The worst service I've ever experienced! The limo driver didn't help the bride and bridesmaids at all and yelled out the a homophobic slur to someone that was driving by while wedding party was taking pictures. We were supposed to get a mini bus at the end of the evening but came in a huge bus , was very rude and didn't take home the people that they were supposed to...not even the bride & groom because time ran out since he disappeared for 2 hrs? After all this, they still charged us 20% tip each for both drivers who were terrible. This was in San Diego. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! read more

Skyline limo is super affordable and great service- I've used them for a 40 person party bus (with stripper pole!) and I've also used them for a 6 person limo. Both times the rates are the best and the guys are super accommodating about driving us all the way to the American River rafting place from Palo Alto (2.5 hours!) and then picking us up from San Francisco and taking us to Napa! I think these guys are the best bang for your buck. Ask for if they have any discounts available and they'll hook you up if you're a good repeat customer. read more

I booked the 28 passenger party bus for my wife's 30th birthday party on April 19, 2014. We had the bus or four hours in San Francisco. Initially, I was a little skeptic about booking with Skyline based on a few bad reviews. However, it was way cheaper than many other companies and I had called the dispatch to request actual pictures of what I would be getting the day of, which he gladly texted me within minutes. I've got to say, overall this place blew my mind. I was over satisfied with the bus and driver. Hugo (the driver) was awesome!!! He was very accomodating with my requests throughout the night and was very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to book a party bus... *** DO NOT HAVE YOUR SPECIAL EVENT RUINED!!*** I reserved a white stretch hummer limo for my daughters Sweet 16. What showed up was a dirty black so called party bus that was hot and stuffy, poor functioning AC, the music cut off every time the driver came to a stop, some of the curtains were torn and it smelt like an ashtray inside! I immediately called the company, spoke to Paul who insinuated it was my fault however they could go through recorded conversations and see exactly what I had reserved. I'm sure by now Paul has erased both of my phone conversations. He offered no resolution, didn't apologize for his company's error when booking my reservation. What Paul did do was curse at me, told me I needed to pay $600 cash up front to the driver or he would instruct him not to take my daughter and her 14 friends to SF where we had dinner reservations! The company had my credit card on file already but Paul refused to run it or to let me give it to the driver at the end of the night which is what I was told initially. I told Paul my bank would not give out that much cash at once and all this back and forth was going to make us late for our dinner reservations. His response was...you better go find an ATM or my driver is leaving and he hung up on me! Nearly 30 minutes of arguing with him made me miss out on photo opportunities of my daughter and her friends, I forgot to put treats in the limo (broke down bus) that I had for the kids and we forgot to grab my daughters personalized Sweet 16 bday sash! The day has come and gone and we can never get it back...DO NOT RENT from SKYLINE LIMO SERVICE! I tried to give 0 stars but the system won't let me so just to get the word out there I have to give at least 1 star. read more

I was in a pinch for a limo for my daughter's prom this past weekend. My friend referred me to Skyline Limo and they worked in the pickups and drop offs for us in between other apps. We had a party of 14 and they pick the kids up from the Oakland Rose Garden in a 22 passenger Party Bus. The kids loved it. They went to dinner at Yoshi's and walked to Ben & Jerry's for dessert then went to the prom in Emeryville. They were picked up from the prom in a stretch Escalade Limo and happily transported to a after party in Hayward. All the timings were right and the kids were never rushed nor waiting and kids even took up an extra tip collection for the Escalade driver. Thanks Skyline Limo, Driver David C., Driver Suki, and the Escalade driver. My daughter and friends said it was a great experience!!! Thanks for coming through in a 10 day pinch and working within our budget to make for a memorable night for my graduating senior Class of 2014. Keep your 18 year old seniors away from this website! This company allows 18 year olds to create a contract, that binds them financially, even though most 18 year olds do not have the financial means to pay the bill. My high school senior got wrapped up in all of the senior prom hype and created a contract that we stepped in and cancelled within 18 hours. The fee was hundreds of dollars. I find it unconscienable that a company can create contracts and consequences of this magnitude with 18 year olds. Did my son learn a lesson? Yes. He learned that given the opportunity, some people will take advantage of him and take his money. Moral business owners should be compensated for providing a service--not creating a trap! read more

My daughter was one of the teenagers invited to go to San Francisco for her friends 16th birthday. What showed up was disgusting. It wasn't the limo ordered by my friend but a dirty bus (inside and out). It reaked like alcohol and cigerettes and had a stripper pole inside. REALLY??? For 20 teenagers I found this to be way inappropriate. Then the way they treated my friemd over the whole ordeal was completely unprofessional. The bus was hot (because the a/c worked poorly) and the music would cut out everytime they came to a stop. What was suppose to be a special part of the birthday celebration was a big dissapointment for the daughter and the mom who paid a lot of money for this service. I am renting one for my daughters birthday next year and it WILL NOT be from this service. Rent from them and god knows what you'll get. WHAT A RIP OFF!! read more

This was the worst limo experience I have ever had..and it was not cheap!! Their pictures of their fleet are false advertising!! This stretch limo, which was suppose to be a 2010 towncar looked like it was retrieved from a used car auction!! The cheap red solo cups and the sodas that had been thrown in there without ice were another bad sign!! That was all of our impressions on our ride to SFO...When we got home from our trip (12 hour flight) we were exhausted but when the car showed up it was the wrong one and not big enough to hold the four of us and all our luggage...so we had to wait an additional hour at the airport...we should have just gotten a cab..to add insult to injury, I asked for some kind of credit for the inconvenience..they gave me a whopping $40 off..I paid in cash and was glad to be done with these guys...except 3 days later they charged my credit card for the full amount!! I was really upset now and called the company..after recapping the whole event and then being on hold several times they offered to credit my card back..duh!!! And then they offered me 5% off my next booking..lol..no thanks! My sons senior ball is in a few weeks so I will be booking a limo for him and all their group..I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!..as a parent I would advise all you other parents to stay as far away from this company as possible! read more

Very reliable service and cars are in great condition. I traveled coast-to-coast every week for 3 years while in the Bay Area and Sonu was a pleasure to have as a driver as he was always prompt and courteous. Another example of getting what you pay for... I should have known. Don't be fooled. We got a deal on a limo for wine tasting as we offered to pay cash. This was a surprise for a friend and had reservations at a couple different wineries. The limo came nearly THIRTY minutes late, citing traffic. (However, I traveled up the same way and there was no traffic.) The driver was not apologetic but told us we had a new start time and he would tack the lost 30 minutes onto the back end. I had to call the already booked wineries to ask to push the reservations back, too. The outside of the limo looked as if it had been sideswiped and damaged. The inside... Clean, but handles were falling off the doors, the upholstery was ripped, and we couldn't figure out how to use the audio. The driver kept telling us to use the CD player (who carries their CDs in the limo on a wine tasting trip?!) and to turn on the DVD player for music. Didn't work. Not until we pestered the driver to fix it and he produced an elusive mystery cord did it work. They said they would bring us ice and champagne, which they did, but the champagne was not even cold. He brought it from the front seat when we got in. Long story short, driver was nice enough but I was horrendously underwhelmed by the limo and service. I will not use this service again-- I'll pay more for someone else. read more
