your car will be the last in line to be worked on, and they don't care how long it takes. If you don't use insurance, be prepared to pay about twice as much as the repair should cost. All my questions were answered and they worked with my local bank. I took the truck home happy as a lark the next morning when I started the truck, the motor was knocking. I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I've been in the car business my entire life, both buying and selling and had never been handled more professionally. I am a very high type a personality. And like to know what's going on they kept me informed the entire way what could've been a major disappointment. a huge turned out to be a pleasant experience.
