A very busy, noisy place to enjoy a traditional Cincinnati area treat: great chili-covered spaghetti with beans, onions, and cheese. I tried the new burrito and it was good (with lettuce and sour cream) but I prefer their dish that has 3 hotdogs or just a plain 4-way chili. Food comes quickly after you order. This location does a busy drive-thru business, also. Service: Service was excellent! Several servers and the manager checked on us and quickly refilled the beverages and crackers. Been awhile since I ate Skyline. Visited the location on Tylersville Road in West Chester (Friday evening) - really nice dining experience. Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant was steady with patrons but service was fast, friendly, and with several check-ins by both the sever and manager on duty. Absolutely love going to this Skyline location. My kids love sitting at the bar and watching them make the food. Staff is super friendly and energetic. We have been to other locations multiple times but we go to this location as much as we possibly can. My kids actually have started requesting that we go to this one. read more

Visiting from out of town and the Service from jake in the drive through was beyond anything I've seen from any other drive through. You know, I used to eat at Skyline a lot more often before I lived here. Almost every time I would come out to visit family here they would take me to Skyline. I mean, it's a Cincinnati thing..it's unique to the area. I guess overall I'm not a huge fan. It was a fun thing to do on a visit, but living here I never really have a desire for it. I'm not a fan of the three-ways. I'm sorry..spaghetti and chili just don't go well together for me. I know, sacrilegious to say in these parts..but it's just my personal opinion. I do enjoy the cheese coney's and the cheese fries here. Honestly, the cheese here is just outstanding. I find myself buying it at the grocery store..it makes anything better. This location is one of the cleaner more put together locations I've been to. Their dining room is pretty big, and they can easily accommodate large parties. Service here was alright. Not overly friendly but pretty fast and accurate. The hot dogs they serve really are nothing special. Kind of taste like the kind you would find at a supermarket. But the chili and cheese make them a lot better. I'm all into hot stuff so I always go for the habanero cheese. Funnily enough we came here because my Mom was in town for the weekend. I'm a Cincinnati native so it goes without saying Skyline is my favorite restaurant in the entire world. So for all you out of towners that are skeptical I encourage you to try it once, let it simmer for a couple weeks come back for another round and then make an honest decision. It can be daunting at first but it's a Greek family recipe that will grow on you and keep you coming back for more. It's a must try if your in town. They are on every street corner and I've never seen one go out of business so you know it's good. Don't knock it till you try it. read more

I said I love high end food, but had just had Skyline Chili and found it a religious experience. He said they called it the "high end/low end" dinner: you can have a great meal at Joel Robachons for $800 or chili for $6 and enjoy them both equally. 4 way chili is a gift from God. read more

Completely empty there was no customers inside. Servers standing around having meaningless conversation starring at me waiting looking to make order as if I'm interrupting their conversation. No one had hair nets on. Hair is all over the place. Some girl in pink messy braid stops talking to coworker to finally ask what do I want. A employee named "Ari" took my order I told her i wanted 4 way pointing to the menu. She said it will be 7.19 I said a 4 way? She said yeah. I assumed there was tax. She takes my money and gives me back the change extremely tacky, rough and was about to ball up my receipt. I asked if i could have the receipt and she debates giving it to me. She away without saying anything and as time passes I'm standing there waiting and confused. I walk over to we're they are making the food and "Ari" is standing there watching them put beans over the pasta. "Is that mine" I ask. "Ari" literally looks at me and ignores me and looks back over at the guy. "Is that mine" I ask again the guy making the order, he looks at "Ari" and looks back at me scared to say yes. "Yes" he finally said "I don't want beans, I did not order that " "I thought you ordered a 5 way" "No a 4 way" "Well it's only a 20cent difference do you really want your money back." "It's not about the change, I don't want beans and I did not order that." "Well I thought you did" The guy preparing the food pushes down the pasta with his gloves on; the same gloves he uses to touch everything else. Came into this location and was immediately greeted. Everyone working seemed to be in a very good mood. I sat at the bar and was served very quickly. Every person working made sure that I was satisfied with my meal. Cameron and Logan we're behind the bar making food and made my entire meal enjoyable. I look forward to coming in again. If you are planning to go to skyline chili, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location from the West Chester location near VOA and Tylersville road. Had there been a way to give a 0 star review, I would. The service was absolutely terrible. I went to the restaurant meeting someone and sat down in a booth. It took a few minutes before a server came over, and when she did I said I would wait for my friend to arrive before ordering food. She told me she would look out for my table, but that proved to be a lie. After he got there, I witnessed her walk past my table no less than 10 times, each time avoiding eye contact and ignoring our table. I tried to get her attention and the attention of other staff members, but everyone simply walked by, again not even looking in our direction. I finally was able to get the attention of someone to ask if we could order, but this was 25 minutes after we were sat, and in this time, I witnessed 5 different tables arrive, order, and receive their food. One of my favorite skyline locations. Staff is always friendly and fast. Many times the staff remember us and our ordering habits. My wife works nearby and this is one of our spots well meet for lunch if I'm off. We used to hit another place nearby but they started being consistently too slow so we started coming here for chili. Store always appears clean and well kept. They also do a rewards card program which makes it very nice to get a discount with prices what they are these days. read more

This used to be our favorite location when it opened up until the manager changed several years ago. Now it always seems dirty and the servers don't seem as friendly. We had not been back to this location until recently, because the server and manager were less than friendly with an issue about our bill. When my child orders a three way, I expect him to get a child's three way not a regular. If the server was unclear, she should have asked to clarify; however, she insisted that it was our fault. Upon this return visit, it was crowded due to kids night, and it was dirty. No one seemed to want to bus or clean the vacant tables. Our waitress was more interested in something else, because we saw her to take our order and deliver food and bill at same time. She did help a table near us and we were able to flag her down for a refill. That table was still trying to flag her down, because she delivered drinks in to-go cups with lids and no straws. It will probably be a while before we go back to this location again. read more
